This had to be my worst experience EVER in all my life of buying anything- it was filled with lies, misinformation, and miscommunication between members of their own company on different lvls. In fact, if you check my history, you can see that I usually do not even do reviews, but with the disgusting experience I had, it is warranted. I had flown in from another state to buy this vehicle because i was in dire need of a car. The first issue was the mileage. The advertised mileage for this car was over around a 800 mile difference, which made it very close to the “bumper to bumper” warranty. So, that is a smaller amount of miles for me that I am covered with under a used car after any issues I notice after purchase. Another issue was that there was a very audible squeak that was heard upon acceleration. I expressed this to Nate and he said that he would have the guys take it back to the garage and check it under the hood what was going on. Instead, they just drove it around the block and provided a guess on what the issue was. They refused to adjust the price, leaving me to deal with the repairs. Because of the extra mileage, I decided to have it shipped. I bought this car on a Friday and was assured that my car would arrive on the following Tuesday/Wednesday. I was repeatedly told by Nate that my title would be mailed to the lean holder and the registration and other documents needed to be able to drive the car, would be mailed to me within a week or two. On Monday, I called to follow up on a time I should expect for the delivery and I was told that no one from the company had set a time even to pick up the vehicle. I was calling this dealership for about a week and a half for updates and they were moving very lackadaisical to get it shipped to me. Nate had told me that the issue was expedited, but after a week and a half of calling, there was still no update. He also told me that they set up the payment and processing for the shipping that Friday I had come in to purchase, and he emailed me the receipt. I checked the date on the receipt, and it stated that it was actually not submitted until the following Monday. So, for about 2 weeks, I was not able to see or drive a car that I put a huge down payment on. To add insult to injury, I was told they still did not mail my paperwork.
Finally, the manager, Sabrina, had to have another company to ship my car to me. I was told my registration and other paperwork needed would be inside the car. When I got the car, There were still MORE issues. The paperwork was not there. They then told me it would be delivered to the county clerk’s office. I went to the county clerk’s office to find out there was an issue with whatever the dealership had sent and everything was sent back to them. With all this back and forth, I was not able to drive this car for almost up to a month. The other issue was my second key fob. The dealership is under signed contract that they owe me two key fobs. However, the second one did not work. I changed the batteries and it still did not work. I called the dealership to speak to the manager and she refused to get on the phone with me. They transferred the call to her and it would go straight to vm every time and one time, one of her employees had asked if I call another day because she was tired because she was in a lot of meetings that day. I then spoke with nate, who stated that they had checked the key fobs before they sent the car. So, for some strange reason, in the short time span from being at the dealership to the distance that it was delivered to me, the key fob magically stopped working?! They told me that because it was now in my possession, there was nothing they can do about it. Which breaks the contract they had me sign. So, I scheduled a time to go to a Dodge dealership and told me the key fob was NEVER EVEN PROGRAMMED. They stated that there was no way that the dealership could have checked/programmed because they are not Dodge. If it was a life or death situation to choose to work with this dealership, I’d rather not live.

Came here to get my lug nuts removed due to not having the key and they told me it would be $280. They also told me that I would have to sign a document stating if anything got damaged in the process, they wouldn’t be held responsible. I went to a different Chevrolet dealership and was given a $115 estimate and was ensured that if anything got damaged, I would not be financially responsible. I would not recommend this dealerships service or parts department.

Saw a used Acadia online and called to see if I could come look at it. Turns out it was loaned out. A week or two later they got it back so I drove the hour to look. At this point it had 5000 more miles on it and they didn't budge on price. The price of the Acadia was fine but they did not give much for my trade. The Acadia had old tires and they wouldn't replace but offered "dealer cost" on new tires when needed - surprise, 2 months later I need new tires and "dealer cost" is almost $300 more than anywhere else. Since buying the car in Oct, I've replaced all of the window wipers (rear one was falling off), need new tires, and an alignment as it pulls to the right. The parking brake sensor is malfunctioning, as is the rear hands free lift gate sensor. There's also a loose parts noise coming from under the driver's seat that I had to pay over $70 for another dealer to diagnose because it's not covered under the CPO warranty. All of these things were present before purchasing and some could've been caused by the person it was loaned to but the car was clearly never checked after that. It also took 2 months to get my registration (they sent it to the wrong county clerk originally) and I'm still waiting on a refund for the excess registration fees. I caved and bought the car because I'm expecting twins and needed a larger car, but definitely regret the purchase! Wouldn't recommend this dealer for used cars. Giving two stars because the salesman was nice enough and really just the messenger.
