From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and attentive to every detail. Sunny Donovan was incredible to work with—always available to answer questions and made sure our ideas were heard and incorporated. Her communication and follow-through really stood out.

Joe Forgione, our project manager, was equally outstanding. He ensured the entire process ran smoothly, kept us informed at every stage, and made sure the work was done to the highest standards. Any time we had a question or concern, Joe addressed it right away and made us feel confident in the process.

The finished powder room is exactly what we envisioned—beautiful, functional, and expertly done. We would absolutely recommend Ferris Home Improvement to anyone looking for a team that delivers quality work with excellent customer service.

Well it sure wasn’t a planned expense, but after many hours on line comparing Ferris (a Platinum Owens Corning installer) to Xxxxx ( a top GAF installer) we decider on Ferris. Tim spent as long as we needed in home explaining the pricing, what OC products would be used and how they would be applied. Work was started the following week, when scheduled, by Jordan and his crew of 7-8. The entire roofing project was completed in just one day! Cleanup was great, everything was put back as it was. Would not hesitate to recommend. Pleasure to work with.

We recently had a bathroom remodel that was executed perfectly. All workmen and 1 woman were professional and their work was outstanding. The project manager kept me informed and the work was completed on time. I don't want to single out one person since they all were fantastic.

Monty from Ferris Home Improvement came today to resolve a problem with one of our entry doors, (it was extremely hard to lock due to a misalignment of dead bolt to the latch). Monty fixed the problem within a short time but he also noticed another problem with our storm door and fixed that too! We have worked with Ferris before and have been extremely happy with their work, knowledge and professionalism, Monty proved that again!!

We had a wonderful experience with Ferris! Sam was very attentive and professional when he came to give us an estimate on the new sliding glass door. The rest of the Ferris employees were prompt and provided excellent service and fantastic work. Highly recommend!

Ferris was exceptionally easy to deal with from beginning to end. We had a full kitchen remodel, and from design to construction, the team did an excellent job of not only anticipating our needs but correcting any issues quickly and efficiently. Robin made designing and coordinating a breeze. Chuck and his crew did an amazing job of construction with attention to detail. Keith followed up with touch-ups and final fixes. All were so easy to work with.

My experience with Ferris Home Improvements for my kitchen renovation was absolutely the best. They turned my vision into reality. Everyone from the designers to the the installers were professional and skilled at their craft. They showed up when they said they would and the work was top notch. There were issues, as in all renovations, but they were quickly resolved and fixed. My kitchen is so beautiful and I just love it.

Ferris remodeled our kitchen. From start to finish, they were exceptional. When just getting an estimate, they had an electrician come out and check our kitchen so they could give a reliable estimate for the electrical work; very important as we have aluminum wiring. Thus we had great confidence in their estimate, feeling that there would be no extra charges as the work went on. (And there weren't!) We were very impressed with the meticulous attention to detail shown by all the workers. Each team: carpenters, tilers, electricians, painters, counter top installers, and the people who put in the floor, were all very professional and amenable to "weeks" to make sure the kitchen was exactly what we wanted. Every project has surprises. The two we had were that some of the cabinets came in defective; and the wall behind the oven was so nonflat that the tilers could not lay tile. For the first, Ferris immediately ordered materials to correct the issues with the cabinets. While that meant that they could not be completely finished at four weeks, when the material came in the carpenter quickly resolved the issues. For the second, the project supervisor himself, Danny, came out and redid the drywall behind the oven so the tilers could lay tile. I could use my kitchen at the promised 4-week mark! Special praise for Glen, who did the cabinets and flooring, for his attention to detail and making sure we got exactly what we wanted. Also to the tilers from Fleet who were so meticulous in laying the tile that it looks bent around the corners! We will definitelv use Ferris in the future for any remodeling.

We had a phenomenal experience with Ferris at the beach! A special shout out to Robin and Rick. Rick was always accessible and able to assist us with everything we needed. Robin did such an amazing job with the design of our renovation...especially the kitchen. She took a lot of time helping us pick everything out and was extremely patient. We could immediately recognize her depth of knowledge and experience. Ferris is lucky to have her! Everyone who sees our new space is amazed at how much larger the room feels. If you need anything done in the Rehoboth area, we highly recommend contacting Ferris and asking for Robin!

