Second Time coming here and always have to sit for hours i mean hours and was here hours before my appointment time smh do better !!! Cuz it shouldn’t take this long to unload 9 rolls sad part is I’m still sitting here waiting to get unloaded as i type this

Lady in office was so nice . Loaded me even tho I was a tad bit late . Wish I knew her name . Thanks to her I’m making it home to my flight on time

Excellent place to pick up, all service via SMS, very friendly people and they know how to do their job very quickly and excellently, thank you. Overnight parking safe

Much better than it used to be a couple of years ago. I turned down loads here numerous times in the past but decided to give it another try. Glad I did! Check in on your phone, walk up to window for load sheet. They load quickly.

5/24/24. Cuando llegues al final de la calle ANTES DE DOBLAR La calle termina en T Doble derecha,,allí va ver un estacionamiento,,y cuando estés doblando hay un código QR lo escaneas y te registras después de las 6;30 Am ,el horario De trabajo para deliver y cargas es de 7;am A 2;00 pm De lunes a viernes,,sábado y domingo no trabajan,,gracias

No real waiting time on the loading side unless that train is coming thru,but I been coming here for a long time but they recently changed over to signing in via text...at first I hated,but honestly it made things more smoother plus u don't have to stand in the rain or blazing heat no more waiting on paperwork...

Driver friendly! Excellent pickup process. Very quick loading. Huge parking lot. They place and show value in truck drivers.

There check in prosecutor is one of the worst I have ever seen you have to use the texting to check in but you still have to go to the office to get your gate pass why not just check in at the office in the first place just nuts

Definitely the worst check in experience ever! Using an app to check in so that the secretary does not have to enter information manually is just pure laziness. Their job is to do paperwork so why not do it if you’re entering information for the paperwork to be handed to the driver. This new system of checking in will not work and they are being told it will work so we are at a standby. Never coming here to pick up their product again.

Staff at the window is really nice and efficient! There’s nothing but great space for 53 ft Dry Van especially if your a new driver who struggles with backing this will be a easy backing stop for you lol

Warning dry van drivers getting loaded. Don't expect to get your 30 in here! Got me unloaded in 15 minutes. Great customer service. Nice big parking lot to check in and can easily park your truck and easy backing into dock(you'll get to do a straight back in). They don't give truckers a hard time here and not wasting any of our time! You'll check in in building b so don't go all the way to the back. It's the big parking lot with trucks parked in it to your right. You should see a sign that say building B. (That's if you're dry van getting loaded.

Was late for my appointment due to mechanical issues. However, they understood what we as drivers go thru on the road. Got unloaded! Good people!

I check in around 11:30am and was done loaded by 11:45. The office lady is very nice and respectful towards Drivers. Get place to get loaded for Dry Van trailers

Very friendly staff, quick check in and dock assignment. Did wait an hour before loading. Loading took only 10 min. Back to check in office, get BOL's. In/Out 1hr 45min.

Really awesome place to get loaded. I read some of the reviews before I got over there and I was terrified thinking everybody would be rude and it would take me forever to get loaded. But the 2 women at the windows were real polite and the loading times were quick. I would no hesitate on going back there to get loaded again.

Great get u in and out love loading there but that temperature reading machine sucks but overall I give it 5 stars

Very fast loading it was the first time that I've been back since it changed from ELK. It still seemed the same.

Highly disappointed the way I was treated. I did arrive early for my appointment, however if I can't get unloaded early "tell me no". Instead I was told to park in the lot. 19 hours later and past my appointment time, I am still not unloaded. The guy at dock door 23 Fiberglass Mat is rude, and uncaring. As a woman, I will NEVER use a porta potty, they aren't female friendly after 200 guys have used them. I could have went to truck stop and waited and had access to facilities, not to mention food and drinks. I have checked in a couple times, only to have him tell at me for signing in again, but it's a new day, so yes I signed in yesterday and I am still sitting waiting to be unloaded. Now he is just using his power to make me wait and since there is no way to get any help, here I sit.

Pay attn to the signs. They are very clear, but if you are half blind and it's 4:00am you might miss them, like I did. The one at the corner of 43rd will direct you, according to what you you are doing. Other that that, nice as they come.
