The Bayside Exteriors team gave us a wonderful home transformation with the addition of stone siding around our garage. The entire team listened to our wants and needs and performed a thoughtful and skillful installation.

Bayside was the 4th company that I requested a proposal to re-shingle my roof. Bayside sent their representative Cory, who of the three previous companies that sent their representatives spent the most time to thoroughly review my roof. Additionally, Cory went over the type of materials and underlayment that would be used which was superior to the other companies. I was pleased on both the competitiveness in price, workmanship and speed of getting the work done. I highly recommend Bayside Exteriors for both your roof and siding needs.

I was able to get an appointment quickly for Bayside to come look at my parents' roof. Within days, the contract was signed and the new roof was installed a week after they came out for evaluation. Roof looks great, the installers were friendly and cleaned everything up nicely. Highly recommend.

Bayside Exteriors was a great choice. They installed a quality GAF roofing system on our home, custom-made a drip edge that was large enough to cover a plywood gap the perimeter of our roof had, installed lifetime pipe flashing, all the GAF golden pledge warranty required materials, and even added some kick out flashing pieces to our gutters as a bonus. They were the most competitive price around for what was a large residential roofing replacement project and their crew were incredibly diligent, well managed, and did a great job cleaning up after everything was done. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a roofing project done and we will definitely be considering them when we get around to doing the siding on the home as well.

Bayside recently completed a full roof shingle replacement on our house in Five Points. Scheduling was quick and roof work was even quicker, being completed in 3 days. Inspection noted that our chimney needed work as well, and that took only one more day after scheduling. We got before and after pictures of work done by a very friendly and knowledgeable team, and Manager who explained all work to us. I would readily recommend Bayside to anyone needing roof repairs.

I've used Bayside twice now. Had a metal roof installed a couple years ago over a porch, and just had the rest of the roof re -shingled. Very happy with them both times. Gave me exactly what I wanted, and payed for. Had to have them come back to tweak a couple minor things and was never a issue. I would definitely use them again .

I had a shingle blow off of my roof during the recent storms. I called Bayside hoping that they would help me out with this small job. To my surprise, the were willing to do the repair and in fact came out the same day to repair the roof. This company has traditional, old school values and it is refreshing. I used bayside exteriors to fix a persistent leak for rooftop deck. They found source and replaced material that had leak and put up new plywood along side of house and gutters as well as fixing the sheet rock with painting in the master bedroom. Solid company with reasonable prices. The owner is honest guy.

They did a repair on my roof a year ago & all was well. Then this year I had some moisture in my entree e way. Ryan came & when checking it out found moisture on the ceiling. He said the roof had a lot of loose shingles & most of the was done with poor workmanship. This roof was only 7 years old. Ryan also said he was sure it had a leak. I went for a partial new roof & there was a large leak . They also got the roof up in one day which was 2 days before the northeaster hit the coast. Their was was fabulous & there was absolutely no mess around the house when they finished.

Arrived at 7am..worked until 7 pm with only a 15 minute lunch break. Workmanship excellent, professional. Cleaned up meticulously. Price less than quoted

Bayside Exteriors did a fantastic job on my roof replacement! They were professional, prompt, and courteous all the way around. They responded quickly to my inquiry. Showed up on time for the walk around and estimate process. They returned with an estimate and talked to me about different options available. Upon receiving my deposit, they were able to get the job scheduled quickly. I had great communication from the office staff as well as the salesperson and foreman. The demolition and installation team worked their tails off and my roof was done in just over 1 day.

Bayside put up a deck in my backyard. They worked hard and did a great job…I was pleased, too, with their customer service skills, i.e. they were very responsive to my calls and always got right back to me. I’d hire them again. Their prices were competitive and fair…i got three bids before hiring Bayside. One company didn’t even bother to get back to me with a bid. Bayside was a great choice!

Bayside did an excellent job installing our new roof and skylight. Everything was great from the customer service, to the installation, to the post-work follow-up. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend their services!

In June 2022, I needed my back deck steps repaired. After calling a few contractors to do the job with no response, Bayside Exteriors returned my call, gave me an estimate and repaired the steps in a timely manner.
Fast forward to March 2023: the steps were loose in several areas, especially the bottom step. They were nailed down with Brad nails and we discovered the stringers below were rotting; consequently, an accident waiting to happen. I called Bayside Exteriors again and explained my situation. They sent out an estimator and then a repair crew.
The supervisor, John, and his 2-man crew, (Johnny and another young man) looked at the step movement, pulled it up and recognized the stringers were rotten and needed to be replaced. They did that job the same day at no additional cost to me.
Also, the office team of Amanda and Jessica were friendly and very responsive to my needs.

