I can't say enough of good things about Advance Inc- Roofing Windows Siding Doors & Decks. I needed a new front door & I lucked out finding Advantage. It did not take Rob a long time to schedule a house appointment. He helped me pick out a door with a dead bolt and screen door that match the color of the house.
Carey & Nick were the installers of the doors and I must say they did an excellent job. They were friendly and I had no cleaning up after the job was finished. I had this door fixed prior to Advantage because the builder left a huge cap in the lower half of the door, causing cold air to entire the foyer. I wasted money using a company that did not correct the problem and refused to come back.
You will not find this with Advantage. The office staff are friendly and very helpful. The bonus is that their prices are very reasonable compared to other Delaware business.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Their integrity, quality products and services are unparalleled. Prices are much more affordable than you’d think. Excellent customer service from office staff to project managers. They’ve now done all our windows , installed a new door, built a deck and fixed rotten wood around my garage.plus I’ve had them do windows and build a deck on my cottage. Every time the installers have been friendly and left the work area cleaner than they found it. Last of new windows went in yesterday. This morning all the family said how much cooler, the historically warmer upstairs was. I attribute that to the new windows from Advance. Great communication, prompt and on time, low pressure sales, overall a great experience with our front door order in addition to gutter cleaning. We'll need to update the light fixtures since the original ones that came with the home look outdated with the new door.

From the time we started with the phone call for Frank to come out to give a quote for the back sliding door installation and the deck, the experience has been wonderful. no stress. love the deck. should have got it years ago had I known the process was so smooth. My wife and I had windows installed 23 years ago by Advanced. We recently had a problem with a jam lock and a pivot for one of our tilt outs. Gary from Advanced came out, assessed the issue, and found the parts needed to repair the issues. The job was done in a matter of hours. I have had many jobs done by Doug, Gary, Tom and the team at Advanced and have never been disappointed in the way I was treated by their team. Any issues with materials or work have been addressed immediately. That why I continue to go back.

Advance Inc did a great job for us building a new deck and a three- season-room. They’re very helpful and friendly and worked with us when small issues came up. All their people are very skilled and accommodating. Great job !!

we had new windows and doors put on our house in 2009. the latch on the storm door no longer worked. when I called about getting it replaced, they told me to look at lowe's. we found a great match, and they installed the new handle for free!

I have only good things to say about Advance. We had a screen porch and new composite decking added to our home. We really liked Advance and Frank the sales rep who came out to estimate the job. He was very personable, knowledgeable and listened to us instead of pressuring for a sale. And to be honest, we initially gave the job to a different company whose bid was higher but we went with them because they do a lot of work in our neighborhood. For various reasons, the other company dropped the ball and we were left hanging for months, so we pulled out of that contract. We are so glad we did!

We called Advance back up and Frank came back out again and got us rolling on our new screen porch and decking. We had a challenging roof line to tie into but the Advance team had good ideas and we were able to get a design with exactly what we were looking for with no compromises.

Work started on time as promised and we were very impressed by the construction lead (also a Frank). He did great work and did not cut corners. Communication was great. If there were any questions or issues, Frank and the Project Manager Nate worked with us to resolve and answer quickly. If Frank needed more material, he’d make a call and an Advance truck would be onsite in an hour or two.

There were no issues from the Advance side, it is just that where was a lot more rot in our old deck framing than expected. Advance repaired the initial issues with no charge. When a lot more problems were uncovered with the existing deck, Nate worked with us and gave us a very fair price for the upcharge. I know it was a lot less than it would have been if we hired someone to come out specifically to fix it.

The project finished quickly even with the additional work. The site was always safe and well maintained. The Advance team of Vlad and Yuri that came out to do the finish work of the soffits, ceiling, siding, and screen were just as impressive. Their work was impeccable and they worked very quickly. Good guys.

