For anyone living outside of New Hampshire please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a vehicle. This dealership uses a company called “Beacon” to do their out-of-state paperwork and they are beyond horrible. It’s been a month and I still have no received my registration for my vehicle. The dealership is of no help and will provide no solution this issue. On top of that they sold me a vehicle with a known issue with the rear parking sensors.
Once again, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
In for an inspection and oil change. 2022 GMC Terrain that’s been in for weeks already. Issues found and I left the vehicle having been told they would call the next day. No call that day. Went into the service dept the following day ( day 3). $950 later and car isn’t done. Told they’d call later that day. No phone call. Called on day 4. It’s ready. I was told by the service manager that it would be washed and ‘detailed’ when it was done. Not touched and dirty on pick up. Even the inspection sticker looks like lazy work with old glue smeared and stuck all around the new sticker.
I’ll be taking my vehicle elsewhere from now on. A shame as I had gotten good service in the past.
Courtney is the reason people switch to GMC! Taylor and I had many reservations about the switch from Ford. The ease of conversation, knowledge of the vehicle we were looking at, as well as approachability made all the difference. We will continue to buy GMC from Courtney, let's not forget Jason, and Fairfield's. With the Keychains Courtney gives out, We say thank you!!