When you work with Bayside Exteriors, they treat you like family. A few years back, my livingroom ceiling collapsed due to a wonky roof. I called Amanda in a panic and she set the wheels in motion to help me. She was indeed my hero that day! My roof was repaired until I could afford the complete replacement. We were very pleased to meet Pat the estimater and the bid that was written for the roofing job. We had two other estimats and chose Bayside, I also received a military discount, Thank You. Workers removed all of the old roof, inspected the sheathing for damage and replaced the old roof with the GAF system. I was very pleased with the office staff and how they worked around our schedule for the work to be done. Amanda and Janitza reached out to me about work progress and timing to have access and complete work from the inside of the house. We had to travel 3 hours each way to be there for the work to be completed. The job went extreamly well and we felt confident that Bayside Exteriors was the right company to do the work and they were.

This is the second time within a few month that we used Bayside Exteriors. This time Gerardo and his team did a wonderful job with our window replacement. A special thank you to Amanda and Janitza. Looking forward to working with them on our next project soon!

I live in a older home with cedar siding. Some of the siding was rotting. Bayside Exteriors replaced the siding and made some adjustments to the siding to reduce the likelihood of rotting in the future. The admin support provided by the ladies in the office was also very good. The price was competitive.

We used Bayside for our new roof in Seaford. Amanda and Janitza in office were very helpful and friendly, overall the experience was great - fast scheduling, knowledgeable staff and on time crew. The only disappointment was the cleanup. It is normal to leave bits and pieces here and there but one downspout was fully blocked with roofing nails and materials, causing flooding during a storm not long after the roof was installed, and several of our gutter pieces are now hanging on by only a screw or 2. Overall, happy with the service and install.

We dealt with Bayside twice. Once to install a new roof, and two months later to replace half of it due to a tree branch crashing through our roof. Janitza and Amanda provided superior customer service both times. First-class operation all around.

It's not always easy to find reliable and responsive contractors these days, but I struck gold with Bayside Exteriors. From my initial phone call with Amanda (yes, actual people answer the phones), things couldn't have gone more smoothly. They were not only fast with the estimate for a full shingle roof replacement but came in with aggressive pricing that easily won them the contract. They showed up on time each day and completed the work on schedule. When I had a question on a small issue, Matt showed up the same day and had it corrected the following day. Matt then came back again to make sure I was happy - I certainly was! We had a shed roof done by a local general contractor a little more than 2 years ago. Bayside provided the shingles to match the roof that Bayside installed on the house. I called the office and Janitza and Amanda went to great lengths to find the old order. They found the shingle manufacturer and color. They had to call to the manufacturer to get the matching shingles because the shingles were no longer being produced. They found our shingles! I was very impressed with their commitment to customer service!

I received an estimate from Bayside and the whole experience was first class from the initial call to the detailed estimate. Their price is very competitive and they offer GAF roofing which is of the highest quality.

Family summer home on Herring Creek developed leak in ceiling of porch surrounded by sliding glass doors. The ceiling was under a steel roof. Before contacting Bayside, I called several other competitors. The competitors were unable to respond because of other high priority jobs. However, Bayside was very responsive when I contacted them. They promptly arranged for a representative (Pat Martin) to do a damage assessment and job estimate. Mr. Martin quickly determined source of leak and drew up estimate. I accepted the estimate and signed contract to fix leak. Within 2 weeks, a Bayside professional came and fixed leak. The bill for this effort was very reasonable and I highly recommend Bayside to anyone needing services associated with roofing. While this was a relatively small job, Bayside treated it as a high priority.

We have dealt with Bayside on several occasions. Our original Builders installed
roof (Dec 2010) has been a real pain in the backside. We have strong winds here near the shoreline, & we've lost shingles frequently. Bayside has responded quickly and effectively to all calls. Just today another issue, I called, they were here in hours & handled the issue. Their workers are courteous efficient & friendly. Their office staff is top shelf!. when I first needed to replace my roof, I called 4 places including Bayside. We were impressed by their attention to detail, commitment to quality work, and their professionalism. So glad we went with them to do our flat roof and shingles! We ended up having them come back and do an additional section on our back addition. We did have a subsequent issue 9 months later with a leak from a bad storm, but not unexpected with our 80 yr old house. Bayside came out immediately and true to their guarantee, made the repair which was actually due to our very old door and cedar shake siding leaking. Bayside did right by us the first time, and since then I have recommended them to many friends and neighbors, with positive and grateful feedback from them.