Everyone we dealt with at Advance, was polite, professional, and you could see they took pride in their work. We liked Advance so much that we chose them as well from several competing bids for the 9 replacement windows we needed. And actually, as I write this, Vlad and Yuri are just finishing up with the window installation. We were so happy when it was them who showed up since we knew they would do great work. And they definitely did do a great job, everything looks fantastic inside and out and is sealed up so much better than our previous windows.

So again, my wife and I cannot say enough about Advance. They are a great company with good people that take pride in their work. Their estimates are fair and they will work with you thoughout the entire process to make sure you are satisfied.

After getting a few opinions on our own, our contractor from VColbert recommended Advance Inc to us for bay window replacement and the removal of 5 other windows to prepare for our renovation. Rob came and gave us our in home consultation at a very competent price, and the company pride the resonates from him is incredible. His character and demonstration is what ultimately led to us choosing this company. Drew, the project manager, is a straight shooter. He worked with us to ensure our wishes were met while staying on budget. He even drove down to our place in Sussex from his office in NCC, to check in on the job. The installers Matt and Jim are some of the nicest people I've met. These guys not only took the time to explain the process but ensured it met our expectations along the way. These two are exceptional at what they do and cleaned up after themselves everyday before they left. I will be sharing this review on Google as well, including the Millsboro location, in hopes that other people will use Advanced. Last week, the gutter team came out and replaced our gutters in roughly 2 hours.

They were unbelievably efficient and I wouldn't have even known they were there if I wasn't home. I can't say enough good things about this company. Even their office staff is prompt and welcoming! I will be calling Advance next year after my renovations are completed to replace the aluminum siding with vinyl. Thanks again!

We were over due for an upgrade and after doing some research and getting some quotes we went with Advance and we are very pleased with the results!! Mike introduced us to Rodney who worked hard on our quote for a few windows and that “Advanced” into a whole exterior remodel. Justin from the install team came out, verified all of the measurements and before you knew it the windows were ready. Rory and his crew were exceptional! We are very pleased with their communication and prompt, efficient, and professional installation. We Had a house fire 2 weeks Into buying our first home 2 months ago. We called Advance inc to have the work done with them. They are amazing they came out fast we got our estimate and then they started our house a few weeks later. The work and time they put into helping us and fixing our first home means a lot to us. I had Advance install 12 windows in my 1960s house, replacing the previous replacement windows that were very difficult to open and that had developed "fog" between the panes (plus a cardinal had gone around pecking holes in most of the screens over time). I was unable to afford the top of the line model, but now that that secondary brand is in, I find them entirely acceptable, with easy sliding, clear views and, best of all, very little draft coming in around the units. In this recent frigid, windy weather, I can tell the difference between old and new in the installation. All the people who dealt with me, from the original salesman to the office person to the project manager and the actual installers, were professional and concerned about doing things right. A problem with one sash occurred on New Year's Day caused by operator error; I emailed my project manager on that holiday, and even though he had the next day off, he arranged for a second project manager to see to it and it was taken care of promptly the next morning. Excellent service all around.

This is a great company to work with. Gary was so kind and reasonable when giving us an estimate. We decided to have them to the work. We had a new deck around our pool installed and updated our pool shed. Everything was completed in a timely fashion and the quality of work was amazing. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone and we will be using them again in the future.

Really wanted these guys to do my work but unfortunately I've been waiting on an estimate since July. In a nutshell, a rep came to my house. I called the rep after 3 whole weeks to find out what's happening and still no call back no answer, nothing. I called again about a week later and same thing. It is now January, 2025! What a disappointment!

The Advance crew did a great job on 2 new decks. Work was done on schedule and they went the extra mile to make the decks look great. The takeaway and cleanup were also first rate.

Evan as project lead could not have been more competent and knowledgeable or courteous. The actual workers were punctual and cleaned up after their daily work was completed. Any minor problems and there were very MINOR problems not really worth mentioning were resolved in the blink of an eye! Awesome service.

