Of course I'm missing pavers I ordered. And of course it's after hours on a Friday that it gets noticed. Guess nothing is getting done this weekend. I even asked the delivery driver if everything I ordered was there when he told me they were delivered. And of course he said yes.

If I could give a ZERO star I would but you at least have to put one star !!! Staff is extremely rude , lazy , and unprofessional!!!!!!! Most of the brick and block made are busted , or done incorrectly.!! Management is HORRIBLE ,, and employees are treated poorly and unfair !!! Save your money and time and go elsewhere , unless you want poor service and material!!

I placed an order payed for it the same day. I was told when it come in I would be notified that it would take 5-7 days. 10 days later I called and was told it would be here Thursday or Friday. Never heard a word. Called Saturday 14 days later and was told OH YES ITS HERE come in Friday we forgot to call but we will deliver it First Thing this week. Tuesday they call needing an address for delivery be there this evening. Next day I call which is Wednesday told be shipped Thursday second run. This place is terrible like a bunch of politicians can’t believe a word they say. Save your time and money deal with someone else.

First, I would like to say I have NEVER given a negative review to any company until now. I have had one of the worst experiences anyone could have with a company. In building our home, the take off and engineering were done by Valley as well as all materials purchased from the company. All materials deemed necessary by Valley were used in the construction process according to the plans provided to us by Valley; the only issue is that the materials were undersized, grossly undersized. In fact, our home could have collapsed and it was truly a miracle it did not. This is no overstatement!. I spoke with the president of Valley many times over the course of about 6 months and it was deemed by Valley nothing was wrong with the engineering. I have to say we placed an enormous amount of steel in our home in order to sure up sagging beams and to close up gaps of 2 inches or more from walls to ceilings. In addition we had to remove brick from our home in order to reduce the load on the beams...the president of Valley indicated to me that our home was not engineered for brick...our plans showed brick from day one. We purchased every single brick from Valley - all 90,000 which were deemed needed by Valley in the construction of our dream home. We trusted Valley to engineer and supply the right materials in order to build our dream home and they failed us. We had to watch our dream 2 story home being torn to pieces while we lived in it. No one should have to go through this. Not to mention we paid every penny to reconstruct our home because they do not stand behind their work. They pass the buck to the next guy and crush the little people. Please do not let them fail you too.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