I recently had a new door and window installed in my garage by Jim & Mike, both were very professional and played close attention to detail. Installation required a "cut thru" for both the door and window, the work was completed in less than one day! Every contact with Ferris from sales to installation was positive as they contacted us every step of the process. Highly recommend their services!

Ferris knocked it out of the park! From inquiry to installation, I feel like I received the white glove treatment. In the world of door replacement, you certainly get what you pay for. I had a Provia entry door w/insulated storm door installed and could not be happier. Yes, Ferris may be perceived as high-priced, but if you want quality materials, skilled workmanship, outstanding communication and follow-up, you'll get it from them! I received multiple confirmation calls about deliveries, arrival times etc leading up to the day of installation. On installation day, everything went like clockwork and within a few short hours, the old door was removed, the new one installed and the job site was clean as a whistle. Thanks to Jim and the crew for doing such great work!

Absolutely no complaint. Answered every stupid question I had. Great warranty. Showed up when they said they would. These guys even went so far as to keep a clean path for my dog to go out during installation. Kept me updated every step of the way and didn't call it a day until we were satisfied. Need a roof? Had new roof installed, 2400 square foot home, started and finished in one day. Cleanup was first class.From Tim the sales representative, to Paul the project manager and Frank, the team leader, all professional responsive, and respectful of property. Having front entrance railings installed by Ferris soon, and considering pergolas and possible 3 season deck enclosure.

Ferris Home Improvements did a timely and professional repair of our roof, siding, Tyvek, and rake capping. Thanks to Anthony, Scott, Corey, James, and Mike. Ferris had previously installed a new roof and remodeled two bathrooms for us. All workmanship has been of high quality and professionalism. I highly recommend their company.

We asked Ferris Home Improvements for an estimate to install an attic fan and to add more attic insulation. Robert Esposito came out to inspect the attic and told us the house has a ridge vent, so installing an attic fan would not be necessary. He went into the attic, after a very hot prior day, and said the temperature seemed similar to the outside, so the ventilation was working. Regarding the insulation, he said that the cost of installing additional insulation would save very little electricity and could take more than 20 years to recover the cost. He said they could, of course, install the attic fan and insulation, but didn't recommend either due to the return on investment. He said that Ferris' business approach is to develop long term customers, so they are very careful not to do unnecessary work. We really appreciate his expertise and honesty.

The work crew from Ferris was courteous and did a wonderful job on the roof and clean up! Adam Boyle kept us updated throughout the roofing process. We were very happy with the work and would recommend using this company

I found Ferris to be professional, excellent at their craft, reliable and on time delivery. They arrived as scheduled worked thru completion installing a patio and a storm door in very cold conditions. We were very pleased with both the product and the work performed. I would highly recommend them for any of your improvement projects.

I just had my roof replaced by Ferris and I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of the materials, workmanship and their prices. Even more impressed with the quality control supervisor that is always in touch with me and checks the job during construction and after. The roofing crew was very courteous and thoroughly cleaned up the yard. Needless to say I know who will be doing my next project.

Our windows and slider door were installed by Wayne, Matt and Robert this week and we are so happy! The window quality and their work quality were all top notch. Our salesman Tim and office worker Terrie were equally amazing!

Ferris Home Improvements installed our new ProVia entry and storm doors today. The workmanship of Wayne and Matt was outstanding. The level of attention to detail was exceptional . There were extremely precise with all aspects of installation of the doors. I would highly recommend Ferris Home Improvement for any future projects.

We went to Ferris for our kitchen remodel and could not be happier! They followed their projected schedule precisely so the work was done exactly when anticipated, even with a minor hiccup in our plumbing. The work they did is incredible. Beautiful cabinetry, appliances installed correctly, clean lines in between tiles, etc. It's all excellent work. They were also extremely professional and easy to work with. Our designer was Kristin, and she was a ton of fun. She took our ideas seriously and incorporated them exactly as we imagined (but with her own expertise). We will absolutely be coming back to Ferris for future renovations!

