We recently had sliding glass doors installed on our front porch in Rehoboth Beach, DE, and had the pleasure of working with Ferris Home Improvement. We reached out to four different companies, and while Ferris wasn’t the lowest bid, they came in at a fair mid-range price and stood out for their professionalism from the start.
Tim was our initial contact, and he guided us through the proposal process with clarity and professionalism. Once we moved forward with the project, Lupe became our main point of contact while the doors were being manufactured and delivered. She kept us informed every step of the way, and her communication was timely, helpful, and courteous.
When it came time for installation, Scott oversaw the process. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was done properly, walking us through the final inspection and taking the time to explain key details we needed to know about the doors and their operation.
We couldn’t be happier with the end result and the level of service we received. It’s clear that Ferris Home Improvement values both quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Can’t thank Meredith and the team enough for our kitchen remodel. We had a vision and they brought it to life. I decided to start the renovation while having a newborn because I was inpatient and so glad I did because we had no issues or stress during our entire project. Everything was scheduled and mapped out so there were no questions on what was happening. Shout out to all the sub-contractors for great work but especially Glenn who is thorough, has an eye for detail and incredible at his trade! We will certainly be back for other projects as they come up.

After nearly a year—from when the contract was finalized in April 2024 to my final conversations with Ferris in April 2025, and after going through three different project managers—I can finally say the deck replacement project is done.

The initial planning stage was promising. Ferris had done a great job replacing my roof in the past, which is why I chose them again. The project began smoothly with the demolition of the old deck. As with many construction projects, there were some challenges with material quality and the finishing touches. Unfortunately, the final details were poorly executed in some areas and required corrections.

What turned out to be most frustrating was how long it took to address those issues—months of emails and calls, some of which went unanswered because the project manager had left the company. In the end, a plank and three spindles were installed with deep cracks and splinters—not due to decay, but simply poor installation. The final project manager stated that materials were not covered under the warranty. I was (and still am) very dissatisfied with that response. Even the painters I hired separately were surprised these materials had been left that way.

I’m giving three stars for the parts that were done well, but overall, the experience was disappointing due to the poor service at the end. I hope this helps others when choosing a deck builder.

I wanted to wait a year after our renovations to write a review. Yes, we definitely were happy with Ferris. Probably the best company we've dealt with. They work with and communicate with several sub contractors very well. We did have some painting issues, but they did send the painters back to fix it. Doing a kitchen and bathroom together were pretty big jobs, and they handled it well. Nobody likes dealing with a contractor for months and months, but they wrapped it up in a reasonable time.

After a year, everything is holding up well. We're very pleased.

We had an excellent experience with Ferris through the design and completion of our main bathroom remodel. Tina seemed to immediately understand our vision and worked through all the design and material selection details with us. We appreciated that the job didn't start until all the materials were received. This allowed the project to run to the schedule with only a few days delay due to an unexpected beam under the subfloor that needed to be worked around.

Danny was a responsive project manager with a keen eye to detail. Dan and the Ferris team, Smitty's plumbing, and the electrical subcontractors were all easy to work with, friendly, and respectful during their portions of the job. The tile team did an amazing job with the different tile types, especially the envelope floor and the natural slate accent tiles. The drywall team were also top notch. We felt supported throughout by the front office team. It was an organized, phased process that brought what Tina designed to life and exceeded our expectations.

We will definitely work with Ferris for our next home improvement project.

I’ve been working with Gayle to remodel my house and I cannot recommend her enough! She has been INCREDIBLE! I met with multiple contractors and designers and I am so happy with how Gayle has made all my dreams come true, while being super accommodating to my crazy schedule and dealing with all my design changes — I highly highly recommend for all kitchen, laundry room and bathroom needs! Thank you, Gayle!!!

