I recently needed a siding repair due to weather damage. The project manager, Beth, helped guide me in the right direction to ensure I got everything I needed. Will be using them for all our projects going forward

I have recently used this company for window replacements, due to aging. I had no clue where to start and the project manager, Beth, helped me clarify all the details and issues I was having. This made the process so simple and worry free. Definitely will use them for all my projects moving forward.

Wow! The new windows make our house look like a new house! The expertise, knowledge and friendly manner of Beth, Antonio, Jose and Erik was unbelievable! Paddy’s will be our source to update our house in other areas! Thank you each so much!

Paddy’s Roofing is the company to use if your roof needs repair or replaced. Workers showed up on time to replace the roof of my townhouse. They took the time to protect any landscaping and left the place spotless. Katie was great to work with. She kept me informed during the whole process. I can’t speak highly enough about this company.

I recently had gotten new gutters placed by Paddy's. I would not recommend this company to do gutters. The salesman did not explain the gutters the company put in. The gutter work and craftmanship is far inferior to my old system. There are 2-3 inch gaps at all corners with a gaudy brace place on the outside to hide the poor craftmanship in which the company says this is how they do gutters. My old gutter system which worked great but just old looks far mor appealing to the eye.

The owner came out personally to address my issues. He did rectify my concerns without any problems.

We had a new roof installed, new gutters, asbestos removal and siding installed. Beautiful job, excellent workmanship, no complaints. Highly recommended at a reasonable cost.

I truly can’t put into words how phenomenal this company was with this whole project. I’m purchasing a home and the roof needed repairs which I found out 10 days before closing. I reached out wanting to replace my front door. Beth was my point of contact, she was friendly and knowledgeable. She provided pricing, ordered my door and kept in constant communication with updates on when the door would arrive to schedule a date and time.
Antonio came out to install my front door and what can I say…..perfectionist!!! I don’t know much about doors by any means but he was thorough in showing me the ins and outs .
Another amazing touch was my house was just as clean or better actually after he was finished.
If I could give 10 stars I would. Will keep in mind for any future projects I may need and will certainly use Paddy’s.

We have a water leak still in our sunroom. Paddy’s did not repair the leak and it’s been almost a year. We were told that the warranty was only good for 30 days. Very disappointing . I tried to get them to fix the problem but they told me they would have to open up a new work order. Unbelievable . Update 8/27/2024 . I received a call from the owner of Paddys roofing company. We met up at my home and discussed the situation with the roof leak. I have a better understanding of what happened. They are going to recheck the work order and come back and hopefully figure out where the problem is with the leaking roof during the down pouring of rain we’ve been having. Much appreciated that Pat came to my house and is working with us.

Paddy's replaced the siding and painted the upper part of my house. Again a stellar job, siding and painting looks amazing the project manager kept me informed from start to finish and the cleanup was perfect! This is the fourth project I have asked them to do and the fourth time I have been delighted with whole process from quote, to work, to cleanup!

Fantastic company!! I was on a deadline to get my roof replaced and Katie was able to work me into their schedule right away. The roofers did a great job and in one day I had a brand new roof that looks perfect. The cleanup was amazing, you’d never tell anything was done to my house, it really was a great experience. The day after the roof was installed Ryan came out to make sure it was done right. If you need a new roof this is the company to call.

Paddy’s did such a great job on my new deck!!! My whole family is elated at how the deck did wonders for my backyard. Beth, my project manager saw everything through and made sure I was updated and informed about the project. The workers were excellent. They didn’t leave until they finished what they had to do. I’ve been getting many compliments on the deck and it’s only been a couple days completed. The real compliments goes to all who were involved at Paddy’s. Thank you Paddy’s.

I'm so glad a coworker recommended Paddy's. They're the best! First, they did not pressure me into more work than I needed. In fact, when Dale completed the job, he found that the repair wasn't as involved as originally estimated, so I ended up paying less than expected. They definitely scored bonus points for honesty. Second, everyone I spoke to was pleasant and professional, from Carolyn to Benjamin to everyone else involved. They took the time to explain the process, the work, and what to watch for in the future. I really don't want to think about my roof again, but when the time comes, I'll definitely call Paddy's.

I had a minor repair work done by them on my siding. They were punctual and completed the work within an hour. Price was quite reasonable.

Paddy’s provided the best service I could ever imagine! They did an outstanding job installing my double entry doors. The entire process was super easy and they kept me updated the entire time - from the initial order to the installation date.

