Very poor service, said he would be out to our home multiple times for mowing and clean up but never showed up. Doesn't stand behind his word to get it done. It seems as though they have scheduling issues which is too bad because when they did show up they did a good job.

I would highly recommend Cotes Property Management for all your landscaping needs. I’ve had them do weekly lawn maintenance and this week they removed all the overgrown shrubs on the front of the house and also removed 4 fairly large pine trees. All of the workers are friendly and hard working. They did a wonderful job with the shrub/tree removal and left the yard in perfect condition. Do not hesitate to use them for any of your landscaping projects.

The worst and most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with the owner made promises and did not follow through. We were basically fired by them for asking the staff to remove a small pile of brush that the owner told us he would remove. A month later it was still there and the team was asked to remove it and stated they wouldn't, they were told not not make promises if they never had the intention to follow through but I am the bad guy. Save yourself some grief skip over this business!
