I just want to thank QCC for our recent power washing experience. They were on time, polite, offered to bring me coffee and they did a great job. Our concrete looks brand new even though it's over 60 years old. They moved a lot of patio furniture and were conscientious about the water overflow into the gardens. We have also used QCC to power wash our house in the past. They are always upfront about the pricing and their customer service is very responsive. QCC is very easy to work with, reliable, and trustworthy.

I regret not getting their names, but the two guys who came to clean our vents today were tremendous! We have a cat who likes to slip outside whenever a door is open, and they made sure to close the door to the room she was in behind them so she wouldn’t get out—a small detail that I really appreciated.
They showed us the before-and-after of what was in our returns, and it was pretty gross. They were very careful in our home with the hoses and all the equipment they needed to do the job. They also answered all the questions we had while they were here.
Even the lady who answered the phone was friendly and answered all the questions my fiancé had. She also sent us an itemized quote so we could see exactly what we were paying for.
Overall, it was a really great experience! We don’t have any pictures, otherwise I’d put them with my review, but I would definitely recommend giving them a call.

Have used QCC before and will continue to use. Cameron and the other guy (I apologize I forgot his name) very polite and professional. Had Air Ducts and Dryer Vent cleaned.

We had our carpet and air ducts cleaned today. Cameron and Drake did a terrific job with the air ducts. They explained the process and took the time to answer any questions. They were professional, thorough and extremely kind and friendly. They even called when they were on the way and offered to bring me coffee. Then Carter came and shampooed the living room carpet and did a terrific job. I worked 20+ years in a customer service role and this was great job with great customer service!!

I will NEVER call another company to clean my carpets. Sam & Carter did a Phenomenal Job!!! Highly recommend!!!! WHY did I wait so long??? Sam even offered to bring me a coffee!!! Who does that in 2025?? Sam & Carter & QCC Do!!!! Bravo QCC!!

We had QCC out to the marina to clean the carpets and sofa on our boat and they did an amazing job! We had to reschedule a couple of times on account of the weather but they were so understanding and accommodating. It took about two hours to do the work and I couldn't be happier with the results. The young guy who did the work (Sam?) was nice and professional and got our 30 year old oil-stained carpets looking like new again! Highly recommend this family owned business!

Cameron and Drake came to clean our Air ducts. They were beyond nice. Asked me questions before they did anything that needed correcting. They were very clean and very thorough. Very respectful.
My 5 year old was still asleep and they worked around her as much as they could. I've had this company out for a different problem before. I highly recommend them.

QCC communicated when they could get the work done, arrived on time, did an excellent job and never complained even though our job was large and kept them there until 9 pm. They were able to power wash the entire outside and all the sidewalks, even removing rust around the pool deck. Everything looks amazing!

Fantastic experience with Sam as the technician. He was so nice! Sent me a message letting me know he was on his way and even offered to bring me some coffee. Nice touch. I wish I had a before picture but when I sent this to my husband he said he could definitely see the difference. I have used QCC before and would definitely use them again. Great service. Had our carpets cleaned yesterday in michiana shores by Cam and Sam. Sent a photo beforehand so I knew who to expect. They were on time, friendly and worked very hard to do a great job! QCC performed air duct cleaning for our house following some recent renovations. They were very professional, accommodating with our dogs and my work environment while I had to work from home. Their pricing is very reasonable and I would highly recommend them.

Collin and Tyler arrived within the promised time frame. They were professional and courteous the entire time and kept us informed of the air duct cleaning process throughout. They even allowed for extra time as we had to move our dogs from room to room so they wouldn't get in Collin's and Tyler's way. They even sent a text on their way over offering to pick up a drink or a coffee for us! Who does that? Above and beyond!

So happy with QCC out of Michigan City, especially Steven and Sam. This is the 2nd time I have used QCC. I had some dry wall work done and Ron, the owner of QCC, came, looked over the project and explained every thing to me from start to finish on how they were going to clean up the dry wall dust. Steven and Sam showed up on the appointed day. They even called to let me know they were on their way. They got right to work upon their arrival. They put down floor covering from the entry door to the basement where the work was to be done. They completed the wiping down of the walls and cleaning of the concrete floor in a timely manner. I was highly satisfied with the results. Thank you for a great job, customer service, and professionalism.