If the double entry door wasn’t good enough, they also installed a foldable ladder for my attic. Now I don’t hesitate to change the filter of my attic furnace as before, I had to get a big ladder from the basement each time.

Based on their name, I didn’t know they did entry doors and attic ladders but I know now and will definitely use them in the future. Do not hesitate and contact Paddy’s if you need professional work done!!

Carolyn bent over backwards to accommodate my special job. She is VERY kind and polite...a real "peach" of a customer service representative! Marvin was the BEST technician I've ever dealt with ANYWHERE EVER! He shared the same mindset as Carolyn...kind, polite, respectful... as well as ALSO bending over backwards for my specific job! He helped me choose the best matching color, then custom-manufactured 3 prototypes of siding for my extremely picky boss (don't tell my boss I said this) to approve. Patty's was actually the second company to come out for my siding repair. The first "company" I hired was a scam! Paddy's fixed their shoddy patchjob for me, and honestly, it...looks....AWESOME! Thanks for saving my backside, Paddy's! I'll be recommending Paddy's to everyone! ❤️

Paddy's did an excellent job installing a new flue pipe through my roof to my hot water heater!! I had alot of different issues with the plumbers who installed my water heater and Paddys went above and beyond for me and kept coming back working around the plumbers schedule. They really went out of their way to help me get this job done!! I highly recommend them!! And I would definitely use them again for any future projects.

The two men from Paddy’s were personable and professional. They explained what and how they were going to fix the roof. They showed me the issue where the leak was, including pictures. After completing the work, they explained again what they did and made sure I saw the roof and if I had any questions.

2 Paddy’s staff members came to clean debris from my roof this morning . They did a fantastic job in a short amount of time. Even my front porch and back deck looked better when they left. Thank you so much!!

Had such a wonderful experience with Charlie the salesman to Katie my project manager! I had an issue with drywall damage in my skylights and they came out the next morning on a Saturday to fix the drywall. I will highly recommend Paddy’s to anyone who asks about a Roofing company.

I was very impressed with Paddy’s from the initial contact to the completion of the job!
They actually have someone who answers the phone, and the scheduling for job assessment was prompt. After making calls to others of which 2 companies were reluctant to take on the repair, Paddy’s was able to make a decision on the best way to correct a leak that was ongoing and assumed was a result of a stone chimney that was situated very close to a large skylight. The crew was creative in finding the safest approach of accessing the area on a steep cedar shake roof, eliminating the need for a lift, and ensured they covered all areas involved. My husband and I highly recommend this company!

This company came recommend by my neighbors, who seemed to be pleased with Paddy's service. The guy who came out to give us a quote was friendly so no problem there but after? Communication was non existent! They never had to called us the week the were supposed to come out and when I called the following week, Danielle, our project manager, said she had been off Friday, well if you knew you were going to be off, then call your customers the day prior! Had all week to call us. She calls me back and gives a day and time 11am. Well 11am came and went, so I call and spoke to a nice woman (Paddy's Mom). She told me Danielle doesn't work there anymore and that we were passed off to another project manager and that they were supposed to come at 1pm, again, no one let us know this.
The guys finally arrived, did their job but never laid down tarps inside, or apparently outside because I had to vacuum inside our kitchen area and found nails, pieces of shingles and alot of dirt etc on the ground, our BBQ and patio table and chairs.

Paddy’s was management staff were friendly to work with and their roofing crew was quick ,clean and did an amazing job on my roof. What more can you ask from a company.

This is what our family's home looked like after contracting with Paddy's for a full roof replacement.
Atter we asked them to come see the results of all the siding that was torn off and question why there was no oversight of the job, they came out, took lots of pictures...seemed to agree it was left a mess but then nothing was done to fix the siding. Response from Paddy's was "but the roof looks good, doesn’t it?!

We suspected a roof leak, and Paddy’s came out to look. Fortunately, it turns out our roof was in great shape. I appreciated their honesty, responsiveness, and overall great customer service. They could have recommended unnecessary work but they didn’t, and it meant a lot. I’ll be sure to call them when I do need work done! Highly recommend.

They recently replaced our asphalt shingle roof and did an excellent job. Competitive quote and they offer an excellent warranty. They communicated very well throughout the process and they completed the job right as scheduled despite having to work around all the April rain. Paddy's just replaced my roof. This is a big undertaking and they were professional throughout the entire process. The roofing crew worked very hard. They cleaned my entire yard the first day after working for over 12 hours so my dogs wouldn't step on anything sharp!!! Great company!!!

