As a relatively new homeowner with less than 10 years of experience, I was understandably apprehensive about replacing my roof for the first time. After receiving multiple estimates from other companies, I met with Andy from Oberle Roofing—and what a difference!

Dalton and the Oberle Roofing team are truly remarkable people. In my particular case, we had a gutter rip off of our house during the ice/snow storm. After being ghosted by several companies, and having other companies come out to quote me ridiculous prices, Oberle Roofing was recommended instantly by fellow Hanahan residents. Dalton came by on a Sunday to check the damage and remove the gutter falling off of my house without the expectation of any money. He had a long list of client jobs to work on, but keep me in the loop about a possible repair. Speaking to his level of honesty, he recommended another company who could help me out with my gutter. I met with Dalton went over the plan to replace my roof. We set a date and that same day that they came out they completely replaced my whole roof. I'm so glad that I found Oberle Roofing and their representative Andrew. Andrew was the only person that was concerned enough to work with my insurance company even meeting with the adjuster to explain all the problems with my roof. Hands down the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. When it comes to the installation it was top notch and they only used te best material. When they were done they cleaned up like you wouldn't believe.

They were very informative. Latest technology on what my house needed made a thorough inspection of my roof actually got on top which is what I really liked. I got three estimates. Everybody was pretty close to the same. Not much difference but I chose this company because of the thoroughness of their inspection on my roof. Told me exactly what he was going to do. Told me when he was going to do it when the crews are going to be there and at what time and they were not late at any point in time. They started at around 7:00 and finished up around 2:00. and now my house has a new hairdo and we are more than happy. I will update this post down the line if there are any problems and how the company handled it..

I was very pleased with Oberle Roofing Company’s work in replacing my roof after a windstorm tore several shingles off and upon inspection required replacement. Oberle Roofing was highly recommended to us by many neighbors who recently replaced their roof. After checking and found hail damage, we were able to replace through insurance. Dalton was always timely, explained the process thoroughly, even worked with us to contact insurance, completed the job quickly, always easy to reach by phone, and was very professional. He came out with the insurance company to inspect the roof as well. The workers worked quickly from sun up to sun down to get our roof done quickly. They moved outdoor furniture and toys out of the way. They kept the yard clean and picked up any debris (which was very important to us due to pets and young children playing in then yard). They actually left our yard looking better than they found it after cleaning up their things and moving our outdoor furniture back. Dalton took drone photos of our roof after the job was complete. We were happy to use a local Hanahan company and would highly recommend Oberle Roofing.

Had a water leak by our chimney after all the big storms that they repaired quickly. They were very prompt in responding and despite it being around the holidays they still got Scott out there asap to address the problem. On top of that, despite the leak most likely coming from a poor DIY job from the previous home owner, they still covered the repair cost to honor their roof work/warranty. Hard to find honest hard working companies like this anymore. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Right before Christmas we had a leak suddenly appear in our sunroom and we were already scheduled to have our roof replaced after the holiday but Andrew had someone sent over to tarp that area so we could at least not have to worry about it during that time- he did not have to do this, yet he did and I am very grateful for that kind of customer service. You can tell he cares.

Lastly- the roof was done so fast I was amazed. Only took them like half a day for my 2,500 sq foot 1 story house. Not to mention I was warned by people who have had roof replacements before that there can be a mess left behind- not with this company- you can not tell they were even there. They even moved some of my Christmas decorations prior to the roof removal and PUT THEM BACK after they were done.

I had to get my roof done after I had noticed some damage to the soffit in several places. Oberle Roofing sent out an inspector to check it out and gave me a quote with a breakdown as far as cost and material, they were very transparent. Once the job was scheduled they were very quick and efficient, did my whole roof in a single day, and even came out the next day to take drone shots and sent them to me. They were even nice enough to send someone out the next day to replace sections of soffit that I had decided to have done professionally when I was so impressed with the roof. We needed a new roof and we decided on Oberle Roofing..Dalton came to our house and that day he sent us the estimate.I had a few other estimates as well..Our new roof was installed yesterday and it’s amazing ! We love the color! The workers were very professional.They covered the patio and area where I have my hanging plants. They also covered the grass with tarps that caught the nails, old shingles and some old we needed replaced. We would highly recommend Oberle Roofing Company hands down!

I used Oberle Roofing for a small roof repair. Finding a contractor willing to take small jobs like this is hard. Oberle Roofing was open and communicative about their staffing — stating they intentionally keep staff available for all sizes of jobs. They were communicative and timely, and were open with their pricing and what my needs were, instead of up-selling me on a more costly repair than was warranted. At one point, even telling me, “I would hate to charge you for a repair that you don’t need right now.” While doing the repair, I also asked Oberle Roofing to do a general check on roof health. They were kind enough to do this for me at no cost. I would definitely recommend them, and use them again, when my roof needs to be replaced.

Dalton was there from initial inspection through final clean up. Walks you through the whole process including insurance claim. Single point of contact and always right there when you need him. My new roof looks great.

Easiest process to get my roof replaced. The crew was amazing and on time and the owner Dalton was great to work this. When job was done you would never known they were there. Everything was cleaned up. My new roof is beautiful. When you turn on my street the first thing you notice is my bright red roof. Love it!
