We're very pleased with the glass wall system Patio Systems installed for us in May 2025 to replace the screen wall for our screened-in porch included with the original build of our house.
The manufactured wall & window components were of excellent quality and delivered to the house without any damage.
Evan and Ricky did an excellent job with both the rip-out of the existing screen wall and install of the new glass wall system with a sliding door and two windows over the course of 1.5 days. It came out solid as a rock and they were neat as a pin.
We're looking forward to having a water tight porch with a great view of our back yard. And we'll be happy to have a critter-free and pollen-free porch to enjoy going forward.

What a great experience from beginning to the end this company delivered exactly as promised with a quality product, excellent installation and clean up. Amazing - we had a large patio awning installed by Patio Systems 4 years ago - it was perfect for a long time but then one side seemed uneven. Patio Systems came out and realized that there was an error in the installation which had involved a bit of construction. Within 10 days they had taken the entire installation apart, replaced all supports and parts and left us with a virtually a new awning - all with no charge - where do you get service like that anymore????

I have had several issues with my patio awning and shade over my deck.
The service Dept has solved my problems promptly, efficiently,

Clint and Aaron did a great job. Arrived at the scheduled time. Cleaned up each day after work and finished job in the time they said it would be done. Our old screened porch is now a 3 season room and no more pollen to clean each day. I would recommend Patio Systems.

Brian and his assistant did a great job completing our porch enclosure. I especially appreciate that he pointed out a few options I was not aware of and gave me good advice on care and maintenance, including the need to add gutters.

Certainly nice when selling the job. Salesperson made an error in ordering the product we desired. Waited over 18 months for installation due to construction, and, although the product on the contract matched the product delivered, it was clearly explained what we wanted, and this was not what we received.
Unfortunately we trusted they ordered what we asked, but, now delivered and paid for they have offered no assistance in making it right, nor have they offered any remedy for us to get what we wanted from the beginning. Buyer beware.
Once you've paid its over.
I would urge you to shop elsewhere, and thoroughly examine all paperwork.

If you don’t mind putting a 50% down payment and then waiting over a year for the work to be done …. Go ahead and hire them. We signed a contract early November 2022 and after several phone calls not returned and dates given for start dates, our job was completed mid December 2023. Also they demand another 40% payment on the start date.

Project started only a week or so late structure was completed in 2 days and electric connected early the next week

Patio Systems did a superb job on our porch conversion. From order to installation it was smooth sailing and no surprises. Brian M, Bert and Tyler did the installation in 1 day and left the job site spotless.

Patio Systems has very good products/employees. What makes a company great is their response, when needed, after the sale. We love our large shade system/pergola but there have been some issues around the pergola rafters caused by high winds. It took a few months to figure out a solution. Rick B in customer service and the install team of Tom/Ray kept working on a solution to resolve our pergola issue. This shows why Patio Systems is a GREAT company. They stand behind their products and customers! We would highly recommend them.....

We had 2 projects completed the first was installing 2 awnings which was done within a couple of months and look great. They failed to install wind sensors and had to come back to do that. The second project was converting a screen porch into a 4 season room. The first project manager assigned was not particularly responsive or helpful and unfortunately it took 13 months for the work to begin but once it did Brian M, Bert and Connor B did a great job! Work done timely and well.

Brian, Connor and Burt, an amazing team from Patio Systems came in first thing in the morning and by 5 pm my porch turned into a Gorgeous 4 season room. Then George arrived and did outdoor lighting, new sockets and changed my fan. He was terrific. While I waited many months for installation… it was surely worth it

We bought a awning from them 10 years ago it worked great till last year said moter was bad came down put new moter on end last year . In spring wouldn’t work came down put another moter on only worked about a week they said manufacturer had bad moter they ordered a new one was to be fixed in week that was in September still not fixed and they wouldn’t call back every time there is a new person that gives me the run around I would never use them service is terrible. Today, 9/21/23, I am adding to my review. Connor came out today as we had decided we wanted different screens that would allow us to view the yard better. He did an efficient, professional job replacing the screens and we are very pleased. Secondly, he looked at our awning that had become a bit noisy. He fixed the problem quickly by adding some lubricant for the arm which totally took care of the noise problem.

