As far as a sale of a car goes, I'm not so sure I ever had a easier, more pleasant time doing business. I was in and out in 20 minutes, came back with a check the next day, then came back a few days later to pick up the truck. I think I spent a total of and hour in the showroom. Zach made the deal happen and Sarah did the paperwork as quick as a human can do paperwork. Top notch!

Been waiting for a "back ordered" part from my local dealership since July. called walier and they have it in stock.

They took my truck in right away and did the oil change and looked. the truck over and told me everything they found in need of repair without pressuring me do it right then . Great people at the counter as well.

Everything at the dealership went so smoothly and I could not speak more highly of Sarah and Dan who helped me with my purchase. From my first phone call with Sarah all of my questions were answered and she made sure I was able to promptly get in to see the vehicle. The test drive with Dan was the most painless process and I was never rushed at any point just to make a sale. Throughout the entire buying process I was given straight forward information on the price and although was given all of the options for add ons and upgrades , I was not pushed into anything. Overall it was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership and I will definitely be recommending Walier to others!

I found out that I had a defective grill on my truck. Hmm, I thought the only grill I had was behind the house I cooked steaks on. Well it’s been replaced and the check engine light is out.

My husband and I stopped to see a used truck while we were on vacation in the area. From the first time we spoke to Zakk on the phone up until we took delivery of it, we were met with the utmost professional and kind staff. Everyone we interacted with was amazing. Even after delivery, we had a hiccup with the truck, but they have gone out of their way to take care of us. They have made customers for life!! I would recommend them to anyone I know. By far the best dealership we’ve even gone to.

Very happy with the service on my 2016 Trax. My wife saw a 2024 trax she liked and the salesman was very nice.

We just bought a new chevy Colorado at Walier and could not be happier with the whole experience. Tom was the salesman we delt with and he was great , not at all pushy and treated us fair. I will most certainly be back for our next truck. Best car buying experience we ever had. The owner came out and introduced himself and thanked us, a very nice touch and such a gentleman.

Out of several dealerships, including the original, brattleboro auto mall where we got our faulty 2021 silverado, this was thebonly one that fixed the problem. 4 times we took it to a dealership for tcm failure, and 3 times they fixed it only to have it mess up again. Walier's here not only fixed it this fourth time, but FOUND THE PROBLEM. The actual part that was malfunctioning, granted they had to do some digging, was FOUND. You guys saved us having to fight lemon law, having to talk to flipping whoever at the automall, and having to buy a SECOND vehicle because our under-warranty truck was breaking down every other week.

Words cant describe how grateful we are. I will absolutely suggest this dealership to *anyone* looking to buy, because their service department has got their head on their shoulders proper.

As always my experience at Walier Chevrolet has always been excellent. When I dropped off my truck just before 7am, I was wasn’t surprised to see Joe Wailer walking around getting things ready to start the day. I’m always greeted by name and asked how my family is doing. After I’m checked I’m always offered a ride home if needed.

The service department staff is always friendly and helpful and calls when my truck is complete. When I arrive at the dealership, the staff in the payment department go over my bill in full and answer any questions and always thank me for using Waliers.

At Wailers Chevrolet your always treated like your part of the Chevrolet family from the top down and is why I always have driven a Chevrolet.

Chevy bolt was vibrating over 40 mph. They performed a fix recommended by Chevy. It worked. They provided me a loaner too. Didn't even buy the car there.

My experience was great. Dan was good to work with and provided me with timely updates for the most part. No complaints.

I traded my 1st car abovefrom Walier, a 1987 Camaro IROC Z28 in mid 1987. I remember Al Horton who sold me that car, later became a good friend with his family. Lost contact with them.

My truck would not start . I had no appointment and it was the week before Christmas. The Excellent service department fit my truck in and repaired it in only 3 days. They were booked fully for weeks. Thank You Wallier's

I’ve been using Walier to service my truck for over a year now. The prices are reasonable, and the service is excellent. I was in for a routine oil change and tire rotation this time. Found a slow leak at the valve stem on one of the tires. Even with fixing that, I was in and out in less than an hour.

Walier was a life saver. I woke up to a dead battery i called them and they got me in right away. They are so courteous and nice. I will be going back for all my car needs.

Great experience as always with the Service Dept. Got our truck in promptly and took care of everything including transportation to get back to dealership after my own ride fell through. Everyone is friendly and my experience with everyone from Salesman to Service Dept personal is always top notch.

Only a state inspection, but they were very accommodating. I apparently misread my appointment time, I was an hour early. Took me right in anyway and did the job quickly.

They did a great job diagnosing my squealing exhaust, they just couldn’t fix it which is disappointing. I’ll just upgrade my cat back exhaust system and fix it myself!

Recently got a new (to me) car from Walier. Everyone there was helpful and friendly. Much easier transaction than I've had at larger dealerships.

Walier Chevrolet is always very prompt, respectful and knowledgeable of their services. They do not try to have me complete services I do not need or make me spend extra money that isn't necessary. I love Walier's and would recommend them to anyone! :)
