What a great company. The employees are so very professional and always on time. Great communication with top quality work.

Talk about a horrible experience, this is the worst communication I’ve ever seen. The work was so bad the first time they had to pull all siding off my house to re do it, still a lot wrong with the house. Tried to be patient and see if they would do the right thing. I wouldn’t wish this company on my worst enemy. Your just an invoice number to them, they hire contractors out of New Jersey that don’t speak any English. Then those said contractors hire their own contractors to do the work, with zero skill. Cant even cut a piece of trim!! I could go on all day there’s too much to post, DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!! I give them 1 star, estimator was good and the gutters were done good the first time. This nightmare started in October, still fighting them… horrible

My mom, Rebeccah Neill used this company. They are a great company, J.D. Byrd came out to her house in Rehoboth Beach and was very thorough and did a great job.

J.D. was super helpful. Called ahead of time to ask if he could come early which was great! And was helpful in explaining the project and payment schedule.

Great company to work with. We had some siding and trim damaged from a recent storm in our Lewes home. JD was supposed to stop by on a Friday afternoon for my free estimate but was able to come much earlier on a Tuesday. This allowed me to be home and for him to do the damage assessment and the subsequent repairs quickly. They offered the best rates and the best workmanship around. Will call them again for any siding or window repairs in the future. Highly recommended!

We recently had Hardie siding installed by G. Fedale, and our experience was quite mixed. The work crew themselves were competent and skilled, which is the only reason this isn't a 1-star review.

However, the project management and communication were extremely disappointing:

- Our project manager was barely present (only on site a handful of times) and was eventually fired mid-project, leaving us with no point of contact for much of the job.

- Wrong windows were ordered and installed before we caught the mistake and required a correction.

- The crew began installing incorrect siding on part of our house before the error was caught.

- Our front door was improperly installed and actually burst open during a windstorm despite being locked.

- We never received a single change order with pricing details
We were charged an additional $2,000 for moving an irrigation box and outdoor electrical outlet just four feet - without any prior cost discussion.

- When issues arose, our sales representative completely ghosted us.

- No proactive communication from upper management despite multiple mentions to staff that we were disappointed in the lack of follow-up.

- The project dragged on from early November until just yesterday when they finally completed the punch list items.

The entire experience was unnecessarily stressful, lengthy, and costly.

While the finished product looks great thanks to the skilled crew, I cannot recommend a company with such poor project management and communication. Potential customers should be aware.

Rob, you got the address incorrect. It is #5, not #4. The crew arrived on time, supplies arrived timely and the crew worked tirelessly to complete the job.

I had been looking for someone to replace some siding that
came off of my house, and G.Fedale Roofing had a crew replacing my neighbor's roof. They did a beautiful job, so I went over and spoke with them about the work I needed, and within less than an hour, their office called me and set up an appointment to come. On the service day, JD Byrd called me to
confirm and arrived right on time. He was extremely helpful
and assessed my needs promptly. I am very excited about working with G.Fedale, as they are reliable and willing to explain
details of what is needed. I will gladly recommend them to
my friends and will call them when I need this type of work
in the future.

This company has poorly handled my partial roof replacement. Starting with making my 1st deposit and then not contacting me after deposit was made. I had to reach out 2.5 weeks after deposit to see if I could get a start date. I was then informed the wrong materials was ordered. After the right materials was ordered, I received a start date. They came and put the wrong roof materials on. Then had to take it off and put the correct roof materials on days later. Last week I had a leak, once again. I called office during business hours on Saturday. I didn't receive a call back until Monday. My drywall had to be done for the 2nd time after roof repair. This company lacks communication, timely service and priced marketing is at the higher end. Constant mistakes was made with no regard to the customer multiple inconveniences.

The team at G.Fedale provided exceptional service throughout the process of replacing our roof, especially JD Byrd. JD was a true professional who looked out for us and made our experience seamless. From initial evaluation to job completion JD and the team were responsive and always courteous. Special thanks to Matt Wiley for all his work in coordinating job site activities. We recently used G Fedale for siding and windows. From the first conversation with JD Byrd through the final inspection everyone was very professional and prompt. The house looks great and we would recommend anyone needing siding to call G Fedale

Just want to say a huge Thank You to G Fedale for their outstanding work. We had our roof, gutters, guards & downspouts, and 2 skylights replaced. The team of men that did all of the work were amazing. They protected the landscaping and property. They were fast and efficient. It all looks fabulous!! I highly recommend them. It was all done in 1 day.

G. Fedale roofing and siding just completed putting on a new roof and we could not be happier . The process from beginning to end was easy and stress free due to the professionalism and caring of JD and his team . JD was there to help us navigate the process, but worked with insurance adjusters every step of the way, promptly answered any question, and followed up with us on a regular basis . They did an excellent job, and cleaned up daily. They provided accurate estimates with no hidden costs We Highly recommend them .

We had an odd leak through our kitchen slider than only occurred during very windy storms. Emerick D from G.Fedale came and diagnosed the problem in a very efficient and economical manner. A huge shout out and thank you to Mike! G.Fedale (Mike) was doing a job on a house in my selbyville neighborhood. We had a piece of siding blow off during the weekend Storm winds. I stopped to ask if he could replace the piece on the peak of my roof. Without hesitation.. he said absolutely. Within 5 minutes he came to my house, completed the job, and was just the nicest person. He did not charge me for doing this. If this is the kind of service from this company.. G. Fedale recently completed an extensive shingle removal/replacement on the Union United Methodist Church in Bridgeville, DE due to storm damage this past winter. We found the organization to be very professional and efficient from representing the church in discussions with the insurance carrier to installation of the shingles. The on-site supervisor, Luke, handled the job very well and was responsive to any questions. Also, Frank Starkey, kept the Church informed of any issues and was pleasant to deal with. UUMC was very pleased with G. Fedale's work and would recommend this company.

We hired them to do extensive work inside and out on our home. They were excellent to work with and did great work. Showed up on time for all quotes and to complete the work. Overall a great experience.