Had a new roof, gutters, fascia done on my home last year after they were recommended by a friend. Super disappointed with the service, they came out several times and left a mess each time even after I pointed it out the first time, throwing trash all over the yard and on my fuel tank. They shattered my skylight without warning into my kitchen while I was inside, still finding bits of glass when I sweep to this day. They didn't replace that for about a month and left osb over it. Why start a job you're not prepared to finish? Flashing was done poorly in some areas, and not at all in others. On the third trip out, some of the employees didn't even know what they had been called out to do and I had to remind them to check the contract and do the work on the proper order; these same guys also forgot to bring enough material so I was without a gutter for a while, but they left plenty of scrap metal all over my yard. Those particular employees were passive aggressive and resentful, presumably because I pointed out their shoddy work to the office. Office wasn't receptive after pointing out issues during the first two visits, so I didn't bother having them come out to fix it, knowing it would not be done right. Some companies have a high price tag and workmanship to support it, these guys just have the price tag. Do yourself a favor and look at other established roofers around the state.

I’ve had Ferris Home Improvements replace a bow window in my kitchen and redo a bathroom, and I’ve just contracted with them to replace my deck! Every experience I’ve had with them has been met with friendly professionalism and respect from the sales people, designers, and work crews alike. They answered any questions, and I never felt unsafe with them in my house, even if I wasn’t able to be there. The jobs weren’t finished until I was completely satisfied.

Ferris has renovated 2 bathrooms and are about to do another bathroom and laundry room at my house. They do great work, are fantastic at communicating and I cannot recommend them enough. Meredith has helped me design my dream bathroom, and has been truly THE BEST, and every step of the process has been easy. Dan, the project manager, was always super helpful and easy to reach. Cory was also so helpful and answered all of my questions. They are a great team. I will be hiring Ferris for all my home improvement projects!

Ferris built a huge deck for me and it came out great. Tim B was my initial contact who came out to the house and priced everything. He is a wealth of experience and knowledge and steered me through the whole thing. Justin B was the super on the job and he along with the crew did a fantastic job. I could not be happier.

Replaced an almost 30 year old roof. Received a few estimates. Ferris was well priced. We had Sam come out to help choose the roof we wanted and give us a price. Sam was great! Very attentive, responsive and knowledgeable. Working with Ferris was extremely easy. Paul, our project manager was also wonderful. He was very respectful of our property and so was his crew. The job was done in one day and our roof looks so nice. After the job was done there was some kind of liquid on our driveway (not sure if it was from a piece of equipment or dumpster). Paul came out twice and took care of it himself. I can’t say enough about our positive experience with Ferris. Highly recommend for new roof.

I definitely would advise going with another more professional and competent kitchen remodel design company! The designer we were with made endless mistakes and would never own up to any of them. She made one trip to our home in the beginning to look at the kitchen and measure, which was off by far for our island spacing. There was another gap where cabinets meet because of her measurements that our contractor corrected. The list of her mistakes is endless. After a blow up to get her back out to do a final measurement before the project began, she still didn’t get measurements correct. Luckily, we had an amazing contractor who cleaned up her mistakes, taking extra time and at a cost! Bottom line, do your homework and go with a professional designer and company and shop at places you want to go to, not who they contract with! You will save yourself a lot of frustration, time and money!

Kitchen Remodel with Ferris Home Improvements

We absolutely love our new kitchen. We had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our Sales Consultant, Sunny Donovan, guided us in finding the perfect choices for our remodel. Danny Heath, our Project Manager, was available to us at all times and through phone calls and visits staying in close contact throughout the remodel with each Contractor. The Contractors were all excellent and very professional, answering any and all questions. Their work was phenomenal and everyone stayed on schedule, but did not rush or cut corners. Chuck, the carpenter, was excellent in all aspects from prep work to cabinet installation and much more. Adolfo, the electrician from Summerfield, met all our wants and needs with the new and different lighting configurations we had. Preston and his crew were excellent painters and made sure we were totally satisfied with all aspects of the painting of the kitchen and pantry. Smitty, the plumber, made sure that the plumbing was done as soon as it was ready allowing us to use the kitchen with the least amount of disruption. Everyone who was a part of our remodel was amazing and responsive. From planning through the final day it was a great experience which gave us the kitchen of our dreams! Definitely highly recommend Ferris Home Improvements for any remodeling or home projects you have in mind. We are already looking into a bathroom remodel in the near future. A lot of the roofing contractors in the area do great work at a reasonable price. So sometimes it just falls down to the salesman experience to make you feel comfortable. Others try to play games (Had one negotiate a 15k difference from their original price to final price).

