We recently noticed a concerning noise coming from our Kia while driving and called the dealership to ask if it was safe to continue using the car. The service department told us they were very busy but welcomed us to stop by for a quick safety check.

However, when we arrived the next day as advised, we were told they had no time and that there was a huge line of cars waiting. There was no attempt to honor what they had told us on the phone, nor any real effort to help—despite the fact that we were only asking for a quick check to ensure the vehicle was safe to drive.

We understand that service departments get busy, but if you're not able to follow through on what you tell customers, it creates confusion and frustration. We expected at least a basic assessment or clearer communication about the actual wait times. Unfortunately, this experience left us disappointed and concerned about the dealership’s reliability when it comes to urgent service issues.

I've worked with Fairfield a couple times, the sales, management and financing team did a fantastic job both times, a mistake was made (can't hold that against them, EVERYONE makes mistakes) but then they worked miracles to fix it and I could not be happier with the work they have done.

I recently purchased a Kia Forte from Kia Of Keene. Nate was my Salesman and he was GREAT! Professional, attentive with an awesome personality. I also had interactions with Sonny who was very good to work with aswell.
I came out of a vehicle that wasn't so great for MANY different reasons. The guys worked extremely hard to get me out of it and into a different One.
The Service Department at Kia could definitely use some much needed changes.

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER. I had to assist an elderly woman who had been coerced into signing a long-term lease by a salesman at this dealership. When the brand new car stopped running after 18 months, it was TORTURE to have the car fixed. It qualified as a lemon under NH's lemon laws. Brand new car! Calls to the corporate office, lemon law attorneys and we were finally able to get it fixed and trade it in for a car that really works. NOT A KIA. RUN DON'T WALK away from this dealership and its pranks. They DO NOT care a whit about you after you've signed and driven off their lot. They could care less. Spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere.

Fairfield Kia service center has friendly, happy, non-pushy staff and mechanics. They are competent and on time. Their shuttle will take you anywhere in town but if you need to stay for a short time they've got good Wi-Fi.

Got my Kia Niro here the saleswoman told us it was a all wheel drive so it's not very good in the snow also the tires aren't all season Radials overall I like the car and gas mileage.

Dropped car off with thorough info baggie to leave direction for job. They did my safety recall of oil undercoat and also found a rust hole, which they checked to see if it was covered under the same safety recall. So good service, but not a 5 because I still haven't heard back from them yet.

I have a lot more years behind me than ahead of me, and I've owned a lot of cars in my lifetime. More than once, I suffered through a car shopping nightmare. To say that my experience with Fairfield Kia was different would be a gross understatement. I have never dealt with a better team of salespeople before. Chris McCauley, Scott Frederick, Michael Gertsulin, and others were professional, without pressure, patient, and accommodating. They even delivered my Kia EV6 to my door, a bit of a trek away from their store. I will do everything I can to send my friends and family their way when shopping for a car. I moved to Keene three years ago. I had an electric car that needed a level 2 charger until I could install one at my house, and that’s when I met Josh Curry. He made an impression on me with his good energy, friendly smile, and easy way, which is not found in many car salespeople. Whenever I came to charge my car, Josh always took the time to come out and have a friendly conversation. I really liked him. I never forgot that. My 2017 Kia Sorento gave up the ghost recently, and I had to buy a new vehicle. In sales, being top of mind is tantamount to success, and of course, Josh Curry was at the top of my mind. Service department is poorly managed, told us our car would be ready Thursday EOD when it wasn't they refused to give us a loaner car told me it would be ready Friday. Friday no call to say it's done so we went the whole weekend without the car. Called first thing after the weekend and apparently it was done on Friday but they never called to let us know.

Mike is an amazing sales person. I recently bought a EV9 from here, this is not my first car and this is the best, most honest and genuine dealership I have ever seen. Mike is very professional, kind and polite and more importantly very knowledgeable. He explained all of features of the car very well and would answer my questions promptly even today, weeks after I picked up the car. I live in Connecticut and travelled here just because the presale process which was only via emails was very smooth and there was no pressure to talk things over the phone or in person. I took my family there to see the car and bought it on the same day and we were in the dealership for approx. 4 hours (including the test drive), everything was taken care well and fast processing. I took the car with a temporary registration and received the plates in a couple weeks. The pricing was very very straight forward, no hidden fees, no attempt to sell anything I don't want, I felt absolutely no pressure and their doc fee and processing fees were very reasonable - no other IMO can beat them. The BEST dealership I've been and the BEST sales person I've ever worked with - Mike. Thanks Mike, Kevin and Josh.

This place is horrendous. I had the worst car buying experience of my life here. The sales woman Jeanie admitted they were pressuring me, tried to have me drive a more expensive model "as a mix up" and told me it was the cheaper option which was a verifiable lie. Gave me sketchy Financials that didn't add up and as soon as the paperwork was done, all customer service went out the window. I started questioning some of the numbers and she called the finance guy over Kevin I believe, who led really aggressively and after stating my concerns, he told me I was wasting their time. This place is an absolute joke. Also the wanted to offer me $1000 less for my trade in and wanted to truck for free.

