Rob was who initially came out to look at my roof, and when he told me he would handle it from there, he really did. He dealt with my insurance company and kept me updated throughout the process. This was not what I expected from a company like this. We had our siding done recently and I have to say, the experience that we had with G Fedale was horrible. The whole process was a nightmare, the communication was very poor. The project manager was impossible to get ahold of. The first team.taht worked on the house did such a poor job that they had to send another team to fix everything. Not to say that they hit our AC line and because of that we had a huge leak in on of the rooms. I am not going to enumerate all the issues, because it was a lot. But I do not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself a huge headache.

Great to work with from beginning to end. Joey came out to do the initial survey of the roof and provided the estimate. He by far did the most extensive walk through of any company I had out (5 companies) and made sure I understood everything they were offering and why each thing would be done/recommended. I had areas of concerned that he did everything in his power to do to take care of.

The office was easy to deal with and then there was the install. A lot of moving parts, but the crew did a good job. I had a couple areas of concern that I brought up to the site manager, Tyler. He was on top of it and checked in with me during the install. The crews worked late into the evening to get the roof done. Tyler came out himself the next day to finish up some odds and ends.

The biggest thing for me was both Joey and Tyler made themselves available with any questions or concerns I had. I reached out to both when I noticed a couple things after the install. They both got back to me quickly and came out to address the concerns.

They used GAF ultra, which is one of the better shingles out there and they were definitely competitive in price. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking.

Dylan and his crew did an excellent job on a custom home in Henlopen Acres. The roof was a combination of cedar and TPO. I couldn't be happier with the final outcome!

G Fedale is simply the best at what they do. Their work is superior to any I've experienced in my 40 yrs. experience in Sussex County. The staff is so easy to work with and they deliver all they promise, plus. Their workers are very intelligent and respectful, a rarity indeed nowadays. Their pricing is competitive and their quality A1+. I will definitely use them for all my roofing and siding work and would recommend them very highly if you're really looking for quality over quantity.

Just had my roof done and I have to say it was a very positive experience from start to finish! Sam came out to do an estimate, very nice guy, very knowledgeable and came out on a Saturday so I didn't have to take off work, Tyler came out as the P.M. made sure the crew had everything they needed and again very knowledgeable and very personable we talked about everything from my roof to cars and engines great guy! At the end of the day I'd call them tomorrow for another project if I had one!!

My wife and I actually did not end up hiring G Fedale to handle our roofing project, but I can confidently say based on the quoting experience as well as all of the assistance we were offered by Joey in particular that every single person that needs a new roof on their home or roof repair should consider going through this company. The customer service was fantastic from beginning to end and they even continued to assist us and make recommendations after we had mentioned we were likely going to go with a different company based on price. Truly great experience, and we will definitely be reaching back out to them in the future when we end up re-siding our home.

Our roof was damaged by a storm and high winds. G.Fedale covered the damage to prevent leaks and worked quickly w/ my insurance. They got the entire roof covered in the claim. Scheduled the repairs quickly and worked from 7am to 8pm and finished the roof in ONE day by working a double shift, AND they cleaned up the yard of debris before leaving. I challenge you to find any other roofing company that can pull that off. Awesome crew top to bottom, Thank you G. Fedale.

Found some shingles in my yard after the last storm. Called G. Fedale who responded promptly by sending out JD Byrd. JD inspected the roof and made the necessary repairs. Job well done.

Even though I wasn't an actual customer of this company, I have to give them a solid review for being above and beyond helpful. My neighbor was having his roof done by this company and as I was leaving for work one day, I walked over one of the guys on site and asked if they happened to have some time and it wasn't too much trouble, could they pop a piece of my siding back in place and rehang another piece for me. The guy was more than happy to do this for me. Said they had to wait for some rain to pass before starting the roof any way. Mike Campbell was the guy that helped me out and let me tell you, before I even pulled out of the driveway, he was getting it done.
If I ever have future household needs that fall under their scope of work, they'll be my first call just based off that day. Thank you, Mike. I really appreciate you helping me out when you could have easily had turned me down.

The team at F Fedale did a great job replacing our storm damaged roof starting with JD Byrd. JD gave us an appraisal. He dealt with our insurance company, even coming here and going up on the roof with the insurance adjuster. He answered all of my questions. The Project Manager, Jim Bauer, came by every day to make sure everything kept moving & when the roof was done he checked to make sure everything was finished properly. The ladies in Accounts Receivable were really helpful when a payment I sent was misdelivered by USPS. Everyone at F Fedale was extremely nice & knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

We were extremely pleased with our roof replacement from G. Fedale. The company came highly recommended, and from start to finish, the project was smooth, professional, and worry free. This was a team of knowledgeable and skilled professionals. Our project consultant J.D ‘s efforts were exceptional. He spent several hours at our home, examining the damaged roof areas and explaining the process involved in a total roof replacement. He was polite, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We never felt rushed as JD took time to answer our questions, showed us a sample of the layers of roofing materials to be used, and took pictures to later share with the insurance company. On the same visit, J D, and another Fedale ambassador, Damian, temporarily patched a large area on our roof to prevent any further damage by an impending storm until the roof repair could take place. When our insurance claim representative arrived on Saturday to assess the roof damage, another Fedale ambassador , Ryan, was there to coordinate with him and provide any additional information on Fedale’s assessment of the roofing damage. Additionally, our contact person, Matt W. responded to our emails within several minutes.
On the day of the actual project, a crew of seven hard-working men, with Chris as site manager, diligently worked a 12 hour day to install an impressive new roof. It looks great! The cleanup was perfect! We are greatly satisfied with G. Fedale’s workmanship and service. Thank you JD Byrd and the entire team of skilled professionals at G. Fedale for a very positive experience.

We had our roof replaced and a new ridge vent cap done on our house. They were very professional, positive, responsive and worked around our schedule. Did the whole roof in one day with a huge team of people. They came back out for an issue with the ridge vent and brought people right out to take care of it the next day! Extremely responsive.