Ferris from that first salesman experience to follow-ups was phenomenal. The salesman was straightforward with me, inspected everything I wanted replaced, gave me fair warning on how the quote was structured and prepared me for how much to have in budget in reserve in a just in case scenario.

From that, to the crew coming out. They gave me a time, and arrived exactly on time, and began working near immediately. Their crew worked fast, efficient, and quiet. I've got three dogs that are all barkers, who barely even knew that there were people on the property!

Cleanup left my property looking better than when they arrived, and everyone was friendly throughout the entire process. I believe they spent a good hour almost cleaning up my property to make sure everything was in good standing.

From my experience of looking at 5+ contractors in the area and getting quotes from all of them, Ferris was of the top 2 in my book. The experience I had with their salesman and the pricing put them in top place and why I went with them, and I'm recommending anyone I know who's looking for roof work to give them a call.

My husband and I have had a few great experiences with Ferris. Previously, they replaced our vinyl siding, then our windows, and 2 days ago replaced an exterior door at the back of our garage. Mike Plouffe is very professional and nice to work with during the planning and estimate time, the workers are also very professional, reliable, and detail oriented. You won’t be disappointed with their work. We will always reach out to them first when doing any future home improvements.

Ferris did an incredible job on my roof. The whole process was seamless from the sales process to the execution of the job. My salesman was very responsive during the process, all my questions were answered in a timely matter. It was extremely helpful to have a project manager on site during the day of installation to answer any questions and oversee the job. Oh yea, and they do financing too, which is a plus! Would recommend any of their services!

We needed to replace our front door. Our Salesman Sam came to us with options for windows, door and hardware. He was patient while we made our decisions. He was very through from initiation of the sale, time line as well as expectations for the day the door was installed. Overall, we are happy with the purchase.

This was our third project with Ferris. Their pricing is compatible with their peers. What we like the best is the level of detail in the project plans. All parts of the project are outlined and clear on products and build. We will definitely have them back for our next project.

We have used Ferris Home Improvements for three separate projects. All three were completed on time and on budget. Sam was excellent in explaining the process and walking us through expectations along the way. Sam was excellent in answering all my questions. We have recommended Ferris to friends and would use them again in the future.

We have a traditional Havertown colonial which had windows from the 1980’s that desperately needed to be replaced (probably decades ago). Sam was great to work with for the actual sale. He was quick, efficient, gave all the options and worked with our budget. We never felt pressured. There was a small hiccup with one of the windows but the project manager (Scott?) came up right away (drove all the way from a project at the shore) to rectify it right away. He also gave my husband a run through of all the windows, warranty, etc. overall a good experience for a much overdue project. I recommend and would use them personally for future projects.

Ferris just finished a siding and gutter job for me. The continue to do excellent work. The sales team and process was easy and comprehensive. Great communication from the Project Manger. The entire team was extremely professional.

Sam Commale was referred to my parents, not once but twice and came through both times in an extraordinary way! First, they needed a roof and Sam’s professionalism, honesty and expertise win them over. Because he did such a great job on helping them with the roof, they used him again for window replacements. Again, the same result. Expert installation based on a great recommendation on what my parents needed. I would highly recommend Sam for any home improvement job that requires an honest quote based off of your needs and affordability.

Replaced my entire front door with side windows and transom in one day, absolutely no touch up required, totally changed the curb appeal of my home.
And now my miniature schnauzer can see out!

We had Ferris replace quite a few windows in our home. Sam Commale was very pleasant to work with. He was thorough and clear about the cost, the installation process, and everything that goes along with it. The installers did a great job. They even went above and beyond when they found signs of previous water damage and made the necessary repairs. They cleaned up every day and it was as if they were never there. I would highly recommend Ferris home improvements for any of your home needs.

My wife and I needed a quality replacement for our front door system that we got as part of our new home construction years ago. Sam C was very straightforward and detailed regarding what we should expect from their product line. Our front door system is now the most solid area of construction on our house!!