Installers Matt and Jim made the best team ever! They were respectful of our home, used drop cloths and vacuum as they went along. The front door and trimming around the transom is my 2nd favorite install of the project. I replaced all my windows and doors with Advance . Bay window , 3 regular windows , sliding glass door , 2 small basement windows all Okna. Front and back door Provia .Took a few years as i did this in stages for budgeting reasons. The climate control upgrade was dramatic . The humidity just can't get in . The last to be done was the sliding glass door and 2 basement windows and what a difference. You can google Okna vs Anderson and see what i mean. The service at Advance is the best i have seen in Delaware . They have never not answered the phone , service techs responsive

The project they did for us was a screened in front porch. Our expectations were MORE THAN what we expected! The outcome was a fantastic looking enclosure that neighbors are complementing us on their job.

We recently had most of the windows replaced in our house. A friend and neighbor recommended Advance because he used them for a few different window installation projects. He said they used high-quality materials and did excellent work at a fair price. I am so happy I followed his advice. I contracted with Advance to get a back deck, a front porch deck and 2 basement windows. My whole project was close to $20,000, not a little job. The windows installer was good and the windows turned out great, but it took 4 weeks to get them in and I had to contact Advance to get any information as the project manager on my job was horrible at communication. I was not aware that for the deck job, it would be sub contracted out. The guys doing the work were very good and it turned out beautiful, but dealing with Advance was a pain. The communication with the project manager, Nate, was horrific. He did not update me on anything. The 4th day the installers were not here by 9:30 so again I had to contact Nate, who then says that the inspection was at 11am so the guys had to wait to move forward. Why was none of this communicated from the start? Why was I left in the dark on all aspects and had to reach out to get information? The job turned out great but 1- it was not done by Advance employees and 2- communication was horrific. I have some other things that need done at my home, but I will not be using Advance.

Had a scheduled time for work assessment at the house for quote. No one showed at the scheduled time and no one called. When I called in to ask where they were, was told they called the day before to let me know they were not coming and stated they decided afterwards that they are not willing to take on job for flat roof. My Iphone has no record of missed call and no record of voicemail. Poor communication.

We initially hired advance windows to replace 4 windows. After Matt and Jimmy completed the job we were extremely impressed with the quality and installation was great. We called them back to complete the rest of our home with new windows and requested Matt and Jimmy to again perform the install. They did a fantastic job and I highly recommend this company.

I recently (3/30/23) had two patio doors replaced by Advance. The installers Nick and Cary did an excellent job installing the two new doors. From the pleasant scheduler Megan to salesman Rodney Fisher ,decking manager Frank Cinque ,production manager Shawn Blanchard , carpenter Frank Dinisio, door installers Matt and Jimmy all class act s!!! The field supervisors that stopped in regularly Nate , Evan , and Gary were so helpful and took care of any questions or concerns that I had ,they all were awesome! We had a portico (which they designed from a group of pictures we had accumulated) , two steps and entry decks , entry doors , roof and gutters and boy oh boy does it look great ! I recommend Advance above all others ! They truly care about quality work and meeting your vision of what you as a customer want .I will be calling them back for windows ! The Advance Team just completed putting new windows, siding, and gutters on our home. You exceeded our expectations every step of the way. We were updated when the materials arrived, when each stage was scheduled, and if there was going to be any weather related delays. The pride in your work and the attention to detail is evident. The contractors took the time to introduce themselves and talk to us as they wrap up the day to make sure we were satified.

This was a second window installation in my home. Everyone was professional, helpful and extremely skilled. I had been very concerned about a complex installation of a huge window which included an eyebrow shape near the ceiling. Both the person initially measuring and the installers allayed my fears saying they had installed hundreds of these. And true to their word, it fit perfectly and looks great. Four people came, plus the person who had initially measured, making sure it would turn out right. All my questions were answered, and they even made sure my cat did not enter rooms where windows were removed. A seamless installation by top notch professionals.
