Gave this company a call and they were out the next day not only were they quick they kept me informed about everything!! Very professional!! Quickly replied to my quote request and was at my house the same day to check out the project. Had a great discussion about what needed to be done and what I wanted. Wasn’t pushy or trying to bs me into work I didn’t need. Returned in a few days to start the project of repairing an exterior wall and had it knocked out quickly. Treated my home with respect and made a very high quality repair. Will definitely use again for any future projects!

I used them for a few small tasks to prepare our home for sale. Their representative arrived right on time. He worked quickly, but did excellent work. I strongly recommend All American.

Joe, Chris and their team are absolutely phenomenal to work with! On Dec. 4th 2024 we had a water backup on our first floor and they took care of mitigation right away. Our first floor then needed repairs as did our kitchen and they began to work right away on that as well. Joe is amazing with the work and communication he did with our home insurance company. They are easy to talk to, and are consummate professionals. Very clean as well, as work was being done daily in our home, the workers made sure to always keep things clean at the end of the day. Chris' knowledge is incredible!! We were so happy with their work we added on additional kitchen repairs and upgraded on flooring in some parts of the first floor. Changing the rap contractors have! We had a pipe burst and Joe and his crew came in after restoration services were complete for repairs. They are professional, on time, fair, and transparent. Communication is among the best and I finally have a renewed hope for having any contractor work done!!! Will use them for anything in the future— even the small jobs! The first (and biggest so far) was a full hall bath renovation. They took out everything, made the bathroom bigger, changed the drain location, and created a full wet room like we wanted. They widened the doorway and added the pocket door making it so much better to use for people who may need a walker or wheelchair.

I had the pleasure of working with All American Craftsman for several projects around my home, including building custom bookshelves, installing ceiling lights, and fixing my flagpole. From start to finish, they were an absolute delight to work with. They were incredibly timely, arriving exactly when they said they would, and completed the work efficiently and with great attention to detail.

Owners came in to do a post work inspection. He came back with the employee to show them where they messed up. Great work and very satisfied.

We hired them to remove a wall in our garage that was preventing us from parking and add a water shut off switch for the house. From assessment to the completion of the work, they were professional and attentive. There was a question about whether the wall was needed for support, and they brought out an expert out for a second opinion. I really appreciate their additional efforts to find an appropriate solution. The end result looks amazing and works great. We will definitely hire them again when we need more work done.

After over a month looking for a contractor to remodel our house, we chose All American Craftsmen and Contracting. Joe was knowledgeable and just made us feel comfortable with the project. Once they began, we knew we made the right choice. Chris and the team were very profesional and patient when we made changes throughout the project. These guys are extremely detail oriented and went the extra mile with the finishing touches. Already referred these guys to my parents. All around awesome people and great company!

When our bathroom floor flooded while we were away, damaging the bathroom vanity and ruining the flooring, I was nervous about finding quotes and picking a contractor. I posted the question on FB and immediately received recommendations, with All American Craftsman and Contracting, coming up over and over again. I called them, and Joe came out later the same day to look at the project and give me a quote. I liked that they are a locally owned company and allowed me to be a part of the process.

The team showed up every morning until the project was finished. They were professional, nice people, and cleaned the site each night before leaving for the day. I can't say enough about how comfortable I was having their team perform the work. In 3 days, I had a whole new bathroom. Some of the water had also leaked through the ceiling below, they patched and painted it in a way that you would never know there had been a hole in the ceiling.

Joe, Ted, Chris & their team have manage several projects in my place. Huge (a massive custom cabinet with some unusual requests, an archway in a doorframe, & a full bathroom renovation) to small- managing all the little things that add up that I just don't have the tools, time, or skill necessary to do them. They are always so professional, kind, and the work is incredible. I will go back to them again and again- for my home now and in the future.

Highly recommended contractor. We needed to have our bathroom vents through the roof and collected a few bids. All American Craftsmen & Contracting were not only quick to respond and follow up but when they completed the project they matched our existing vents which we didn't even think to ask for but highly appreciated. The people who work here at All American are not just professional and proficient, but they are also kind! They've done a few projects for me now: repairing a leaking window (and the subsequent water damage), installing attic stairs, patching my siding, and fixing some ducting. All projects were done with speed and precision. They were even kind enough to hang my pictures back up on the walls after they were done!

If you're a single woman in your 20s trying to repair your first home, like I am, you might be hesitant to reach out to contractors because of the likelihood of scams. I've had terrible experiences with other contractors in the area and thought I was out of luck, until I found All American. Working with All American Craftsmen has been the absolute best experience since the start. From the office staff, the quote process, the communication, install, and completion I have been happy the entire time. The team listened to the needs of my family and helped us accomplish a new deck within our budget and it turned out beautiful. All American was excellent! One morning, a tree fell through our daughter’s room. Luckily, she was with us and no one got hurt. We had to leave due to the severe roof damage. All American was professional and quick to help. Not only did they repair her room, they made it even better and safer.

Initially, we looked to many other local contractors to complete the work on our house. Most of them gave obscure replies or false promises, however All American came to our house and gave us a solid thumbs-up. The prep-work with the City of Chesapeake and our HOA was the longest part of the process. Once those obstacles were clear, the work started and the final product was exactly what my wife and I described to Chris and Joe. I couldn't be happier with the care this company showed me. I found a leak in my kitchen which caused a lot of damage. Joe came out to assess the situation within 24 hrs. I operate an in home daycare so i needed to get this done asap. They took so much care in making sure to seal off the work areas to keep dust and contamination to a minimum (which i very much appreciate.) And cleaned everything up when they were done. They were honest with pricing and keeping me informed with possible problems we could run into. I'm so thrilled with the finished product. All American did a great job at my house last week. They addressed a number of water infiltration problems, repaired my roof, re-caulked vulnerable windows and siding. They were very professional. They showed up every morning and worked all day. They were also always willing to answer any questions or concerns on my mind. It's a great relief to know I can count on them in the future.