I cannot thank Sam and his team enough for helping us out. We thought we had a roof leak, and we met with another contractor who tried to sell us a new roof. Turns out the problem was window related and not roof related. Sam's evaluation saved us thousands of dollars and actually solved our problems. To date, I’ve used Ferris for two different projects. One was gutter guards, and one was a fairly large sized roof. Sam Commale came out both times to set everything up and get the project ready. The process was explained in detail before the job was started and everything went smoothly both times. The property was treated with respect and at the end of the job everything was cleaned up, so it looked like it did before they got there. Sam always checked on the work to make sure everything was up to expectations. I’ve recommended Ferris to friends as well and they have all had equally positive experiences. These are my “go-to” guys.

We had 27 windows replaced in our home. The windows are great and our consultant, Sam, was wonderful to work with. I would recommend Sam and Ferris if you are in the market for any home improvement work.

Needed a new roof - Very happy I decided to go with Ferris - Their workers were neat and worked hard in the heat to do a great job. Pricing was very fair and we were delighted with the job they did. Their sales rep Sam Commale came through on everything he promised. I would definitely use them in the future.

Very happy with our new master bathroom shower! Previously, we had used Ferris for a new front door installation, and they did an excellent job then. For our shower, we did get other estimates and knew that Ferris can be a little pricier than some of their competitors, but we went with them because we know they do a good job and are extremely reliable. Tina was excellent in helping us figure out exactly what we wanted and was possible with our budget. She responded to our emails promptly and stopped by the house during and after the project to check on everything. Meredith was able to answer questions when we had stopped into the showroom when Tina was off. Corey impressed us with all the scheduling details and our many questions on how to prepare for the installation. Both Dannys (project manager and head worker) were great in explaining what needed to be done. Thanks!

This is a scam company. The contract stated that the damaged sidings were to be replaced, but the workers only replaced part of them. After I pointed this out to them, they said that the contract did not specify which parts were to be replaced, and that I would have to pay more if I wanted to replace them. The person who came to estimate the price told me that at least 25-26 parts would be replaced, but in reality, less than 20 parts were replaced. I will never choose them again. Such a dishonest company. Follow-up: Based on the owner's reply, I sent him an email explaining the situation, but 2 weeks passed and I didn't receive any reply at all. This is a company that doesn't care about its customers.

The previous owner of my house drywalled over a window that was partially in the shower/tub. The tub was also extremely tiny. I was having trouble finding anyone willing to tackle both the shower and the window. Ferris did both projects at the same time and the results were gorgeous. I got a new window and a regular sized walk in shower. I was very pleased with the communication throughout and the speed of the work. Everyone was extremely nice!

Ferris had installed a new wooden deck at my house. after 4 months I discovered the wood in splitting and a lot of the deck material is low quality. when I complained and asked for a team to come and fix the issues I was told there is no warranty on the material ?!! This was not mention in any form by the sales person when he came over to offer the options for a new deck. if had mentioned that I would have chosen other materials that have a warranty on them and will not wear out like that! lousy customer service that never reached back to fix the sliding doors to the deck that was malfunctioning. this is the 2nd time I provided business to Ferris, and since that is the 2nd time they treat me like that, never again!
07/09/2024 - Ferris management stated that the team will reach out and help fix the issues i pointed out. They reached out to me and sent Justin, the operation manager to assess the damage up close. He did acknowledge the damage and need to replace the defective boards, he took some pictures and promised and answer when this can be done after talking to the wood supplier. however, a few days later i got a call from Jeff, the exterior departments general manger, that notified me that i will need to pay for the work of replacing the defective boards and spindles?! This is after i already paid Ferris 24K for this deck!
Conversations over email went back and forth, while in the meantime i had professional deck builders review the condition of the deck and wood, who assured me this is not supposed to happen so fast (less then 6 months after the deck was installed!) with wood that was properly treated for outdoors.
Furthermore, i discovered that more beams and boards started to fall apart (See updated pictures i uploaded). I asked Jeff to have his manager call me, and i was refused by Jeff stating that there is no one above him i can talk to (That means he is the company owner?).
So, the "courtesy gesture" management had offered as response to my first review, ended up with Jeff asking me to pay $850 to fix the deck Ferris was already paid for.
And by the way – I paid Ferris 28K for the deck they built at my other house 3yr ago, I paid them 24K for this deck that is falling apart, and 11K for windows and doors I ordered from them alongside this deck – So after being a loyal customer that gave them 63K of business,
I have learned my lesson and will not buy from Ferris ever again, very disappointing.

