Repaired the roof at my parents home just before Christmas last year. First class service & great people, can never thank them enough for what they did.

James and his crew did an AMAZING job on my house in Newberry. Excellent communication and very professional. Their crew did an amazing job all the way around. From beginning to end Top notch service. Highly recommended.

Metal roofing kept blowing off and when inspected -five star didn't screw the metal down in spots. They cut valley pan to short. I have plenty of pictures for the people who are thinking about using them. I called them serval times and have yet to get them back so they can fix the roof. Water is flowing down the walls in the house. Please check around and get someone qualified to do roofing instead of someone that is taking advantage of people. Wish I could leave them a negative five

It was about time to replace the shingles and my roommates and I weren't looking forward to spending a ton in it. Luckily you guys came to our door and talked about the money we could save and we even got shingles that matches the color scheme of the house better! We're very lucky you guys game to it door!

They put new roof three years ago l have lot of problems l call them 7 times nobody wants to come fix it l would not do business again

After being asked for 2 estimates, they came out, looked at the jobs, and said they would have the estimates within a day or two. After 2 weeks, i finally reached an administrative assistant who had no idea why i hadn't been contacted yet. She would find out what had happened and get right back with the estimates.
After waiting 4 more days with no contact what so ever, had no choice but to let them know that their services were no longer required.

I'm very happy roof is 100% better no more leaking roof thanks for taking care of me,and they clean up everything that came of the roof.

He met with me, at my office, promptly and guided me through the process. He advised me with regards to my home owners insurance, which I was unaware would help with the cost. The job was done in record time, and with a beautiful result.

Five Star Roofing named their company appropriately. They deserve five stars. My husband and I just had a brand new metal roof installed on our double wide mobile home and couldn’t be more pleased! They delivered more than we expected! The roof is beautiful! Our home is going to look better than it did when we first bought it once we paint it. The roof makes such a difference! James Brewster took the time to make sure we understood the entire process and was so polite and professional. The crew that actually installed the roof were knowledgeable, courteous, professional and showed respect for our property and us. Throughout the installation they cleaned up as they worked and there was minimal mess . Upon completion, they cleaned up so well that you’d never know they had been there. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a great company to get a new roof from.

I wish I had read the reviews before I went with this group. I really don't know how these people stay in business. This Dennis person comes off as a caring, religious person don't fall for it he tells you one thing, milks your insurance for every dime he can get and then he up his price and please don't fall for this shot that he will work with you. That will cost you more than you're ever pay any ligimat loan co. This co is the biggest sharks walking. Professionals, don't know the meaning and that group of worker's that does the work well I'm still picking up nails and debris. Never but never again. Buyer beware

Five Star did an amazing job on my mother's roof, the owner and head Forman did a fantastic job answering all our question, very very polite, helping my mother and aunt understand roofing in normal people terms! The clean up was above and beyond. My aunt got home later that night about 7, the Forman came all the way back just to check if the facia was nailed properly(picky women). Which while he was there he went to every (only the 4 coners)spot they had questions about and explained how it was done in again normal people terms. We had mold growing in a few places, the crew was quite while my mother slept for her 2nd shift job. They pulled up plywood and replaced it. I'd highly recommend Five Star, their work is up to more then one picky women's par and they are a very well mannered crew. The owner also handles all the insurance mess, it takes a huge headache off your shoulders, all we had to do was hand him the paper work and he took it from there. We have been 2 years leak free and my mom doesn't get sick as much now that they got rid of the mold problem! Thank you so much Five Star and your crew. We love the black metal roof! Heres to 30+ more years to a new roof and an outstanding company!

If I could rate them negative stars I would! Please listen to the warnings the others are saying about this company. They are dishonest, unreliable, and unprofessional roofing contractors. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They do not follow up and their work is definitely not "5 Star" quality. I only wish I had seen the first review before getting work done to my house by them. Con men the lot of them!

I recommend staying away from this lier, don't get screwed like me. If you think it a good idea to do business with him, make sure you have everything you want done written out exactly in the contract and be there to watch the work go in. Unfortunately, that check is worth more then the mans word and he will say anything to get it. I used them to reroof a house, I don't believe I'll be using them again in the future.
Quality of the material is great, however the roof was not installed according to what was discussed, will it work sure it will, but it's not what I wanted or what I was told I was going to get. End of story.
The neighbors had theirs done at the same time and got the same run around.
When this guy says he wants to make you happy, it's another lie. BEWARE
