Park outside, text 'em, and they'll tell you when to come in. After loading, checkout at the kiosk. Great guys, fast loading. They're usually busy, but those forklift drivers are awesome. Max 20 minutes per truck, and they load 4-5 at once. Washrooms are good to go ✅️

They need to ad more stars for this place,First time here,very very friendly staff,super easy instructions for check-in/check-out, in and out in 50 minutes!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best place for loading quickly checkin and Loaders are amazing. Follow the blue line around the building until STOP sign. You will see LOADER is waiting for you. These people are sincerely busy just load and go. No complaints checking is easy too.

best ever experience i have ever had. you need to be on site to check in from your phone. in real FCFS.

Check in is easy by the phone worst think is I waited my turn 1 hour at this location when my turn came they send me at another location like 3 miles away and there is another line to wait in another 2 hours waiting in line for loading total 3 hours waiting in line

Staging at the check in can look intimidating with many rows of trucks, however with in-dock dry van loading, I got in-out in 60min! Systematically orchestrated from begin to end ! This system should be taught to shippers across the nation! (GAF) your company Rock!!

This place is a truckers dream the entire process from checking in to loading is smooth and seamless I’ve been picking up here a little over a year as a o/o usually 1-2 times a week and have 0 complaints the ladies in the check in office are always nice and helpful the loaders are fast and efficient they never have attitudes and very personable they have a nice truckers lounge with 2 bathrooms at this location security guards are also pleasant I’ve never spent more then a hour here from check in to loading they have 2 plants this review applies to both if nobody has told you as a trucker you guys have set the standard I wish all places was like this I appreciate all you guys do to make our jobs easier thank you and God bless

Check-in check out easy, first come first serve,, on-site scale but you hv to ask loader to use it. Great facility. Friendly staff overall its easy to load nd go .

Probably the best experience I've had as far as check ins go. Super simple, straightforward and efficient. Even with a decent line in front of me I was already being loaded within 30 minutes. Guy who loaded me didn't waste a single second. Hope to be back in the future.

Overnight parking isn’t allowed but if you are coming at 3 in the morning…You can park …
morning 5:30 check in start and 7am loading start…First come first service till 3pm

Couldn’t ask for a better facility to load from, very friendly and efficient. It’s time to come to a place where everyone has a good attitude and respects your time.

Have to scan qr code for check in wait for instructions. I was in a dry van so I was in and out in about 35mins

Love this place! I showed up round 5 am there were like 20 trucks in front of me. I got out round 8am, keep in mind they start loading at 7am. They really do care bout speed and efficiency. They were super polite! Ok so here goes
They open the lot up at 0300
Text for checkin at 0530
Start loading at 0700
This facility is set up and staffed to handle nearly 50 trucks an hour so if you sit here for longer then an hour or 2, you have good reason to be mad, they totally raised the bar when it comes to safety and efficiency! Can't rave enough bout this place and they are constantly trying to improve their process!

You guys deserve 5 stars. I had a appt @ 11 am but I arrived @ 8:20 am & loaded at 9:25 am. You need to park first. You need to do check in by phone. You need to Walk to the guard shack & text "hello" to the given number. They gonna ask you all the info regarding load & gonna send you link you need to tap on link & fill all the info. They have restroom & drivers lounge at the guard shack.
It have a huge parking lot before guard shack.

Fast service for loding and nice people and i never seen fast like this place..Check in check out and loading guy so nice. Thanks

Very well organized truck friendly operation. Everybody is friendly and efficient. They really want you to have a good experience. Sometimes you will be loading at their other location a couple miles down the road which is also very efficient. And no, you don't have to drive back to get your bills. Really one of the best shippers I've ever loaded at in 15 years of driving.

Love this place. Been coming here quite a bit and I don’t mind. Fast in and out. Awesome forklift employees whom take you to a dock. Yes 2 rest rooms, vent machine with goodies. They have some parking spots at entrance for us to park to check in and out but I’m not sure if we can overnight. Huge clean place.

The employees here are very friendly and the loading process is second to none. In and out in 40 minutes! Keep up the good work!

Good place for pickup. They are fast in loading, very systematic , clean washrooms and also have break room for drivers.Staff is nice and helpful. Keep it up guys

Huge facility. Quick to load. Only 1 issue. Bring pars sticker for Canadian loads (which hardly anyone has anymore)
Got to border 7 hrs later load not cleared. Gaf sent paperwork electronically to broker but someone dropped the ball. Very disappointed.

Are they open on the weekends ? Dispatch gave me this load on a Saturday shut down from a previous load woke up today (Sunday ) & realize it says closed on Sunday glad I didn’t start driving there. Ima ping back to bed

In all of the GAF locations I’ve been to, I must say they are extremely fast, clean, arranged and spacious.