I used this company to install my patio door. The door was quite costly, but a well built door. I had plenty of damaged wood when old door was taken out. The installers explained to me what needed to be done in order to proceed with the installation. As a matter of fact I found the installers very knowledgeable and patient with all my concerns before proceeding with my install. The manager stayed in the loop with his workers throughout this lengthy process. I was pleased with the outcome.

Ferris did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel! Working with Sunny from the jump on designing was so easy. All the contractors were polite and respective and we are extremely happy with the results!!

Our experience working with Ferris to renovate our kitchen and replace the flooring on the 1st floor was exceptional. Meredith was fantastic with helping us plan our dream kitchen by making it more functional. Curtis our installer did high quality work and always showed up on time. And Joe is a great project manager. Overall, Ferris did an outstanding job on our renovation and we definitely will be repeat customers. Thank you!

I called this company to address leaks inside my bedroom and bathroom. They sent an assessor who got it wrong in his assessment. My bedroom leak continues and when the assessor came back, he backtracked and admitted that his assessment was incomplete and needs to revisit the issue. This company does not know what it is doing yet wants to submit an overpriced amount... Claiming that they can revisit their incorrect assessment in a warranty. Complete rubbish. A company that cannot provide a lasting solution to a problem for which they were called is not experienced... Stay away from this company.

Very happy with Ferris! They replaced our covered patio and it looks great. They added electrical outlets for outside, made beautiful pillars and kept the size what we wanted. Kudos to Andrew in sales, Justin in project management and Wally who addressed my issue and fixed it immediately. But the true work was done by Zac and Donny. Zac put the job over the top by clearing out a front gutter (lots of rain in January) to help us. Not only do we highly recommend - want to use them again soon!

I had a great experience working with Emily at Ferris! She designed the second level of my Cape Cod with a renovated bathroom and two bedrooms. Flooring was done throughout, including the stairs leading up to the space. The new bathroom is wonderful and the rooms are perfect for my daughters.

Very happy with the kitchen renovation by Ferris. The entire project was seamless, from design to final walk through. Emily was very helpful and patient during the design phase. Educating us on different kinds of flooring, cabinets, back splash, etc.. The contractors used preformed professionally, provided quality work and no issues with clean up. Project manager was very responsive to our questions and the inspector was very thorough about reviewing the work performed.

This is my second time using this company and they work quick and do great work. My last home project was getting my attic insulated. James and Jaden were very friendly and communicative throughout the process. They went above and beyond in their quality of work. Would definitely use Ferris Home Improvements again.

Yes I did say something to the supervisor when he came to look at the step that was damaged by the flagstone person. His comment was my husband already signed off on the work. He mentioned he would possibly correct the one area of step around it. Mind you my husband is blind in one eye.

Very pleased with the project we contracted via Ferris Home Improvement. We had renovation that took down a wall, replaced the entire kitchen, and did flooring throughout most of the 1st floor (family room, powder room, laundry, main closet and foyer). The sub-contractors they brought in were on time and respectful of our property and most did well with our dog. Thank you Danny, Sunny and Cory for picking up when our designer left. With any project this large you can expect some hiccups- they responded quickly and helped us manage them to resolution. Overall, we are delighted with our new space.

Chuck did a great job installing the kitchen cabinets. And Merrideth was great to work with, I finally have a beautiful kitchen thanks to Ferris home improvement!!

Outstanding workmanship from the crew who installed my windows (Wayne, Matt, Mike, and Dan). I have already received several compliments how good my bay window looks. This crew of professionals took their time to make sure everything was installed to my satisfaction and they left my house and yard spotless when they were done. I was also very impressed on how well this crew worked together. They had each others backs doing everything and seemed they enjoyed doing what they do. I have already contacted Ferris about installing a new roof on my house. Great job guys.

My husband and I recently had all of the windows and doors replaced in our sunroom and we are very happy that we chose this company to do the work. They completely transformed the sunroom. I had to get a bathroom vent and attic fan installed, James and Ben made quick and efficient work of the whole project. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and did excellent work.

