Friendly Paint and Body did an amazing job on our vehicle. This was our second time using them and they did a quality job, gave the quote up front and always answered the phone. Erica at the front desk is top notch! I highly recommend this place for quality and reasonable pricing.

Firstly, I do not frequently write reviews just for the sake of doing so. I typically only write a review if the service was exceedingly bad, or exceedingly amazing. In the case of Friendly Paint & Body, the service was exceedingly amazing, without a doubt.

For starters, they were extremely communicative when it came to how things would work, and how things were going during the job. Throughout the whole process, i had full confidence that my vehicle was being given very close attention.

During my repair, there was a small hiccup in which the shop received a faulty part from a vendor. It was not the fault of Friendly Paint and Body at all, and they handled it so well with acceptional professionalism and communication.

Lastly, my car didn’t just look fixed… it looked BETTER than it did before. In addition to the repair, they FULLY detailed my vehicle interior. Polished my wheels. Everything.

When i got my car back, it literally was as if i was driving my car brand new, freshly purchased off the lot.

I will come back to Friendly Paint and Body for all future vehicle repairs. 10/10

Five star business! Excellent customer service and wonderful body work and the painting was perfect. I am excited that we have a place in Harrisonburg that can do small fender bender repairs as well as large collision body work. I used them without ever seeing their work, its the best decision I could have made for my automobile.

Came in to replace my bumper, they got it done 2 days ahead, cleaned the inside & outside of the car, and even taped a mirror that was near broken. Great service. Highly recommend!

These folks are the best. I had a very minor issue of replacing a piece of bumper trim that I had already purchased. So I drove over thinking maybe I could get an appointment in the coming week. Well, two minutes after my arrival, a mechanic came out to take a look and 30 minutes later I was on my way, problem solved. And it wasn’t like they didn’t have other work to do. Cost of the work was more than fair. Really nice people. Highly recommend.

I went to Friendly Paint for a quote to repair some scrapes and blemishes on my front bumper. Erika was very courteous and knowledgeable about the process. By the time I got home after running some errands, I had an email from her with an estimate and scheduled an appointment within two weeks. When I picked up my car, I was amazed at how nice it looked. The paint job was awesome and my car looked like new! It had been thoroughly washed and the dash cleaned. I can't say enough good things about this place. I am from out of state and was dealing with a damaged vehicle that was preventing it from being driven home. Erica was very understanding of my situation and got me an estimate within an hour. The price quoted was more than reasonable. After giving them the green light, she ordered the necessary parts and got the work scheduled. I had to return home for several days. She called me when the work was done and they waived the usual storage fee to give me time to get back and pick it up. They even used some leftover paint to paint the repair even though the quote only called for them to prime it for me. Totally went above and beyond what I would ever have expected and the price was great. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone needing body or paint work done on their vehicle.

Really great Customer Service, got the job done quick and were very good with keeping me updated and since it was my first time going to a body shop they were very helpful through the process, i definitely recommend them.

Highly recommend! I was able to stop by the shop for a free estimate anytime, and they provided the completed estimate within hours of stopping by. Staff was friendly and communication was clear. They got my vehicle scheduled for service within 10 business days of the estimate. Service was excellent, and they did a full detail and wash on the car as well! That was totally unexpected, and the car hasn't looked as nice, inside and out, since the day I bought it.

WOW! I can’t say enough about this recently established business! My 2011 car needed the roof repainted. The first estimate was outrageously high, so I sought a second opinion. Friendly’s estimate was half as much as the first! Their work is exceptional, thorough, really “above and beyond”. My old Corolla looks perfect on the outside, sparkling on the inside.
I enthusiastically recommend this company for its excellent work, service and reasonable cost.

I was 38 weeks pregnant when me and my husband hit a deer on the way home from church and it busted up everything on the front passenger corner of our new truck.
Friendly’s were awesome from the beginning. Their communication was great, they answered all of our questions and walked us through the process. Erica was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. She took care of everything and kept us updated along the way. I went into labor whilst they had our truck and they didn’t make it stressful whatsoever. The truck doesn’t even look like we hit anything to begin with, in fact it came back looking better since they even included a wash and clean of both the inside and out!
Definitely recommend and will use their services again in the future, should we ever need it!