If you have any respect for yourself, never come here.

I went to look at a Kia Sportage on Wed. Nathan was my salesperson. He is the best! On Thur I went back to finalize everything. Nathan knew my favorite color is purple so he wore a purple shirt just for me. He nor anyone else put pressure on me to buy, the financial process was made easy by Kevin. My family and I had visited another dealership that day and spent far too long there and they couldn't get us in anything that met our criteria for our price point. So with tired kids and tired parents we came into kia. Nate imideatly acknowledged me and while he was working with another customer he assured me he would be right with me. Instead of waiting I went to my car and asked my husband if we actually wanted to wait any longer since he and the kids had all had enough, or pick this up another time... well within not so much later later nate came outside to let me know he was ready for us. He very quickly found us a perfect fit car at our price point and even found a perfect color. I couldn't be happier with our expierence there. Nate was incredibly easy to work with and made everything as stress free as he could. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and seemed to go out of there way to help us, from tired kids to getting us to the price we needed without sacrificing on the car. I am also incredibly impressed with their financing. He was also amazing and made that expiernece so easy and helped me get it to a better price for out family. I highly remcomed them! And thank you everyone at kia who made that expiernece great!

My Soul was diagnosed with failed head gasket back in July '23. I was first told that my vehicle was not covered under warranty. Kia corporate got that straightened out. Then I was told be service manager that it'd take a few months to get a replacement engine...I checked in periodically and told new engine was still on backorder.
Early November, service manager said that it wasn't the head gasket after all and needed only a new radiator (not covered under warranty) any should be ready in about a week.
It's now mid January '24 and still no word. Kia customer service is also waiting for a call back from this dealership service department for over a week.
I am beyond disappointed as this is my second Kia vehicle and the first time that I've needed warranty work.
I would think twice and very hard before considering any further business with Fairfield Kia.

Having endured plenty of new-car buying experiences, we walked into Fairfield Kia/Mitsubishi knowing what we wanted (and didn’t want). Within a few minutes after meeting Jeanie (sales person), we knew we were going to get honest answers to informed questions. Shortly after sitting down and reviewing our needs, we proudly proclaimed that we were not buying a car today. It was at that point our education began. She introduced us to a car that we had neither researched nor considered. After an unhurried and unaccompanied test ride, we knew we had some research to do because this car was checking all the boxes. A few hours later, after much reading and introspection, we took an additional test ride but we were joined by Nate, one of the other salespeople. Nate knows every bell and whistle on this vehicle (of which there are many) and was able to explain in objective ways why and how the features were important to the car’s ride, comfort and reliability.

At that point, it was obvious to us that this was going to be our car and all we had to do was arrange the logistics. But, about the dealership:

The only pressure we felt was self-imposed and came from being drawn to the car itself. Nobody in the dealership pushed us into any decision. Between Jeanie, Roger (sales manager), Nate and, Kevin (finance manager) we were offered answers, suggestions, some horse trading and, most importantly, respect. Yes, they rejected some of the offers we made but, in turn, made an effort to counter those with other forms of compensation. We approach car buying with the understanding that they have a right to make a profit and we have a right to try and
get the best deal. Because this was done respectfully and fairly, we have a new car in our driveway.

One of the components of the experience that was important and even critical to us was the staff camaraderie. They seem to really like each other. Yes, we were spending lots of money but they were genuinely enjoyable to be with. At other dealerships, the customer walks in and immediately feels like an inconvenience to the employees. Other dealerships seem to forget how much they liked you before the paperwork was signed. (I could go on..). Here, the term family-owned is taken to heart. Many thanks to this team; this family.

Short version: Helpful staffs. Straight-forward pricing. No hidden fees. Found the exact model I wanted and closed the deal within one hour.

Long version:
I was looking for a Kia Forte GT-Line in Fire Orange. Checked all my local Kia dealers in Nasha and Manchester area. None has the right color in stock, and they wanted at least $1500 over MSRP for existing inventory.

Finally I found the exact match from Fairfield Kia website. The salesperson I talked to (Nathan Ramlochan) was knowledgeable and helpful. There were no need to haggle for the price - just straight up MSRP. There were no high-pressure talk about extended warranty and financing options, etc. All together, we closed the deal in less than one hour.

Furthermore, since I live about 50 miles from Keene, Nathan offered to personally deliver the new car to me at Nashua. Now that's good service!

Overall, I enjoyed the transaction and will definitely recommend Fairfield Kia to others.

To say the service (in the service dept) here is awful would be a gross and negligent understatement. DO NOT get your car serviced here if you’re hoping to receive your vehicle back in the condition you brought it in. Jason at the desk is incredibly rude and made the experience there that much worse. If we ever buy a Kia again we surely will never bring it here again. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned dollars on a servicer who cares about you and your vehicle.

Terrible experience in trying to look at a Telluride. Nathan had the worst sales skills I’ve encountered at a dealership. Was immediately told that I would have to pay over MSRP so the dealership & its people could make a living - but that I could buy a used car for the listed price. What could have been a slam dunk has resulted in my doing business elsewhere. No idea how this dealership keeps or attracts clients if this is the experience they are putting out.