Back door has been difficult to open for 2 years. Last time someone inspected it they said the door has to be taken off.
Last week repair man said it’s just stuck
You have to use your shoulder to open the door. Do not buy a Provia door very expensive not worth the money

We got some work done to help cool our second floor. Warning: It’s a bit of a story. Feel free to skip to the last paragraph.

We ended up choosing Ferris, someone came by to take a look and suggested an attic fan and insulation. Told us it’s a one-day job and would help in a big way. Great. A $2k deposit was paid and they told me they’d call to schedule. 2 weeks of me calling them later, we finally got on the schedule for a Wednesday. “One day job?” “Yup, one day.”

Wednesday rolled around and they brought a 3rd party photographer with them to take photos for their marketing material. A bit odd they never mentioned that or asked, but not a huge deal. It’s not like they would bring a photographer not used to working in attics right? There’s no way he wouldn’t know to walk on joists and plywood only, right? Not right. I get a text at work from my wife, “Uh… the photographer just fell through the ceiling.” :-|

Later that afternoon I called and talked to Ferris and expressed our frustration, they apologized and mentioned the photog was a mistake and they meant to ask first. They also mentioned the electric work happening on Friday. I asked about it not being a one-day job as promised earlier and was told that was also a mistake. Meanwhile, the person-sized hole was being drywalled and spackled so that the painters could address it the next day.

Painters showed up the next day and told us “This is not close to ready for paint” and that based on the amount of work needed and their existing schedule all would be finished the following Tuesday. So the 1-day turned into a full week. I called Ferris again to express our displeasure (and to ask them to come pick up the 2, 10’ sheets of insulation that were left in our driveway, and the bucket of nails left on our roof) and they, after going to different managers, offered 5% off.

So what’s the takeaway? The actual work done seems to have worked. The upstairs is noticeably cooler. I would absolutely recommend attic insulation and an attic fan. But I would hesitate to recommend Ferris. Communication was poor at the beginning and didn’t improve as things went off the rails. And as petty as it may sound, 5% didn’t feel like “Sorry we put a guy who shouldn’t have been there through your ceiling”.

Ferris Home Improvements was great from beginning to end. Sam C was an incredible representative who was great at explaining the entire process of getting a new roof as well as gutter guards. The quote was one of the lowest we received while providing all of the same services, materials, and warranties as the other companies.

When they came out they were very punctual and the whole process of replacing the roof only took about 8 hours including cleanup. I swear I haven’t seen a single nail around our house from the job. They were honest about any additional costs (i.e. replacing a piece of plywood). I checked the roll off to make sure that the piece they replaced actually needed it (sorry I’m careful).

I can’t speak for any of their other work but I highly recommend them for any roofing work you may need.

I used them for a small job and so.far it has worked out well. I'm pricing them for a different job so we will see. Good company.

We wanted new windows for our basements. Ferris home improvements did an amazing job at installing in our new windows, they are so nice and clean. They were punctual and did excellent work, and very reasonable in pricing. I highly recommend them!

We chose Ferris to renovate our 30+ year old bathrooms. We met our designer, Meredith, and from the first meeting we knew we made the right choice. Meredith showed us many options and materials for our project. She came to our home and after measuring the spaces we had, she designed our project perfectly. In addition to replacing the old one-piece fiberglass enclosures, we got new plank flooring, fixtures, and toilets. She was with us in every aspect of the project. Cory was extremely helpful in setting up a schedule for the project and made sure it stayed on that schedule. Our installers, Dan and Alex were much more than installers. They were true craftsmen. They had to make a lot of intricate alterations to the existing framing so the new granite like panels would fit. They were super respectful of our home and it was a true pleasure having them on our project. Everything turned out great and we will definitely use Ferris for our future projects.

Ferris has done a full gut and renovation of my kitchen and primary bathroom. Every person I’ve interacted with from Ferris was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, proactive, the list goes on. Both bathroom and kitchen came out exactly how we wanted. We also found Ferris to have competitive pricing. I highly recommend Ferris for any job.

