I got a blowout on one of my tires from hitting a pothole on the Mass Pike and brought my car back to Belknap Tire where I bought 4 new tires only 8,000 miles before. I was nervous because it’s an all wheel drive sports car and sometimes you have to replace all the tires. Casey set me up and I only needed to change the one tire. I was so happy. Casey is the best.

Just left BELKNAP TIRE and had to immediately state how we were treated. Went in yesterday and spoke with Tom and he was so honest and indicated we only need one replacement tire for my sister-in-law hit a curb and did in the tire. Tom said he could order the tire and get it the next day. Following morning received a call from Tom and said to come in.
His entire staff is wonderful, so professional. Waited in the immaculate lobby and was treated so nicely. Tom had us in and out so quickly. Next time you need auto related services call BELKNAP TIRE. They are the best!!!

I needed new tires for my boat trailer. Belknap Tire & Auto Repair was able to get me right in at the commercial bay where they do all the trailers, RVs and commercial vehicles. I was able to pick from a selection of tires in a range of prices and my choice was very quickly installed.

If you need tires BTAR is a good choice!

Stopped to get air in all 4 tires that were low because it was so cold. A young guy came out and I requested 35 psi and he filled exactly in all 4.

Took my truck in to the business to have them look at a wobbling/bouncing issue i was having with my mud tires. asked them to go through everything and find issue. Requested a tire balancing. It took 3 weeks for an appointment. Dropped truck off for balancing and any repair work. Got a call in afternoon and was told truck is all set, its night and day now, rides smooth. Well it did not. the problem was worse. i called next day and informed them. The gentleman on the phone told me they would look at it again but it would be another 3 weeks for an appointment...they were "busy" with snow tire appointments. I scoffed at that saying already waited 3 weeks, had service, paid and then my truck was worse. He said that was my only option, sorry. So i booked it for 3 weeks later.

Took the truck back in 3 weeks later and dropped it off to have tires looked at and rebalanced. got a call mid day and was told there was nothing wrong with balancing...the owner took it for a ride. Thats how mud tires are they told me. i informed him ive owned mud tired for 10 years and there is something definitely wrong, it was made worse, i know the difference. He then said well there is mud on the rims, and my reply was "so". He said they would have to wash them to rebalance, and would have to charge me again. i told them they made me wait 3 weeks for an appointment.. of course the tires are going to get muddy.! So i asked if they intended on making it right and they said nothing they could do unless i paid for another balancing. I told them not to bother, don't touch the truck i will come in and pick it up. They didn't seem to care. Said nothing upon me picking it up. I won't be back. Poor customer relations.

Efficient, professional service. Saved our car since we had a flat on our way to a lake house in New Hampshire. Provided fast service as promised.

Don't have tires gone out of the way for me on two occasions I appreciate them being there and for being reasonably priced

Awesome fast service ..had a tire on mower go done pull up and they were right out side and took me right in good bunch of guys ..come here for tires and service.

Took the car in for tires today, there was a small mishap with the schedule technology not always flawless. I was asked if i could leave it however i couldn't. Tom Taylor general manager asked his team to hold his calls and installed my tires himself. Professionalism and top notch service @ Belknap Tire, made my next appointment before i left.

Came out and pulled a screw that luckily didn't puncture the tire. Came out pulled it and checked for leaks. Didn't have to wait at all. Great service

Friendly and accommodating. I had a flat and a gentleman stopped what he was doing to help. They always try to fit everyone in quickly and they guarantee and take pride in their work!

My experience with Belknap has been excellent!... Each time they have been able to improve on Balance work done elsewhere... great service and very reasonably priced.

I purchased 4 tires, $150 each. Within a week one of my tires went flat. I had no nails in it and was baffled to how it went flat. The manager said to me there wasn't anything he could do about it even though it was a manufacturer issue. So I lost $150 and now I'm stuck (with fear) with 3 other tires that can go flat at any time. They refuse to help. They were only nice when it was time to get my $600. Don't trust these individuals.

I have always had good service but 50 bucks per tire for mounting is kinda ridiculous. They would be 5 stars if the pricing was better.
