Called for diagnostics on vehicle, they were able to get me in quickly. Called me with there findings, and gave options, completed repair quickly, and at the price they said. Easy to deal with, and follow through with what they say.

Love the staff at Blueridge Automotive! I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change while I was at work. My daughter is due any day with her first baby and I called and told them the situation and if there was any they could get my car done as soon as possible. I called here to see if they'd check out a used car I was looking to buy. They couldn't get me in same day, but the gentleman spent 15 minutes on the phone with me so he could basically gave me a free limited CarFax. 5 stars from me for excellent customer service.

Seriously? I do not believe these reviews are real. This is THE worst place I have ever dealt with. They’ve had my car for SIX WEEKS. SIX WEEKS!!! For crying out loud. I will NEVER cross their threshold again. I call to check on it and they can’t even remember who I am.
Take your cars to Rittenhouse or Shenandoah. The ONLY reason mine is there (yup, it is STILL THERE) is because of the damn insurance.

I have always been happy with the service and the people at Blueridge but the prices for service and repair times have recently increased. Would like to see better pricing and little more contact about the progress of my vehicle. If you will need to have my vehicle for more than 3 days, then please call me.

I have been going to Blue Ridge Automotive since I bought my Honda Civic in 2012. 145,000 miles later, my car is doing great, thanks in large part to Blue Ridge Automotive. Whether it is general maintenance, minor repairs, or larger projects, they are terrific. I completely trust them. They are excellent at what they do, and are very reasonable in cost.

For example, today my heat shield was broken and my car was not safe to drive. They fit me in within an hour of me calling, and completely repaired it, with minimal cost to me.

Well I just had another service done . My 100,000 mile checkup on my 2013 Honda CRV . I was also recommended to have my brake rotors replaced . Well I've had it done . I'm so pleased . I'm impressed all the way from calling for the appointment, to the work done . I've got to know them , and trust their advice . I have a 1996 F150 pick up . And they , when they work on it . Job well done . They are my go too placebos service . I especially enjoy talking with Brandon the service manager , so knowledgeable. And Honest .. no I didn't get paid to say this . And I'm not family . Just a happy customer !

Honest trustworthy people have always done great work on my vehicles I highly recommend this place just recently had them put a new ac condenser on my vehicle they did it for a fair reasonable price and did a great job!

These folks are great to work with. The receptionist is always friendly and explains the work and costs well. The repairs are done on time. Pricing is reasonable and average for the area. They are good about explaining repairs and needs of the vehicle. Highly recommend.

I had my transmission replaced. Chad and his team did all the heavy lifting. They found Lola (that's the name of my 2005 Jeep LJ) a transmission and installed it in less than a week. I had my brakes and rotars replaced as well. Very detailed and thorough work completed. Very friendly staff. Professional and courteous. My mini cooper had hit 100k miles and in need of normal wear and tear repairs. Besides the ones listed, they had to replace the Timing chain and Drive belt. Not only did they do a wonderful job but their price for EVERYTHING they did was extremely reasonable! I've been going to them for 3 years now and their work is always of the highest quality. They are honest, communicative with their customers, friendly and being a family run business they seem to be more into treating their customers with care. I've also spoken to other customers of theirs and ALL give them 5 stars and have the same assessment I do. I don't usually take the time to write reviews but in their case I felt the desire to pass along my experience. This is undoubtedly the best Auto Repair Shop I have EVER used.

Stopped with a miss in the engine at 5pm on a Monday.
Customer service was calm courteous and prompt to address my problem. The mechanic was quick to scan the engine and find a diagnosis. They kept the car overnight and had it back to me by noon the next day, in spite of having a full workload on their schedule.
Excellent service!!

Their final charge was slightly less than their estimate - good! They were communicative about time to finish the work. I would recommend them.

The owners of this business could not be kinder or more professional. I have gone there for a my car needs for several years. Thanks guys.