Master bathroom completely remodeled -- tub, shower, vanities, sinks, lights, erc.-- removed and replaced with new items. Schedule of work and contractors on time both on day and time. We are especially pleased with the following individuals: Emily Prickett, designer; Tim, project manager; Andre & Kyle who worked all day to finish the last of the project. Cabinets, vanity top, lights, and a knee wall totally built, drywalled, and painted, are fabulous. Definitely high marks for all contractors. Emily Prickett was so helpful to us with selection of vanities, color schemes and of bathroom products. Hats off and kudos to Emily!

Ferris did an exceptional job on our master bathroom remodel. Meredith helped us design a beautiful and practical space. Everyone who worked on the bathroom was courteous and punctual. Communication was excellent and Ferris was attentive to making sure we were pleased with every aspect of the job.

I contacted Ferris as they were a listed Corning Roof installer. Sam Commale came out within a few days of my call and discussed all the details with me describing the products they would install and how it would be installed. He was very patient and a pleasure to work with. He even followed up to make sure I was pleased with the work. The crew came out at the scheduled time and were very professional and friendly. Between Sam and the Project Mgr. Paul Trnchik everything that was needed was here. The logistics for the materials needed and dumpster was spot on. Sam stated they could do the roof in a day, and they did. They had enough crew to work on the back roof and the front roof at the same time. I spoke to the foreman and the supervisor and they were easy to talk to and very friendly. The supervisor answered my many questions and also showed me some of the features of the roof they were using. All of the work looks great and the cleanup and prepping were perfect. No nails found and no shrub damage. All of the Ferris personnel were a pleasure to work with. I give them high marks.

I saw where my back roof had lifted up and bulged (about an inch in width at the end where it meets the gutter. I sent an email and photo to Sam Commale, and he responded within an hour of my email. He responded very courteously that he forwarded my email to the production/warranty area and they would be calling me back to set up an appointment. Shortly after this, on the same day, Allison called me back and was able to schedule an appointment with Corey who could come out the next morning. I was able to call back the next day and get an even earlier appointment, and Corey called me that day and he was able to come out even earlier. Corey saw the gap and stated that a falling branch can cause this type of damage, he stated that luckily the water barrier would stop any water. He fixed the gap and another gap he saw. Corey was very courteous and a great guy to work with. I give Ferris, Sam, Allison and Corey all high marks for getting the work scheduled quickly, and doing what was needed, They were all a pleasure to work with. 5 star service from all three people!

I had my kitchen remodeled, a walk in shower put in my bathroom and my living room painted. Emily and Tim are the Best! They made sure everything was done on time. Emily was so helpful in designing my small kitchen, making it seem larger. All the contractors who came to work in my home were respectful of myself, my pets and my home. They were all very knowledgeable and did beautiful work. I am so pleased with everything and will definitely use Ferris again for home improvements. I highly recommend Ferris, and especially Emily and Tim.

So happy we chose to work with Ferris to replace and install our gutters. Sam was a huge help in determining the scope of the project and Alex and his team were professional, quick and beyond helpful. Would absolutely hire them again in the future!

This is our second time around with Ferris. We had our windows done 2 years ago and it was so smooth. We had Sam Commale come out. He was incredible. Very knowledgeable and comprehensive. He inspected everything and identified potential areas that could be issues. Answered all questions and was never in a rush. The pricing was very fair and competitive (if not flat out better than other quotes we received). The installation was smooth, on time, and finished early and we love our windows. When it came time to do the gutters last month, we called Sam again and we had the same 5 star service from him. The gutters were great (as exciting as gutters can be I guess) and installation was amazingly efficient. I highly recommend Ferris and make sure to request Sam.

Adam, James, Ben and Brandon did an incredible job. There were a lot of unexpected issues with the replacement of the roof above my porch but they handled it professionally and the end product looks incredible! Ferris Home Improvements is a very professional, reliable, and reputable company. They do excellent work and respond very promptly to customer calls. Their personnel are kind, honest and very professional. They know their business well. They don’t leave loose ends. We are very happy with the multiple projects they finished for us.

Ferris replaced our roof in October when a leak appeared in one of the bedrooms and an inspection lead to finding several other issues. They were unbelievably quick and efficient and the best price out of several other places we called. They had the entire job done in 1 day! It was amazing. I highly recommend them.