We chose Paddy's to replace our roof and two skylights. They were in constant communication with us and even moved our install date to be sooner when they had time open up. Great experience. We were able to be moved up 2 weeks for our roof instalation which was very convenient. Crew of 6 arrived 7am, lift truck put shingles on roof, men began taking off old shingles. We needed 9 sheets of plywood replaced. Then paper and shingles were laid. All the while a worker was picking up all discarded materials and putting them in dumpster. Finished by 4:30. Russell came out a few days later to inspect the work and explained if we had any questions to call the office. They are very eager to make us a satisfied customer. It's a reasonable price for job well done. We are very pleased about the whole operation. Everyone very friendly and knowledgeable. Many thanks to Matt who went into attic and inspected and took pictures of our water damage which gave us confidence to go-ahead and replace the roof. I highly recommend Paddy's for your roofing job.

They are honest, friendly, respectful of property, and stand behind all the work they do. No wonder they don't advertise. Word of mouth is all they need. They replaced my roof and did such a good job I brought them back and repointed my chimney.

Paddy’s was absolutely, without a doubt, the best choice for replacing my windows and doors! They were communicative, friendly, incredibly professional, and did such a great job. I am so in love with my new windows and doors, which by the way, immediately seemed far more efficient than my old ones. I used to freeze in my office, with the house closed up and my heat cranked. The day they put in the windows, the house was wide open, windows missing, 25°, the day after a snow storm, while I worked nice and toasty in my office with its new window. It got dark by the time they finished installing everything (which they did all in one day, by the way—8 windows, a front door and a storm door,) so they said they’d be back the next day to clean up any scraps and bits of stuff in the yard, and I was SO impressed when they came back, slowly walking the yard, searching so thoroughly for screws, etc., and wiping down the windows and doors repeatedly. We hit a small snag with the door being scratched up (from the seller, not the crew) and they returned the very next business day (accounting for a second snow storm in between) and swapped it out with a beautiful replacement, and again wiped everything down. Antonio, Beth, Juan, Daniel and crew were amazing to work with, and I would recommend them and would call them for any future needs, in a heartbeat.

We used Paddys to completely redo the outside of our home: remove asbestos removal/siding install, windows, gutters , soffit and fascia. They did an amazing job on everything. They also stand by all of their work so any issues immediately after or even months or years later they will come back and make it right. Will definitely use them again for our future needs. Despite our needing roof work just before the holidays, Paddy's got us our estimate quickly and finished the work in a timely manner. As far as I can tell, the work looks to be of excellent quality (revealing all roof vents and putting on a chimney cap). Guess we'll find out with the storm coming today.

Wanted to thank Paddy's for doing a fantastic job residing our home. Antonio and Luis and the crew were awesome. The quality of their work was top notch, and their attention to detail was impeccable. Our home has never looked this good!!!

I don’t think there are enough characters available to explain how badly they lied and misled us. I called with one specific purpose, which I was very clear about. I have stained fascia, and I wanted to know the cause and then have it repaired. The owner and another contractor explained that they would remove the fascia to identify the cause, which could be my gutters. The estimate was based on what was likely the cause, but I was assured multiple times that they would remove the fascia to confirm. so I signed the estimate. They repaired my gutters and left without removing the fascia, which was the sole reason that I contacted them. When I questioned it, they said their estimate didn’t say that, however, we had a clear verbal agreement, which they violated, and offered to do the actual work I wanted from the beginning for $500+ more after I paid $1100 for something that may not have been necessary. I’m filing multiple complaints and citing Unfair, Deceptive, Abusive Acts and Practices (UDAAP).

They got our siding done for us the same week we signed contract! Absolutely amazing and such a helpful staff! Will recommend them to everyone!

Quality and integrity are hard to find. I have found both with Paddy's Roofing. A few years back Paddy's installed a new roof for me. Exceptional work with no surprises. Recently, they removed my stucco and replaced it with quality vinyl siding. Again, exceptional work with no surprises. A year or so after the roof work, I noticed a water stain on one of my ceilings. I called Paddy's and they quickly came out and assessed the situation. The source of the water was not the roof, but a window issue. They fixed it, no charge, even though it wasn't under any Paddy's warranty. When I asked why, the tech said, I am out here on a warranty call, and it was a simple fix. Not going to nickle and dime you. Now that's integrity!

