Last year I discovered that my basement window was improperly sealed and was leaking water into a finished bedroom. The Platinum team came on site the day I called. Other suppliers needed weeks just to give me an estimate.

Bill, Jack and Joe (and others who came to the rescue) started the work immediately and kept even more water from coming in. They inspected and sealed a few other foundation cracks to avoid future problems.

The roofing team also came out and concluded that nothing was needed. Jack, has come out again this week with the same report.

Honest, responsive, competent, affordable. I can't say enough this entire group. Call them.

We needed our entire roof repaired for over a year. Platinum roofs had advised us several years ago that it would be a waste of money to put a sealant on our roof. When we were finally ready to replace it, we called them and they came immediately to inspect and give us a quote. When they started the job they were always here when they said they would be and kept in constant touch with us. Jack and his crew were very efficient and kept our property spotless during and after the installation. They did an excellent job and we would highly recommend them to anyone!

Hello, I still can not believe I called Platinum roofs at 1:00 o’clock and Jack said he can be at my house in 35 minutes, actually he showed up in 30 minutes. I would like to thank Jack for fixing my shingles that blew off in the wind, he was very professional and worked safely. He explained other products that would restore my 15 year old roof to get longer life out of it.

I called with a leak in my ceiling and Jack was there by the next day. He did a thorough assessment and determined that the leak was not from the roof, but rather an issue with our air conditioning unit. The AC guy, the following day confirmed and fixed the leak. Jack could have taken me down a costly path, but he didn't. He is honest, thorough, and competent. He even made friends with our 85 pound dog! When it comes time to replace our roof I will definitely be calling Platinum Roofs, Inc.!

Leak Stoppers is a division of Platinum Roofs, Inc and we had them seal a small crack in our basement wall. It is a 13 year old poured concrete foundation. They arrived at the designated time, explained step by step the sealing process and were very, very neat.

Wayne and his team did a great job on the installation of Duradek material on my second floor balcony. The work was done when it was promised and in the time frame that was promised. The workers were professional, courteous and took great care to not damage any other structures of the home while they were working. Overall, a very positive experience.

We used them for the first time and they were timely and did an excellent and thorough job. We would use them again.

Recently called Leak Stoppers to repair a leak in the basement. Left a message over the weekend, they called on Monday to schedule a time to come assess the problem—first thing Tuesday am. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, prompt, and professional, and our leak was fixed before noon. Highly recommend. Both Jack and Jim were excellent and so helpful.

I appeared to have a roof leak which was staining our ceiling over two rooms that were an addition 12 years ago. One of the areas was a decked patio area off an upstairs bedroom. I called Morse Roofing to come and fix it, and they determined that since a flat roof was involved they would recommend Platinum Roofing; they did not deal in flat roofs.

Wayne Mitchell from Platinum gladly came and thought there were several areas for potential problems; he suggested I buy a moisture tester and see if I could trace the source during a rainstorm. I did this for several months and eventually asked Wayne to come back. He did so gladly again and we reviewed the situation. He never once tried to sell me anything. He only tried to help me figure out what to do, which was somewhat a mystery.

Long story short, I decided to remove the floor board decking and rubber membrane under it on the flat roof and replace it with a Duradek material. I called Duradek Corp for resources and Platinum was one.

The rest is history. The work and workmanship was as contracted. The crews were quick, efficient, friendly, informative, helpful, professional, on time and never seemed to take a break. We learned that there were three situations under the bare deck where water was slowly causing damage and leakage. These areas were treated and repaired with utmost attention and care.

I cannot say enough positive about the subcontract crew from ProCoast Coastal Services who did all the railing removal, demolition and and then reassembly after the before and after the Duradek crew laid the material. The coordination and timing of the crews was spot on.

Joe Crispin is a first-class professional. He is knowledgeable and honest, and his team are expert DuraDek installers. I would highly recommend them for any DuraDek installation needs.

It's not too often that I have a residential project with a flat roof, but my most recent project was just that. The folks at Platinum Roofing are one of the most professional and qualified roofing outfits I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend them for any roofing need you might have, and plan to use them on my next project which includes a significant amount of standing seam metal roof. Leakstoppers

We bought a resale home in the Lewes area that had a full basement. Unfortunately after moving in we discovered that the basement had a water issue due to several cracks in the foundation. After spending time doing research and consultations, we decided to contract with Leakstoppers, which is part of Platinum Roofs, to help us prevent the water from entering the basement.

They fixed three cracks that have stayed dry for over a year. We recently found one more and had them back to fix it. They are professional, responsive and reasonable. Happy to report the basement is now perfectly dry! Oh, and subsequently found out that one of the large builders in the area hires them to correct issues under warranty. Highly recommend!

I have been a customer of Platinum Roofs for over 13 years. They have installed roofs on two of my houses in Dewey Beach. Their workmanship is superb. They are always punctual, friendly, and fairly priced. Nor'easters tend to hit my properties hard as we are fairly exposed... on every occasion where I needed service or repairs, Platinum Roofs was on site in a timely manner and quick to perform the necessary maintenance. I called other roofers with no response. I called platinum roofs. They responded withing the first day and they came out to inspect my roof leak. They came and did a temporary fix on my leak. Came back within a couple days to install a new white TPO roof.

Wayne, from Platinum Roofers, responded to my call for an estimate to cap a section of gutter which was always clogging. I was provided the estimate in a timely manner and contracted them to do the work. The crew that came to work on my gutters were very professional and courteous. I will not hesitate to use this firm for additional work in the future.

They completed two Kemko Epoxy Injection services in our basement and appeared to have finally fixed some long standing leaks improperly fixed by other companies. Outstanding product and service. Highly recommend them.

My husband and I were looking for a business that dealt with flat roofs at a reasonable price for my 2 door garage. Our old flat roof was in very bad shape...needed total replacement. These guys are flat roof specialist! Every step of the way we were educated about why we were having problems in the first place (never put shingles on a flat roof) is what we learned because there’s not enough pitch and what was needed to resolve. They took pics every step of the way as well so we have for our records. It was shocking to really see how bad our roof was. Joe built trust from the very beginning and his staff were all great.