A few weeks ago I went in to see if I could trade in my car and met with Jeanie. I've ALWAYS done business with Fairfields until my last car. She told me that my 2021 car that I purchased at the end of 2020 had TOO MANY MILES on it (26,000) and that with my credit I was looking at a car payment of high $600's! I was very insulted that they said my car had high mileage but then the car payment was going to be THAT MUCH without actually pulling my credit or sending it to the bank?! No-one actually looked at my car like most dealers usually do and then I was just really upset and told her there was a reason I DIDN'T want to come back as I felt like I was returning to an abusive relationship!! I'm not sure what's changed over at Kia besides the management but I will NEVER recommend them to anyone else and I will NEVER go back there ever again!! Once you get out of a abusive relationship..Make sure you STAY OUT!

Yesterday when I called about availability, Fairfield KIA was one of the only local area KIA dealerships that had any Sportages or Sorentos on the lot for us to test drive! Nate, a salesperson, immediately offered to send me vehicle photos; and then even updated his service by making a few custom videos that he texted to me for us to look over. Today, we met with Nate in person and he was very accommodating by going through both models with us, in detail, and in working out a lease deal that met our lease objectives. I would recommend for anyone to contact Nate, at Fairfield, as he goes well beyond to make "that deal" happen.

First off I want to say we love our new car and it meets our needs however the customers service is just lacking and the knowledge of the salesman was lacking too. We went to finance for a new car since our Hondas lease was coming up. We were first told that Honda wouldn’t allow Kia to handle our lease trade and that we had to go to Honda to get resolved. We went and Honda looked confused as to why we were there when they told Kia they would be willing but apparently there’s some other deals that Kia would have to do for Honda in the future. This was irritating as it added time to my already busy schedule. We came back which we had to then wait forever for the fianance lady to get our paperwork together and the worst part is my husband is a veteran and we were promised a 400$ rebate for making this sale. No where did the salesman mention we would have to apply to see if we could get it. A couple of months pass by and we received no information. My husband finally gets in touch with the salesman and he now tells us it was denied which they knew about before he just didn’t care to give us a call to let us know and they would have to reapply for us to get the rebate and if it’s denied again then we get nothing. This to me is unfair and dishonest. I wouldn’t go back to this dealership as I cannot trust what they say. Needless to say we refinanced through our bank to get a better rate and are done. I hope no one else get this kind of dishonest.

Follow Up:

I just wanted to add that the sales manager Josh had seen this review and reached out to my husband and I and apologized for what happened. He did send a check for the 400$ which we received the other day. I want to thank Fairfield Kia for making things right and restoring our view of Fairfield kia.

Went here to help my daughter buy a car. Found a car they tried financing her at 20%. Then when we were ready to leave they came back with oh we can do it for 6.1%. Thought something was very fishy with that move trying to screw us at first. Got a call today to come pick up the car. All the sudden the salesman said oh they're selling it right now as we speak to somebody else. Great way to do business guys. AGAIN IF THE SALESMAN DID HIS JOB HE'D HAVE ASKED US FOR A DEPOSIT! HE MADE NO MENTION. WE FILLED OUT THE CREDIT APP. YOU CALLED ME TO COME PICK UP THE CAR!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I test drove a car on Sunday, and was ready to buy that day but because it was Sunday, we had to wait for the credit union to open to call. The car salesman, Bryan, had called me today letting me know that the car was ready to be picked up and brought home after filling out some paperwork. I was getting ready to leave to go get the car and I got a call stating that they were selling the car "as we speak" even though I had already spent 2+ hours there the day before and was ready to buy this car. DO NOT go here. They will screw you. THE SALESMAN DID NOT LET ME OR MY FATHER KNOW THAT WE COULD PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN TO HOLD THE CAR. If he did, we would've done it in a heartbeat.

We recently leased a Kia Seltos and Pat Stewart was our salesperson. Pat was very knowledgeable about all of the cars and he answered all of our questions. He listened to our needs, wasn't at all pushy, and he has a very friendly nature and demeanor.

Update 9/2023: we had an oil consumption starting 1 year into the lease, it wasn't properly addressed, until about the 9th visit to the dealership one hour away; the engine was replaced in July 2023. The car works fine now.

My daughters transmission went in her car only 33,000 miles, took it in to have it checked first told us nothing was wrong, she drove it and it kept hesitating and loud banging, took it back again they ordered a new one, out it in and the banging was still there, told her to drive it because it has adaptive driving in it, it kept hesitating and banging, she took it back again left it over night finally said they heard the noise, to come back when they could find someone to fix it, a week later it went back in they said they fixed it, and to drive it for A few weeks it still has some hesitating on hills,
She made an appointment to have her car checked and oil change car sat there for 2 days oil still wasn't changed we were told to come back another time, this service dept is terrible, we did call corporate office waiting again, she has warranty on her car doesn't drive it in the winter, unfortunately we have to give this place 1 star it doesn't deserve that
