For anyone living outside of New Hampshire please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a vehicle. This dealership uses a company called “Beacon” to do their out-of-state paperwork and they are beyond horrible. It’s been a month and I still have no received my registration for my vehicle. The dealership is of no help and will provide no solution this issue. On top of that they sold me a vehicle with a known issue with the rear parking sensors.

Once again, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

In for an inspection and oil change. 2022 GMC Terrain that’s been in for weeks already. Issues found and I left the vehicle having been told they would call the next day. No call that day. Went into the service dept the following day ( day 3). $950 later and car isn’t done. Told they’d call later that day. No phone call. Called on day 4. It’s ready. I was told by the service manager that it would be washed and ‘detailed’ when it was done. Not touched and dirty on pick up. Even the inspection sticker looks like lazy work with old glue smeared and stuck all around the new sticker.

I’ll be taking my vehicle elsewhere from now on. A shame as I had gotten good service in the past.

Courtney is the reason people switch to GMC! Taylor and I had many reservations about the switch from Ford. The ease of conversation, knowledge of the vehicle we were looking at, as well as approachability made all the difference. We will continue to buy GMC from Courtney, let's not forget Jason, and Fairfield's. With the Keychains Courtney gives out, We say thank you!!

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Since when did the tire rotation become a stand alone charge of $50? Also I was hearing a noise in the front end, my vehicle would have been on a lift already to take a look at it, so I thought. BUT I was charged to put up on a lift to look at the front end to the tune of $155. This is the last oil change and tire rotation completed at your business.

Offered 25% lower than Carvana offer for a trade in and acted like they'd be doing me a favor for it. Trying to take people for a ride is one thing, the arrogance while trying it is next level. Didn't follow through on sending me a quote like I asked and ghosted me because guy knew he got caught trying to steamroll me.

This is the 2nd time in a row I've come for just an oil change and tire rotation. 2 hrs the 1st time and now over an hour and a half this time (still not done). When you schedule (key word) an appt, you should have techs dedicated to that appointment instead of having people standing around doing nothing while other customers move ahead of you and out before you. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I was able to find the exact GMC Terrain that I wanted on the Fairfield website. At first I hesitated to deal with them, since their dealership is over 2 hours away. There were only a few back and forth communications through email until I was presented with a very fair offer. The next part was an unexpected surprised, that Fairfield would deliver the car to me. This actually may be the easiest and least stressful vehicle buying experience that I have ever had in the 30 years since I bought my first. Jennifer was pleasant to work with and the final communications through text were simple. I would definitely recommend Fairfield GMC.

Walking in we were greeted right away by a nice gentleman, he introduced us to Chris Walker. He was very nice. He asked us what we were looking for, and brought us out to test drive the 2024 Buick Encore. We got the car we wanted and the service was exemplary! Ernie was also very good to us with the financing. He tried to get us every deal we could get! The process of getting this vehicle at Fairfield's in Keene was the best and most comfortable experience we've ever had at any dealership. We will definitely be back in the future!

Stellar service. Had an issue with my Sierra Denali. Coolant leak. Was diagnosed pretty quickly but unfortunately the part had to be order and it was going to be 7 -10 days. We then found out it back ordered. We needed the truck by end of week to pull our 5th Wheel. On Monday they placed an urgent order somehow the part came in Wed and we had it by Friday! All went through our extended warranty. Dealt with Allison customer service. She was great to deal with. The only issue we had is they usually have courtesy rental but did not have any available, made it a bit hard as we were then down a vehicle for 2weeks.

I live in Rhode Island and have always had my GMCs serviced at Fairfields….that should tell you something!!! Everyone I have ever dealt with there has been so helpful and professional and kind. They always go out of their way to do whatever they can for their customers, and I greatly appreciate that. Both Sara and Lou specifically have really gone above and beyond to take care of me while dealing with the latest issues with my vehicle. I highly recommend the crew at Fairfields!