Thank you, Connor for all your time and expertise. All three of these employees are definite assets for Patio Systems and we were happy to work with all of them.

Purchased a 400 series enclosure from Patio Systems with a long lead time from the manufacturer. It was worth the wait. We are extremely happy with our enclosed porch. Big shout out to Jay, Shawn, Mike, & Ricky for their workmanship!

You have to be patient for the 14 month wait from contract signing to work start but well worth it! Our crew, Clint and Tyler were careful , hard working , professional , and excellent communicators. They made it a point to ring outer doorbell at the end of every workday and gave us an update.

Installation was completed when scheduled. Installers were very thorough and did an excellent job from what we can tell. Job was just completed. We look forward to enjoying our rear deck more now that it is enclosed.

Patio Systems changed our screened in deck to a 3 season room using the vinyl windows. Sean and the team did a great job on the project from demo to completion during some pretty cold conditions - they were on time, courteous, and kept the space clean. I recently had an awning designed and installed by Patio Systems; I am extremely impressed by the finished product. Tyler was easy to work with to design the awning. Lea expertly managed the project. We are so happy with the results of our three season porch! It is a very sound system with high quality materials. They cleaned up at the end of each day. And They kept us informed each day of their status. I especially appreciated the time they spent cleaning the glass and vinyl vertical covers.

Purchasing and installation of awning (by Sean and Quinn) was very friendly and professional. We previously (about 5 years ago) had a patio enclosure installed as well and everything has held up great. Would highly recommend.

Be very careful dealing with this company, very careful especially if you deal with a sales representative Jason. Ordered our 4 season room in November of 2021 and was told completion should be by November or December of 2022. Due to their office sending an email to a incorrect email address requesting additional approval info our material was delayed ordering by 5 months. When I told “Jason” about problem he said he’d put a rush on it and we should have it done before the end of the year. This was not true and quite honestly don’t expect this done until only god knows when in 2023. Beware this company doesn’t stand behind correcting “their” mistakes. Beware. Customer service is not Jason and Patio Systems priority.

I currently have a retractable canopy that was installed by Patio Systems in 2011 that I have been very pleased with. It has some pin holes in it so I ordered a replacement on Feb 22, paid 50% deposit, was told it would be 6-8 weeks. It is Sept 22 and have yet to receive my canopy. I have made repeated calls and been told everything from the canopy is lost in the warehouse, to the manufacturer doesn’t make it anymore, to fabric is on back order. I have left messages and never get a call back, I have stopped in twice to try and get answers and still nothing. Most recently a certified letter was sent to the General Manager and still no one has picked up the phone to call me to provide information. My husband and I are small business owners and we understand the challenges that Covid has presented but that doesn’t explain the lack of customer service. I am hopeful that my small project has made its way up the chain and I will get it very soon but this is a very disappointing, frustrating, and time consuming experience. after having such a smooth and timely experience with the initial install.

10/6/22. Patio Systems- thank you for your response. I look forward to hearing back, very soon, how and when this will reach resolution.

We ordered our awning, put half down, and were told it would be installed in just over three months. After the time had passed, I reached out and was told it was delayed three weeks due to COVID-related supply chain issues.

This began a cycle of me calling every three weeks later and being told the same thing several more times. During this, someone was sent out to re-measure our installation. After a while, calls were not being returned and I went to the showroom to speak with them.

The awning was finally installed 9 months after the placement of the order. The crew was very cordial and did a good job. It's electrically retractable and the electrician did a wonderful job hiding the wiring. It looks great and works very well.

After my first contact with this company, the response was fast and thorough. We met, and I told the sales rep what I was considering. I was promptly given a quote for several options and told, "just let us know when you decide what you want to do." Since then, I have had blueprints drawn, obtained building permits, and my foundation and footer are in. I have emailed and called them numerous times, including sending them my approved plans and practically begged them for a revised quote so that I could place an order with them and give them my money. They repeatedly promised to get back to me very soon, but it has been several months with no revised quote or other response. My guess is that my 16x16 enclosed porch is now too small a project to be of interest to them. Regardless, since construction has begun and they have ignored me for months, I have been forced to change my plans and use vinyl windows from a different company.

