G. Fedale completed a full roof replacement on our home and the experience was awesome from estimate to completion. They did the job in one day, including a full re-sheathing (all new plywood). From the estimate by Quentin to the job supervisor, Franco, G. Fedale's employees were professional and responded quickly to all of our questions and needs.
I went with G. Fedale because of their Google reviews and their cost estimate for this job was far below the other estimates we received . As retired Seniors, this affordable, quality work was a God send and we would highly recommend G. Fedale for your roofing needs.

I am so impressed with G. Fedale and especially Project Manager Mike Bidoli. The crew worked from 7 AM until 7 PM with just a short break for lunch. I was tired just from watching them! They took on my complicated job installing ten skylights on a cedar shake roof and never blinked an eye. Mike was kind and caring, immediately responsive and very creative in solving an engineering challenge. I will absolutely recommend G. Fedale to everyone. You won’t be disappointed!

Clean up could have been more thorough (lots of nails, plastic, cardboard, and bits of siding left for us to remove).

Communication could have been smoother also. Seemed like their wires got crossed several times between scheduling, the crew, dumpster drop off and pick up, etc).

First I must admit, outstanding excellent customer service. Spoke to Jennifer B, (very enthusiastic) and within seconds she had my account pulled up, and answered all my questions. Not only did Jennifer answer my questions, she followed up with a email. In short, Ordered a new roof, me and my neighbor, so we both had our roofs redone. These guys came, tore the entire roof off, and replaced it all in the same day. Broom swept driveway, cleaned the windows and after all that, received a gift card in the mail.

We have had other roofers in the past at our other properties, left our driveway a mess and the complaints go on and on.

In closing and to be honest, G.Fedale stands by their work and their customer service team stands out #1.

Quentin from G Fedale inspected our roof due to a leak in the kitchen. He took pictures to show me what the issues were which clearly explained the problems. He quoted the roof replacement for the sunroom area. I asked for another option and Quentin responded quickly with a further quote. Ultimately I found that his original plan was the best and will be having G Fedale do this work. Very professional and helpful.

We had all of our windows replaced and had a Wonderful experience! The job was done quickly and very professionally. They left the house very clean.

As a carpenter, anyone coming in to do work on your house makes ya a little uneasy, but Ryan H was great with communication. He was great with letting the wife know what they were doing. We came to G. Fedale with a historic house in the historic district of Odessa, built in 1850 that need new siding and we’re impressed from start to finish. From the original quote, to finding out there was now plywood or insulation under the siding, to wood root, we were updated each step of the way and so happy how the house turned out. The entire team from top to the guys working on site were amazing.

We used G Fedale for our roof replacement and were very pleased. Scott did a great job of coming out and inspecting the roof, giving us a detailed report of what was found and our options. He was prompt in providing a quote and responding to any questions or concerns.
Once we agreed on the repairs to be done Matt and Tyler quickly got in contact to communicate and let us the know the dates and scope of the work. They were on sight and happy to answer questions and provided consistent updates on how the work was going and any additional repairs that were needed.
We were not only happy with the team and the work that was done but the price was better then their competitors. We are going to use them again for future projects on our house.

My first contact with Fedale Roofing was Kyle Dolan. From the start, he has been so helpful with the insurance coverage process. Always available for questions. Prompt response to email, texts and phone calls. Kyle made this project effortless. Highly recommend Fedale Roofing. Everyone I have met thus far has been great. And guess what, the phone is answered by real people. Such a pleasant experience. Our project was replacement of siding due to wind damage.

Mike Bidoli was the Field Project Manager. He kept us updated on the project schedule and was very responsive to all questions. The crew working on the house were efficient and made sure all debris was removed

This is the best roofing company in Delaware! I am actually doing this review on behalf of my elderly mother who just got a new roof installed by G. Fedale Roofing on behalf of a charitable organization. She specifically wanted to point out her great experience with Hunter and Rob but the entire roofing team was professional, nice, considerate, and communicative. My mom was grateful to work with such a great roofing company and her roof looks amazing!!!

Chris, Miguel, and another technician installed an attic fan to my house. Additionally, they noticed that the vents to my bathrooms were not ventilating at all outside, so they installed pipes to make sure that was done, and the airflow and humidity was moving in my attic. I can’t be more grateful as they were very professional, took the time to communicate with me, gave me different proposal options, and overall did an outstanding job! I highly recommend them!

We are very pleased with the GFedale organization and our new roof.
Our Project Consultant, Quentin Burslem, gave us the utmost attention and advice in helping us decide on the choice of roof materials and helped in the design selection. The entire team of project manager, roofers, and entire crew were professional and polite. When I called with questions, my calls were immediately answered. The office team were proficient and knowledgeable. The entire team was excellent from start to finish.

Fedale replaced a crawlspace window and installed outdoor Boral beadboard ceiling. The results are excellent! The Fedale team did a great job cutting and installing side jams for the window and installing the Provia window. The beadboard ceiling looks great. The crew chief, Franco was great to work with and the lead carpenter, Raul, does quality work. The project estimator, Kyle, is knowledgeable and gave me a competitive price .

Nightmare. Would give them ZERO stars if I could. Total lack of communication within G.Fedale during the whole project. Work done to replace rotten boards, rakes, outside of the contract, per me, had to be done twice as the first repairs were not done correctly, and they are charging me for the labor both times (I supplied the materials). Told by the project manager that they “didn’t understand the construction of my house”, built 1906 and that my house was a “learning curve”. Left bare plywood with roofing nails as the soffit (still there) and used 1/2” plywood instead of code 5/8” on top of my 24” spaced rafters. Job started August 21st and December 31st, still not completed. If you use them, take photos of EVERYTHING before. If you make a verbal agreement with the point of sale person or project manager, make sure it is in the contract. Ask what plywood or OSB thickness they will be using….I would have paid for 3/4” thickness as that’s what they removed. Working with another contractor to fix their mistakes as they do not care. The GM is confrontational and disrespectful- stood in my kitchen and raised his voice to me with a conflict resolution mediator (brought in by me) in the room. Update- January 24, 2025: They are now saying that the flashing that has pulled away in two places is because of the snow and gutters…so much for the workmanship warranty, as they will charge me to fix it. Check out their 1 and 2 star reviews and you will see similar issues. Good luck.

Never completed work,damage house,contact Joe,told me to get another contactor to look at damage they made.Poor craftsmanship,framed up but forgot to put Gable vents in.I use to recommend them when they were a smaller Co with good workers.Other contractors and people saw the work that they did and just shake there heads.
