Kolar installed our roof 5 years ago and did an excellent job. They did the job in one day and left our property clean and in order. We were impressed with the integrity of the owner and were very pleased with our new roof. When we had storm damage this year, Kolar agreed to do the repair even though it was a small job. We had storm damage from the March 30th storm. Kolar came out the day I called and tarped the roof. They did a fantastic job at color matching the shingles that were lost. I would highly recommend.

In 2023 Kolar did our barn and house roofs and again in 2024 (due to hail) our house roof - both times efficient, friendly and professional. Also, due to hail damage, our house was to be resided with fascia, soffit and gutters replaced. Tim worked with us to get the best bang for the buck. His siding team, Matt, Danny and Justin worked well together and were very accommodating for us to do minor repairs that were hidden under old siding. Matt is a window/door wrap wizard - the windows/doors look fantastic! The team was friendly yet professional and able to think outside the box for a few odd quirks of our house. Have and would recommend Kolar Roofing to anyone needing their services. Would give 10 stars if we could.

The crew that did the roof did a great job ,I did not think they would get it done in one day but they did it was getting dark when they finished up but it looks nice. The flat rubber roof was done the next day and I don't know what it looks like they did talk to me about it and was going out to see how it was going and they were already gone. The same for Laporte Seamless Gutters they were here the following Wednesday and talking to them one man said he remembered putting on the original gutter guards years before

Back at it again the best roofing company out there although they take a bit to get to you they do amazing job he did my roof back in like 2018 or somewhere close to that and it looked absolutely phenomenal job it was a really good job thank you tim - love your step-son logan Churchill!

I was needing a roof because of hail damage, after 7 estimates of various roofing contractors bids, I decided on Kolar roofing , from Tim the owner and estimator to his his professionalism to a complete explanation of what needed to be done . His crew of 8 got my roof done in about 9 hours and the roof looks fantastic , the gutters were installed yesterday 3 days after the roof install , I highly recommend Kolar roofing for a job very well done. This business- is run like a business should be. Set an appointment- on time for every one of them. Worked with the insurance perfectly. Included me in the decision and the process all along the way. Material was available- no delays. Workers, omg, like these guys had done roofs every day of their life. My roof, tho small was complete in 6 hours. Amazing ! The yard was tarped and the garage door protected. Which made clean up spotless. They even did my shed which is cute as a button again. Tim & Naomi are so friendly and warm. Kolar Roofing you guys are completely unprofessional trash. Again. TRASH. I tell you the fact i might not involve my home owners insurance in my claim so you guys wanna deny me service? It took you 3-4 days to get me a quote to sit here and waste my time? You legit denied me services because i said “i might not involve insurance, as i am looking to get a quote to pay out of pocket.” You guys are literally trash.

It gave us great confidence to be able to deal directly with the owner who answered any and every question ahead of time. The work was fast and excellent. They were very careful to respect our property and even did an extra favor by replacing the light bulbs 3 stories up in the peak lights! Very pleased with this local company.

He is straightforward and to the point which I respect. He inspected the roof and gave me his honest perspectives and opinions. I am not up to par with my roofing component vocabulary. I will say that by the end of this whole journey, I have added a couple more roofing words to my roofing vocabulary. Tim teaches with his assessments. Kolar Roofing did a large industrial shingle roof for our company. They were very professional, quick, and cleaned up after themselves. The work quality was excellent.

I was getting worried my roof wasn't going to get fixed this year. They were here for 7 hours. I am Sooo happy I didn't have to pay more than my estimate. I have enough confidence now that I can get the ceiling drywall fixed in my bathroom. That is because it was leaking & they installed a new skylight. Oh I will recommend them whole heartily if anyone has any doubts hiring them!

Once I reached out to Kolar Roofing , they were there to inspect our roof within a day or two. Working with Tucker was a very positive experience. He was very knowledgeable and took time explaining all options to us. He gave us an estimate for repairs as well as for an entire new roof. He was not pushy about either option, answered all our questions, and left the decision completely to us. I also dealt with the owner Tim . He was always available to answer questions, did not rush us, and very easy to work with. No down payment was required ahead of time. My experience with Tim was great. I secured multiple bids (5). I felt Tim was the most upfront and honest of all the roofers. His pricing was competitive. But where he and his installers excelled was with communication and the tear off and install. They protected our landscaping. They also used a mobile trash bin to keep shingles off the lawn. The minimal area which could be improved was nail sweeping the lawn post install. I fully recommend Tim Kolar / Kolar roofing.

My job was a small but important one. Other roofing co.'s encouraged roof replacement through fraudulent insurance claim or were too busy for the work. Kolar had great reviews on local FB page so I called them. They responded quickly and the price was fair. I liked being able to talk directly to the owner. Enough time has not passed to judge effectiveness of the repair, but so far, so good.

This Summer we needed a new roof put on our barn and some repairs to the main house roof.
We picked Kolar Roofing because Tim was going to be in touch with our chimney tuck pointing company, as he said he often spoke with him. We had chimney flashing put on too low by Kolar Roofing that exposed old tar! Looked terrible. We thought the chimney repair company was going to fix it,but he said Tim was never in contact with him. Also, after the job was over, we asked Tim to come inspect his crews work to make sure it was done correctly. His crews never put on our new boots and repaired them. Also, the barn roof was not flashed together correctly from shingle to tin roof. Everything did get taken care of except the black tar showing from our chimney. Just make sure you get your work checked by the boss when it's done to make sure you are getting what you paid for.

We had Kolar do a garage roof for us. They had done our home a few years back. Again, they did a top job all around! Professional, efficient and great clean up. We highly recommend them!

Kolar roofing is an experience roofing company in northwest Indiana area. They have done many roofs for me in the past. He has put roofs on my rentals houses and my flippers as well. Tim put a rubber roof on my garage at the office as well. They came to Archie's restaurant after we had a fire with our neon lights and fixed the roof in the December of 2015. They came as soon as I called them. I know Tim for many years now he takes pride in his work and he does everything to manufacture specs which is a plus for warranty claims. His crew is very professional and when they leave the job they clean up great. You can't even tell that the roof was torn off.