We are going on our third year since our glass enclosure was installed on our screen porch. We have had a leak since day one and we keep getting the run around on it. It has been checked and verified by two different people from the company and the only answer I get from them is that they will get back to me. Nobody gets back to us and I have called numerous times and get no where. After spending over $15,000 with them I would expect a resolution after 3 years

Signed contract with Patio Systems a year ago with a 50% deposit and enclosure still hasn't been scheduled. Numerous discussions with owner, one excuse after another. This is a poorly managed business and owner cannot be trusted (he altered the design of the enclosure and when we questioned why the change was made he told us we approved it, a statement he had to walk back on when we did finally meet).

A few years back we had Ron and his team enclose our back porch and they did outstanding work. We're very disappointed with the current project, installing some railing and gates, which is still not finished despite numerous calls, contacts and commitments. Our original contract was signed on May 13, 2020 (over a year and a half ago) and the work is still not completed. Right now we're looking at parts for our gate which have been sitting outside for weeks. We understand the problems with the pandemic, but really, over a year and a half to put in some railing and two gates? Not acceptable and a very unhappy customer.

Paid in October of 2020 and still no patio enclosures.
It is June,2021, no communication. I'm tired of calling there and visiting showroom for answers. All the excuses from plant closed down, due to covid, than it rained too much, only certain crew can put the roof on, we are trying to schedule so all of the crew can be there.Now there isn't any help, we are working on customers from June. All the excuses!!!

We are very pleased with the patio awning that we ordered from Patio Systems. From the initial meeting with Ron to the installation from two of his workers who were very professional, all worked out great. We highly recommend Patio Systems.

Patio Systems had to replace a screen section on our porch. There were no problems scheduling or replacing the section of screen... quality job!

We are extremely satisfied with the whole process of having the solar panels installed and love living with the results of making our own electricity and saving money. Thank you.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our three season room and indeed recommended Patio Systems to several neighbors. We have had no issues with the room itself.
The only problem we experienced was that of communication. We waited six months between order and installation. We understand that covid altered the landscape but we went weeks without an update.
Otherwise we would have given a five star rating.

I have had my patio awning and solar shades for a year now….they are probably among the best investments I’ve made in my home!! Providing shade, cooling, style, quality, and easy operation, this company and workmanship are excellent.

They’ve sent out 3 crews to fix the terrible installation job and it still leaks. The side of my house is going to rot. The owner/manager won’t call us back after several attempts to let them fix it. They did send a cheap bottle of wine and a beach bag so I suppose I should be grateful. .

This company was extremely easy to work with despite Covid. They kept us informed of the status of our order and promised as soon as the materials arrived, our windows and door would be installed. They delivered on that promise. The installers were experienced, professional and very neat and completed the job in the time frame promised. We would definitely recommend them.

The hardest part of having Patio System install my pergola was waiting to get the approval from the HOA. They had a million questions but they were all answered. We absolutely love the pergola and the workmanship. The crew they sent was perfect. I would recommend them.

They are easy to work with and try to respond but apparently getting materials from their suppliers has been a problem since I have been waiting since the end of June to get the door replaced. This seems to be due to the pandemic. The work done to install the three-season enclosure was quick and well done

I sure am glad chose Patio System for my large awning for our 18 x 20 deck. The two installers were prompt, courteous and were experts in installing this huge awning.
It's been 7 months now and everything is operating as expected.

We're looking for an automated awning. This is one of their specialties. We made an appointment for an estimate. Sales people were nice, helpful, and knowledgeable.

There was some issue with the supply chain and we didn't get our awning until November. However, the install team was quick, efficient, and neat. The awning worked smoothly and looks wonderful.

Since spring we have had the awing deployed a lot. Even though it's consistently breeze here the awning has not struggled to stay open. It's wonderful to have the shade on our court yard.

The wind sensor has retracted the awning only once but it is reassuring to have it. Oh, and the lights work amazing casting light even when the awning is closed (we used that this past winter).
