The work that was done was good. The communication was a 0 out of ten. The Salesman had my husband sign the walk around (that was supposed to be done after with the project manager) the day we agreed to go with the estimate (2-3 weeks before work was done). Crew was okay at picking up minus a plastic cigar piece thrown on the ground 5 feet from dumpster. And a palette was taken from the dumpster and thrown in our yard. Overall happy with the work, not pleased with the company. Should have supported a mom-n-pop company and not a big corporation where we are just another number.

I could not be more pleased with the work that All American Roofing and Remodeling did on my house, transforming it from the ugliest house on the block to the envy of the neighbors.

After I called for an estimate, the company owner himself, Sean Henry, reached out to discuss what I wanted done and what AAR could offer. I was extremely impressed at his level of involvement and knowledge of every detail. He spent hours on the phone with me, answering my questions, before I’d ever signed a contract. He continues to be just as accessible and responsive now that the job is nearing its end.

The estimator, Drew, did so much more than give me a simple quote. As I live out of town and couldn’t see the samples in person, Drew went out of his way to send me multiple photos of various color sample combinations. When I wasn’t sure, he went out and took even more photos for me. He talked me through the products and the process, and continued to listen to my concerns even after the job was underway.

The roofing, window and siding installers were all conscientious in their craft, and kept at the job late into the day each day. The neighbors even commented on how impressed they were by their work ethic.

Another reason I chose AAR is the quality of the products they use. GAF Roofing, Certainteed siding, ProVia windows. I am a novice, but after doing some research, I was confident that they offered the best products, and offered them in my price range.

AAR turned an eyesore into a house I’m now proud of. The neighbors are thrilled too! Everyone at AAR was compassionate and understanding in a challenging situation, and they got the job done to my utmost satisfaction.

I would recommend them without reservation.

Just fyi... my project has not been completed; hasn't been scheduled yet. All we've done is complete the financial payment (through financing) and all materials, etc., should be on order..

Although there were some minor hiccups along the way my overall experience was awesome! Jim went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied.

AMAZING! From start to finish I 100% recommend! Dino came out and took his time to do his best for us and gave us a very fair price for two bathrooms. Kyle was amazing and patient and Savio was skilled and patient! They cleaned up, answered all questions and really did an excellent job in our house. Thanks guys!

This year All American did a roof and vinyl siding for me. They did an excellent job. I will use them again and I don't say that about a lot of contractors.

I just have great things to say about this company! I interviewed quite a few companies and made a spreadsheet and not only were they creative but they came up with solutions to existing issues I had and a specialized roof system! Very professional and reasonable. I’m so happy!

I definitely recommend All American Roofing to everyone. They did an outstanding job on my roof. It looks gorgeous. They were very quick and left no mess whatsoever. Took care of the financing too. 5 stars all the way.

This place constantly calls me multiple times a day. When I answer they don’t even have someone on the line to say anything. I have never given my information to this company.

After looking further into the company to see why they are constantly calling, it’s clearly this is a shady company with fake reviews. Look up storm chasing roofing companies too what they they about.

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had the roof, gutters and a portion of siding replaced. Through each step of the replacement process the yard was thoroughly cleaned of debris and nails. Excellent work! Would highly recommend this company.

I had a problem with my windows (2) and for a month was told someone will be out namely Bob he was no show several times, then I talk to Mellisa and she assured me that Kyle our manager will be out at the time and day..Guess what? Kyle came out with help on time right day looked at our windows found the problem and schooled me a little on how to clean them. He is great, Mellisa is great! I was so discouraged with Bob. I made an appointment for a consultation and my appointment was cancelled the day before the appointment and the CSR stated the person that made the appointment was new and didn't know that the company doesn't service my area. She also proceeded to tell me(after I asked why) that they have had problems in some parts of the city so they don't feel comfortable sending their reps out. I accepted that but I called back to let them know that I learned of their company from mail flyers that were sent to my house and that they might not want to send flyers to areas that they don't service. It's giving discrimination, so beware.

I am very happy with the ended result. The work was completed before expected. The siding looks very nice and clean

The team did a fantastic job. They completed the job in one day and left my property cleaner than they found it! No nails, shingle pieces or debris anywhere. I highly recommend All American Roofing.

I am very pleased with the work and the associates that did the job. They fixed the rotted wood above my old Bay Window and gave me a beautiful new Bay with easy to open side windows. They also installed a window where I had a room air conditioner and made it fit perfectly. They also installed new spouting and secured it so the winds could not get to it. I give them 5 stars plus.They are great to work with.