Very pleased using Paddy’s to replace the roof and gutters on my large outbuilding. Very fast. Cleaned up very well. Roof looks great. Excellent communication. Highly recommended.

We hired Paddy's in March of 2023 to install a new deck on the back of our house. The process was finally completed today, July 5, 2023. Overall, we're super happy with the actual construction of our deck but getting to this process was pretty painful.

The first issue was that they wanted us to pay the entire amount upfront with no actual estimated construction dates. When we requested to pay a downpayment until they could give us date, they told us they ask all customers for the entire amount up front so that they don't "get stuck on the hook for a $22k deck". My husband is a tradesman so I know that a 50/50 split is not abnormal.

We eventually agreed to a specific amount up front and signed the contract. After we signed it, we were told we would hear from the project manager within a day or two. We eventually heard from the project manager over a week later, only after I followed up with the salesman.

Plans were set in motion after that communication to get started with the permit process. There were two issues here. The first was that we were told we needed to contact another company they recommend for a plot plan. When I called that company, they told me it would be $650 for the plot plan. In all actuality, all I needed to do was call the county for a copy of my plot plan, which I was able to obtain for free.

Once we had the plot plan, Paddy's submitted our permit request wrong multiple times. They kept blaming it on the fact that they "do siding and roofing, not decks." Well... we hired them to build a deck so that wasn't very reassuring. After a few months of delays, which were blamed on the County when it was really Paddy's issue, we were finally told that they had been submitting it (and resubmitting multiple times) to the County when the permits were supposed to be submitted to my town instead. I ended up going to town hall and getting the permit taken care of myself. We had the permit in hand within a few days.

When construction finally started, they left 8 4-feet deep holes in my backyard, without covering them, for a few days while they sorted out a "materials issue". I'm not sure what the materials issue was because they told me that they had all of the materials and the only hold up was the permit situation. Either way, the holes created a hazard for our dog and small kids.

The crew that actually built the deck was wonderful. However, we never knew when they were coming. They just showed up whenever they showed up. Sometimes at 7am. Sometimes at 3pm. Once the deck was finally built, it failed inspection multiple times. They had to keep coming back out to fix things and have it reinspected.

When it finally passed inspection today, our project manager sent us an invoice, instructing us to pay via credit card, even though we had financed it through their financing company. That was cleared up, only after I pointed it out.

Overall, our deck is done and it looks pretty but it took almost 4 months of headaches to get to this point. They originally told us that they have a lot of experience building decks but that turned out not to be the complete truth. I'm sure they're great for siding and roofing but had we known how bad they were with decking, we would have went with another company.

All management seemed very Profesional and courteous. Workers appeared to enjoy their work and cared to clean at the end. Job looked well done. I was left thinking that the job was one of quality and care. Thank you.

We got several quotes to replace our siding, soffits, fascia, and gutters from well reviewed installers in the area and ended up choosing Paddy's. They were responsive and professional every step of the way. The installation was well done and the worksite was meticulously cleaned after. Their estimate was the most competitive one we received and you can tell it's a real family business, the same people answer the phones everyday and the guy they send out for the quotes is the father of the owner. Now we have a brand new house! you can't go wrong with Paddy's for your next project.

Pleased with the Office Manager, the Project Managers and the group of guys that actually performed the work. I was a bit disappointed with their business practices. A few days after I received their quote, I received a email stating they were offering a 10 percent discount to celebrate their 10th anniversary. When I called and asked that the discount be applied to my estimate, I was told that it only applied to estimates written after the 10 percent discount notification. After protesting they agreed to a 5 percent discount off my estimate.
I was also unhappy with the amount of advance money they wanted. They wanted a minimum of $5000 down before starting work. I protested and we agreed to $500 down.
Other than their business practices, I was happy with the work performed and the people who worked to get the job completed.

Great job as always. I trust Paddy’s with all my exterior work. Beth has always been responsive and ensures we are satisfied with our project. Antonio has worked on a number of our windows/siding and does excellent work. He will treat your property like it is his own!!!!

We had damage from a storm. We wanted to hire this company for the repairs but it didn't work out. We signed papers with Paddy’s and then received information from our insurance company that Paddy’s said we needed an entire new roof. I informed the insurance company and Paddy’s that we didn't need an entire roof and we never heard from them again.