I want to thank Sam Commale for a great experience! He was kind and very professional. I appreciate his assistance throughout the project. Employees like Sam are hard to come by, I will be reaching out to him for future projects. The crew was on time, they cleaned up everything on the property, and the roof looks great! The project manager should also be commended for coming out and overseeing the project and staying in communication with me, he made sure that everything was done correctly and professionally. Ferris replaced 2 doors, 1 window, and vinyl sided my entire house. This company is the best. They were always on time, did a fabulous job, didn't try to up sale me, honored the price quoted, cleaned up, and their workers were personable. I would recommend this company to anyone. And Sam Commale is the best rep. He's honest and works with you when it comes to finances. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

We are extremely happy and satisfied with our master bathroom remodel. Ferris's costs were very reasonable compared to other contractors, and the tile work on our floors and expanded shower is beyond excellent. Additionally, the work of Joel Hill, Charlie Swarter, Andre Wonnum, and the skilled craftsman (tile, plumbing, glass door installers) to get the job done right is deeply appreciated.

Sales Person Sam is awesome, but I will see how the new roof installation goes. This review is only for Sam.

Dererik came out with more swatches and knowledge than I knew existed for Dormer Repair. James and Ben came out for installation, and I felt like my 200 year old home was in the best hands. They did a fantastic job, the dormer looks amazing, and I cannot recommend Ferris enough!!!

If you told me that getting a new roof would be easy I would call you a liar. Now, here I am, telling you that’s true with Ferris Home Improvements! Mike Lashbrook was amazing. He had samples of all the products in a bag and showed them to me as he explained the process. This was the third company I had out for a quote. Nobody else went into the details that Mike did. He told us what we needed, and even what we didn’t need. Seeing the products really helped me to understand the big picture. He provided me with a quote before he left my house. The other companies took up to a week to get us a quote. I could tell that he was a real person telling me what my home needed.

The Field Supervisor Adam Boyle called me the day before to make sure we were aligned on everything. His crew of five worked hard on a hot summer’s day and still managed to get my roof completed in one day. I couldn’t believe what they managed to accomplish! The roof looks fantastic! Adam took the time to go over the process and answer the couple of questions that I had regarding the installation. He also made sure to tell his crew to take frequent breaks and stay hydrated during the day. I appreciated how much he was looking out for his coworkers. By the end of the day, my yard looked even better than it did before they replaced the roof. Cleanup was phenomenal!

I learned that getting quotes for a roof is not like comparing apples to apples. Some people wanted to sell me extra products. Others wanted to use cheaper materials. Ferris was the only company to offer me a shingle with a 50 years warranty AND guarantee their work for 50 years. The other companies would only guarantee their work for 15-25 years. When making this big of an investment, it was good to work with a company that I could actually trust. My only mistake was not calling Ferris Home Improvements first! They are a top-class company and I would recommend them to anyone. They got me on the schedule quickly, did the job great, and had fantastic customer service.

My wife and I needed to replace our old roof and sat down with several roofing companies to get a comparison. We ended up choosing Ferris Home Improvements because they were comparable to everyone else, but incredibly friendly and professional – just a good feeling from the start.
Aliceyn M., their Project Coordinator, set us up for a consultation and Austin M. from their sales team was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. He went through every detail we could expect related to the job including the materials, the installation process, the warranty, and how the job would be cleaned up at the end.

Dennis and his crew showed up the first day and had the old roof off down to the plywood in short order. This hard-working bunch began putting the new roof on and probably would have finished the job that day except it began to storm. They finished the job the next day, asked us if we needed anything else, and cleaned up as if they’d never been there.

Two days later, the Project Manager, Adam B., showed up to do the walkthrough. He asked if we were happy with the results and, as with every other individual we spoke with from Ferris, urged us to contact him if we had any questions, concerns, or just wanted anything else.

The whole Ferris team leaves you feeling that they are as invested in your project as you are. We would use them again for any home improvement needs and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

Zero Star Company is full of snakes and burn there own employees not forgetting there customers base. Theres a few good eggs there and they know who they are. but its ran by 2 greedy selfish individuals that play good cop/bad cop but really its just a scam to the customers and employees and replace with unexperienced individuals.

Scam artist and stay away from This Home Improvement company. They screw their employees over what do you think they do to people buying product from them.