Normally I would give the service dept. 5 stars but that's only because of Sarah. With her out this is what happens.... I go in for a problem with a sensor light needing action and my inspection. Only it turns out that the problem is that I need 4 new tires and an alignment. OK, I know I say my tires are not even 2 years old, how much are new tires?? About 200.00 a tire. Ok well I need tock my paperwork, well I was told you didn't get them here. Ok so I really need to ck because I know they are not old. I get "you're taking the car?" I said again yes I need to look for my paperwork. " Well I will have to report you to DMV because you're driving an unsafe vehicle " I sadi Ok I get it. Realized I got my tires at Town Fair Tire and we called. Talked to my Fave Kevin, explained he looked it all up talked to hubby about new tires and made appt. They of course did alignment and put on tires. Rebook appt at Fairfields for the re inspection. I get called over and first words out of girls (sorry don't know name) mouth...you took you car somewhere else to have work done but they didn't do alignment, it failed. So I said you're telling me that TFT didn't do the work I paid for? She said yes. Well I will call Kevin now and my paperwork I thought was still in car. I couldn't r we achieve them so I went back inside I want my keys and your failed inspection paperwork. I will fo there now. But I was so mad and they new it. Needless to say TFT relooked at the alignment all green, didn't charge me of course and gave me the paperwork that showed all in green. So going back to Fairfields I am just so angry that they are trying to intimidate me again. Why? I went in asked for Even ( the manager I'm told) and he acknowledged. Now I see he is the man that tried to intimidate me into getting the tires. So I am angry and I said van you show me qhen I have just had my alignment rechecked where it fails here. He told me to calm down. I said I have been here several times for the samething and you're telling me to calm down. I'm frustrated!! He said if I didnt calm down I could get the hell out. I just looked at him and said give me my paperwork and left. I had no faith that they would acknowledge what they had done let alone find something else that would make my car fail. Even though I paid for the inspection and by right they are supposed to honor that for a month, I have lost all trust in them and will not bring my business back to them nor will I stay quiet on what they tried to pull.

My daughter bout a 2020 Kia forte new, now only has 33,000 mile on it transmission is gone, took it up once they said they fixed it but it was making a loud banging noise and when you first take off it hesitates, took it up 4/5 and I called they said we will have someone return you call no one did, I went up to get my car the woman at the service desk said they tried it out and don't know what's wrong with it, they have to make some calls, the car was never moved from the spot I parked it in, and still not fixed, they said it's safe to drive with the transmission hesitates and the banging that put it almost to a stop, it's dangerous for me and my kids.. I have now called corporate office and bbb,

I have bought many vehicles in my lifetime and have to say buying my new 2024 GMC Canyon AT4 from Fairfields was easily the best car buying experience I've ever had. My salesman, Jay Smith, was fantastic. He was always available to answer my questions, was not pushy at all, and made my wife and I very comfortable throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend buying from Fairfields and asking for Jay as soon as you walk in the door.

I bought a Terrain several years ago from Jay, and ever since then he contacts me every so often to check in and to wish me a happy birthday. I knew when I found out I was expecting a child and needing to upgrade to a third row vehicle that we would be buying a GMC from Jay! We have been in contact over the last several months discussing what we wanted, test driving vehicles, and finally we found the one and Jay was able to make it happen. While I am bummed out I had to trade in my dream car, my Jeep Wrangler, I am in love with our new Yukon AT4 and couldn’t be more happy. Thank you to everyone at Fairfield’s, especially Jay!!!

Initially I had given 5/5 when I started going to the service center three years ago. Recently very disappointed after several incidents, to the point I am just done going there. If you like paying for parts then being told you didn’t and had to go find your receipt to prove it, or oil on your visor after an oil change, or incorrect oil filter that leaked all over your garage floor, or damaged parts they won’t take accountability for, or paying double for labor then this is the place for you!

The service department is EXCELLENT and they really listen to your concerns. While I am still having problems with my vehicle, the service department is going above and beyond in order to correct the issue. This is a rarity in the world today as most service providers to not go out of their way to assist clients with difficult issues.

I only was at the dealership for a state inspection, which I was charged full price for. I had been only charged half price in the past. why would I drive 25 miles for a state inspection when I can get one 2 miles from home for the same price. If you want me to keep coming back it's up to you. After buying 4 vehicles from you the inspections should be free for life of ownership that's the way a real dealership should treat repeat customers and keep them coming back. Think about it!