We had QCC come and clean out all of our ducts and cold air returns after a mold issue. Cameren (or Cameron- hard to tell if it was an o or an e) and Collin arrived on time and ready to work. They were very professional and explained every step of the process (we're 1st timers here). They were over the top polite and friendly, which was awesome because I have a very curious 7 yr old son who wanted to follow them around and watch all they did. They were great with him and even answered his questions and showed him pictures as if he were working along side them. They never lost sight of the job at hand either and was able to easily stay on task. Great job all around. I was amazed at how much gunk came out of our vents. I had my ductwork cleaned today by Collin and Steven. They were both courteous and knowledgeable about the great job they did.This was the first time that the ducts were cleaned so it took a little extra effort on their part and I appreciate it. Next time I’ll be QCC again

QCC did an amazing job scrubbing our DISGUSTING air vents!! Brett and Collin were so professional and they even let us watch them work. It was so gross what we have been breathing in! The air in our home is noticeably cleaner already and they just left! We would suggest these guys every time!!

Our landlord called QCC to have our carpets cleaned. The young man that came out, Sam, was very professional, he knew what he was talking about, and very well mannered. It took him just under 2 hours to clean the carpets, and they look amazing. There were some dark spots in the carpet (Berber carpet) that were there when we moved in 2 months ago and he got all of them out. We could not be happier with the carpet cleaning technician that came out, the service, and the outcome. If you need your carpets cleaned QCC is the ones to call.

We had Brett and Collin come out today to clean our air vents. They called on their way to give me a courtesy call and even offered to grab me a coffee! When they arrived they were extremely professional, made sure to set a drop cloth down at my door and walk me through the process of what they’d be doing. I have three dogs and work from home and they were very accommodating to us! They were here for 2.75 hours and made sure to come and check with me if they found anything abnormal. These guys are AMAZING… PROFESSIONAL… COURTEOUS & just AWESOME! Will definitely recommend them and their service to everyone I know.

I had techs Brett and Collin do the duct cleaning on both my HVAC units. They communicated well, showed up on time, explained the process, were careful in my home, and did a good job. I would invite them back for future needs, and refer them to family and friends.

My basement flooded due to a malfunction with our water softner. Qcc quickly came out to help us. Ron was especially helpful when it came to dealing with an insurance claim. Anyone that came into our house was respectful, on time, and always communicated with us about what to expect. During the demo process his team was very clean, leaving nothing behind.

Brett and Colin did an amazing job on our air ducts, vents, and even introduced us to “air scrubbing”. We live in a 1950’s log cabin that requires some TLC, and they delivered today. Come to find out water had mixed with the dryer lent and it was hard like cement
But Brett and Camren came to the rescue it took about 3 hours to clear but they kept saying don’t worry we got you

QCC came out today to clean the duct work. They did a great job. Brett phone me and told me him and a coworker (good kid, sorry I can't remember his name) were on their way and even asked if I need a coffee or anything. They both were very respectful, explain the process and what was being done, they showed pictures of the duct work of how much was in them. They did a full clean up when they were done. I would most definitely used the again and would recommend to anybody how needs this type of work done. They also provide other services.

QCC did carpets. Sam C and Cameron let us know when they were coming, showed up on time. They kept us posted as they went. They were very professional. Totally recommend QCC and will have them back in the future.

Cameron and Brett did an amazing job cleaning our vents and the dryer exhaust out. They were professional, thorough and extra sweet to our dogs. That helps a lot because the dogs got comfortable with them being there rather than having to be locked up and kept separate. I’d recommend QCC to anyone.

Thank you to Ron and his team! My dad and I recently bought a fixer upper where the previous owner failed to fix a damaged roof and as a result, the house was riddled with black mold. QCC's team is amazing! Steven and Cameron did a great job . Both were very professional. When they completed the service they took the time to show me and explain what was done. They kept a very neat work area and also their clean up of the job site was top notch.

What's more is that the guys found several original Pokémon cards in the vents. Brett looked them up, and one is worth $400! He could have kept it for himself, but gave them to me. this is my second positive experience with QCC.
I called QCC to clean a carpet after a leaky pipe was fixed. The plumbers told me the damage wasn’t bad and told me to put a box fan on the area for a week.
Ron and Nate came out and saw what I had going on, asked a few questions, and checked the walls for moisture, and sure enough, they were wet, and I had no idea. The plumbers bad advice may have caused my family many issues down the road if Ron hadn’t been looking out for us.
QCC was right on it, giving me a fair price to spray an anti microbial, and bring in drying equipment. These guys are top notch. They go above and beyond to help customers. I highly recommendQCC!
PS….I even called another company for a second opinion, and they agreed with QCC 100%. QCC is a completely honest company, and they’re my go to!

We needed gutters cleaned, mainly to remove a birds nest that was blocking a downspout. They came with a long ladder and needed to go back and get a longer one..... they didn’t charge me extra in fact they reduced the price because all my other gutters were clean. The 2 young men were very professional in speech and dress! We highly recommend all QCC.
It is now 2025 and we still use QCC for all our needs. We had our dryer vent cleaned and Cameron and Tyler replaced our outside dryer vent under our back deck in the rain. These gentlemen were on time, polite, efficient and everything is GREAT!
