Initially, I was working with another roofing company, but they ran into issues when the insurance company only approved half of the roof. Neal stepped in and managed to work with the insurance company to get the entire roof replaced. Culler Roofing did it again! We used Culler roofing around 4 years ago on our last house. They did an amazing job so it was a no brainer using them again. The guys did an amazing job!! Even helped with a couple things with the fascia and skylights that needed to be corrected.

This is the second time we have used Culler Roofing, and I will say again that the entire Culler Roofing team is amazing. I had damage from the hail storm in May and was referred to Culler Roofing. They were very responsive and got to work on my home quickly. They discovered some decking boards needed replacing which weren't covered in my policy. Neal and his team worked with my insurance company and ended up getting the entire project covered. We were very pleased with the job they did and how they took care of everything. I would highly recommend giving them a call!

Recently had Culler Roofing repair a small section of our roof (due to a leak from an old satellite dish brace) . They were very professional and prompt. Did a great job, highly recommend.

Originally replaced our roof 10 years ago and did an excellent job. Very responsive and returned 10 years later when a contractor got in over his head with a garage addition and we needed additional roofing assistance. Neal got his team out there in less than one week and took care of the issue in about half a day. Fair price and upfront pricing with proper invoicing.

Neal was very honest and prompt. I called him to inspect our roof for hail damage. After his inspection, he was honest and said our roof was in good condition. He repaired a spot that could have been a much bigger problem had it been ignored. I appreciated Neal’s honesty and will use them again.

Over the years, I have contracted with numerous roofing companies in the Upstate area to repair/replace roofs on commercial and residential rental properties we own. Frankly, they were all painful experiences.

That was why I watched with interest our next door neighbor's roof replacement. The crew was neat, efficient and diligent. Obviously they had worked together a long time. This was VERY important to me because most other roofing companies contract the roofing job with the homeowner and use a revolving door of laborers. Not Culler Roofing, I went over to my neighbor's home and introduced myself to Josue, the construction foreman and found out that he has worked with Culler for 7 years and uses the same crew. (Check the dedicated labor box!)

Then I contacted Neal Culler to come and inspect our roof. The roof wasn't bad, just at the end of its useful life. Neal and I walked the roof. Neal was very knowledgeable... and listened. I was concerned about the quality of materials and installation warranty. Both were top notch. Neal gave us a very competitive quote. In all respects, Neal was honest, fair and a pleasure to work with. (Check the honest and fair box!)

Lastly, the installation went without a hitch. The crew was on-time, neat, efficient and diligent... just as they had been on my neighbor's house. We have custom gutters on our home and Josue and his crew were careful not to damage them. We also opted for copper flashing that was expertly installed and looks great. All the old roofing debris was completely picked up and the landscape was left just as they found it. (Check the great installation box!)

If you've made it this far, you can discern that I am picky and protective of our home. I have also been around the block with other roofers and I can assure you that you will NOT FIND a more fair or reputable roofing company in Upstate South Carolina. Give Neal Culler a call!

Overall I was really impressed and happy with Culler Roofing. From all the quotes and questions we had, by far Culler Roofing was the most responsive and professional. We had them replace our roof and honestly I was surprised with how quickly they got the job done and how amazing the clean up was. They picked up every little piece of leftovers and with us having two little kids running around our yard that is a big deal!

Not only did the crew clean the entire yard and make sure every nail was picked up but the roof makes the house look brand new. In my opinion there is no better roofing company than Neal and his team.

Culler Roofing just replaced our roof. We were very impressed with their professionalism, and the crew was amazing! The four men worked hard the whole time, and seemed to work well together. We realized they carried all the shingles to the trailer in the back, so our gutters weren’t scratched and our landscaping wasn’t damaged. We were especially impressed with how they cleaned up after—even using a magnet in the bushes! And the Atlas shingles not to stain. We would highly recommend them!!

I initially contacted Culler roofing, based on a recommendation, to come and look at my roof in preparation for listing our house for sale due to a small issue in the past. Neal was able to come out right away to take a look at our roof. What we thought was a small problem turned out to be a months long battle with the insurance company to pay for a new roof after Neal discovered obvious signs of major hail damage. Not only did Neal come out to our house multiple times during this to take pictures and measurements, etc. he also answered every question we had along the way without hesitation or delay and fought the insurance company on our behalf.Thanks to Culler roofing/Neal’s help and knowledge we were finally able to get our new roof! Once we got the okay from the insurance company they were able to fit us in their schedule very quickly and left no mess behind. I’m definitely going to be using Culler roofing for any and all roofing jobs in the future.

Very pleased with Culler Roofing. They did an outstanding job roofing two very large office buildings for my group. Always very approachable, fair, honest, and on-time, and the finished products were top-notch. On a separate occasion, Neal provided a professional second opinion on my own home for a home inspection at no cost and no pressure. He even squeezed himself through a narrow 2x2 grungy tunnel to get himself up into our attic to assess our roof to provide very helpful feedback. He wouldn’t even let me pay him for his time!! Culler Roofing was great to work with. They replaced a metal section of my roof where I was having some leaks due to the age of the original roof. They came in and repaired several areas and everything looks great. We had a huge rain storm the very next day after they were done and I am happy to report there were no issues. The folks at Culler Roofing were fast and professional when I had my roof redone at my home in Williamston, SC. I will most certainly use them again!!

Roof was old but did not leak before Culler Roofing put on new roof. Used Atlas shingles which I absolutely did NOT want - was the reason I chose him over another roofer, the other roofer quoted Atlas. Have since had huge leak around chimney and both skylights. They destroyed my very expensive gutters. I wish I could post a picture of what their attempt to make the gutters look right. Let's put it this way, had I not gone up and checked behind them, my gutter would have fallen off eventually because all the leaves would have accumulated in there as they cut a 1/2" to 3/4" gap between the gutter guard and the roof making the gutter guard useless. The worst part was Neal's defense of his workers instead of "Oh my, this is not how you fix a gutter." Scale of 1 to 10 I give them a 1. Find another roofer.