We needed to replace a window at our home. Ferris was excellent throughout the process. The estimator arrived on time and by that afternoon we had a price for the job. The price was reasonable and the process for ordering the window was straightforward. The installer came exactly on time and within two hours the job was completely done. The installer was Jim. He was excellent. He left the house spotless and the new window looks like the original with the outside siding placed back perfectly (and the window was well flashed) and from the inside of the room the frame was perfect too. If you need any repairs to your home I highly Recommed these folks. If possible ask for Jimmy as your installer.

Horrible service. Got a quote to have two places on roof repaired. Only one side completed. Charged for both. Argued with service to have full job done. Workers threw wood and shingles off of roof damaging side of house. Even with pictures of wood and Shingles all over lawn was told it was not their fault. Do not recommend using this company.

I just wanted to take the time to thank Ferris Home Improvements for the awesome customer service and work there team did to install my grandmothers roof down in Fenwick they made it very easy for me to handle things from up here and made her feel really good and safe at her age (93) to have strangers in and around around her home ! John was absolutely amazing! We have and always will recommend them for any job!

It took a while to get on their schedule (three weeks) but Scott arrived at the appointed time, on the dot. He quickly assessed the roof/siding situation, crafted the replacement part and got everything fixed. Excellent work. I was a little surprised at the price (fully disclosed before he began work) BUT he also didn't mind me watching him at his craft and I picked up several great lessons (invaluable in my book) as he walked me through what he was doing. I will call them for my next "I want to fix it but my wife doesn't want me on the roof anymore" project!

Roof was missing shingles, Ferris scheduled an inspection w/in the week, called the day before to confirm, service technician called en route, arrived w/in time window, inspected the roof, identified the problem, authorized repair on the spot for a reasonable price, could not get any better customer service, will definitely call Ferris again.

Ferris went out of their way to fit us in their very tight schedule and sent a technician within hours of the request. Scott was very professional, explained what was needed and completed the refastening of siding in three areas promptly. Ferris definitely take care of their customers. Highly recommend using Ferris!!!

Ferris Home Improvements completed a kitchen and master bath remodel for us. Steph and Sonny the Designers immediately came out to bid job and provided drawings which were very helpful in creating the design. The wait time to start the job was three months (due to materials backlog) but was well worth it. Steph and Joe the PM came to the site a couple of times, gave us daily updates and were very responsive throughout the building process. Mike and Reyn handled the demo and rebuild, another Mike did the tile work. They were all professional, polite and maintained a clean work area. The quality of everyone's work was very good and Mike's carpentry expertise was especially appreciated. We love our beautiful kitchen and master bath and recommend Ferris Home Improvements to everyone!

We recently had our roof, skylights and shutters replaced by Ferris. Ferris did an awesome job. We are very happy with the final product. The whole project started out about two weeks ago with Matt giving us the best quote, beating other local competitors. Ryan and his crew completed the roof and skylights within two and half days. The roof crew always cleaned up our front and back yard before they leave in the evening, so we never had to deal with the construction debris. John and Austin did a great job replacing the shutters. They were quite efficient. Our house now looks great. We will certainly contact Ferris again for future home improvement projects.

I am thrilled with Ferris. I needed someone who could work around my schedule and resolve a problem which two others were unable to find/resolve. Ferris was able to fit me exactly when I needed them. They called to confirm my appointment and then Scott, the service technician from Ferris, called me, prior to his arrival, to give me his exact arrival time.

Once he was on site, he was able to quickly identify the issue, fix it and then show me pictures of the before/after so I could understand what he had diagnosed and how he had repaired the problem area. EXACTLY what I needed, when I needed it.

Siding Installation: Ferris did an amazing job! From start to finish, I received personal attention--constant updates, etc. If there were any issues (only a couple), Ryan addressed my concerns immediately. Ryan was visible during the duration of the project and kept me updated as needed. I solicited quotes from 4 vendors--Ferris was the cheapest. Hands down, would definitely work with Ferris again!