Manager Drew take time to explain everything to me before I made decision. I am on limited time and prefer to replace my whole roof on a few days. Drew make it happen and he even did a few repairs other things which is not associated with roof and which is very valuable for me.

We hired All American Roofing for a roof inspection and minor repairs. They were prompt, professional, and did an excellent job. Their pricing is fair, and the quality of their work is impressive. Would definitely use them again

They did a great job. However, the first crew then sent out said my roof was “too steep” and they were “afraid for their safety”. I don't have an A-Frame and had nooks and crannies to have gripping on. My house is also a townhouse that was a middle house. I took off the day because I was advised that I would need to be home for them, which was a waste since they left within the hour. It inconvenienced my employer and me to waste a day of paid time off. I saw these great reviews, and when the professional roofing crew said that, it was something anyone I knew never heard of.

Everything from the consultation to the job itself was very professional. Communication was excellent within the consultation, throughout the process leading up to the roof replacement, and after the job was finished. They checked up on my satisfaction with the job afterwards and even came back to fix something. The cost of everything was higher than other quotes but I believe this was worth it because they added tremendous value to their services.

All American remodeling installed two bathrooms in our home and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Our bathrooms are lovely and the installer- Keith -was excellent! AAR helped us update our bathrooms from outdated to beautiful! I would highly recommend…

I give a 5-star rating because their service is top-tier from the salesman to the crew members are just everything. The guys that come out and put the windows up are very mannerable and respectful they was on time and got the job done. Definitely will recommend to a family or friends.

I was very pleased with the installation of new skylights. The guys who did the installation were very polite and cleaned up afterwards. They also repaired some flashing and soffits from a wind storm that now look great and the birds can no longer get in and build a nest. I will use All American again.

They installed an acrylic shower. It has a folding seat and safety bars. It also has glass shower door. There were a few hiccups along the way but they took care of everything. Their installers were professional and very skilled. They came on time, cleaned up and did a beautiful job. We now have an amazing shower. We are pleased.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Somehow I ended up on their spam call list. I live several states away, and have never contacted them. Over the last week, they have called me literally dozens of times PER DAY. I have blocked multiple numbers from them. If the harassment continues, I will file a lawsuit. Edit: I have asked them dozens of times to stop calling me, and they just called me again. I'm hiring a lawyer. It is a misdemeanor to contact someone after they've asked you to stop. As such, I will also press charges against them, in addition to the lawsuit.

We used All American Roofing for the first time for a recent roof repair. Drew did a thorough assessment of the job and went above and beyond with an attic pipe repair he did personally in addition to the outside work. He even came back with a reduced cost after re-evaluating what the job entailed. Overall, a very good experience with the professionalism of this company.

Sean and his staff did a great job start to finish. Austin found more than in bargained for in our 100 year old bathroom, but was able to get it done on time and it looks great. There were a couple of minor glitches, but all of them were dealt with in timely manner and to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend All American Roofing and Remodeling.

I needed to replace my 30-year-old roof and at the same time replace my 32-year-old Velux Skylights. All American Roofing had completed 2 other roof replacements in the neiborhood and I liked their workmanship. From ripping up the old roof to the final clean up the team did an excellent job. I contacted them for my roof and skylight replacement. I had been worried that the interior finish would not look correct with the new skylights. The skylights were a perfect fit. I am very happy with the professional job.

" Originally discovered them via an email (that I chose to investigate) and was absolutely PLEASED with their service!

From the appointment with the sales rep to the I installation, I was very happy and impressed with All American Roofing. I explained to the sales rep that I did not want the least expensive windows and did not need the most expensive but wanted something in the middle - quality windows at a fair price. He showed me exactly what I requested and explained everything in easy to understand language and addressed all my questions and concerns. We made an appointment for installation which was a little longer than I had hoped for but when an installation appointment became available sooner, I was called so I could be given that appointment.

The day of the installation the contractors arrived right on time and completed the installation the same day and in less time than I expected. The contractor made a suggestion to replace the very old framing that, frankly, was an eyesore from the last time I had windows installed by a different company. No pressure, just a suggestion as it would add a (minimal) cost to the total for installation. I agreed and I am so thrilled with the outcome! My windows are beautiful and SO MUCH better quality than the previous windows, which I actually paid more for almost 10 years ago. I haven’t decided on window coverings yet because the windows are too beautiful to cover up! My best friend came for a visit about a week after the windows were installed. Her first comment on walking into my house was “Did you get new windows? They’re gorgeous!” Yes, they are! I would highly recommend All American Roofing.
