I recently used Window Authority to replace my very old windows. I am very careful with money & looked at many options & met with several qualified companies. I chose Window Authority as the best, economical option. I am very happy & noticed the difference during this windy, cold winter. The crew was amazing & cleaned up & took away all of the old stuff. I highly recommend Window Authority!

The quote was extremely competitive, i.e. a no brainer. Workmen arrived at the specified time with 9 double hung new windows. The old dual pane windows of >25 years, had air leaks and broken hardware. Exterior wood was clad in aluminium as quoted. Installation took the predicted two days. Some damaged interior wooden trim pieces were replaced. As agreed, I would paint the interior trim. All old window/debris was hauled away by the joiners. Nothing went wrong! Very happy.

Window Authority installed 9 large, custom windows. It was the best experience I ever had with a contractor. From estimate to final measure to production to installation everything was on time. My wife & I worked with Anthony, Bobby & Chris recently for some new windows at our home. We had an excellent experience with them from beginning to end. They were knowledgeable, had competitive pricing and their installation team was extremely professional. Made quick work of the installation and left the house as clean as before they came. Couldn't be happier with how it went. Will absolutely be using them for our next window projects!

I would not recommend Window Authority or use this company's services again. This company and their employees were incredibly unprofessional.
I ordered 6 new basement windows in August. The windows were delayed a month, and I did not receive any communication about the delay until I called to ask for an update.
While they were installing the windows, the installation team was blasting loud political radio, which was clearly audible upstairs.
The subcontractor who finished the interior trim spent several minutes over the phone screaming obscenities at the previous installer for not doing the job correctly, and then he started complaining about me. He was also vaping in the basement.
The interior and exterior caulk was smeared all over, globbed on carelessly, and already cracking in multiple places a week later. There was also some old tape securing one of the old windows, and instead of just pulling it off, the installers decided to just leave it and embed it in the caulk/trim.
For the exterior trim, instead of covering the window frame like we'd discussed, the installer glued trim on the foundation, around the window cutouts. He mostly fixed the issue by removing the weird trim but was unable to remove most of the excess glue. He also did not complete the caulking on all the windows.

Tim gave my husband and I a very fair quote to replace the storm door and the kitchen/side door of our house. I appreciate Tim working with us to get the custom kitchen door we want and to have the exact same Andersen storm door to match the one that is in the front of the house. Bobby and Anthony installed our doors. Anthony has quite a sense of humor! The pictures attached are the before and after pictures: left is the original ancient door and right is the new one with the decorative glass.

Window Authority has been a wonderful contractor to work with. From start to finish. Pricing was fantastic. The job started in time and finished very quickly.
Tim came out and inspected & quoted on our window & slider replacement job.
He was professional & courteous.
No pressure. Which was nice!
Bobby & Anthony were the gentlemen who installed our windows & new slider. They were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.
Griffin, coordinated this job on behalf of Window Authority and was an excellent communicator throughout our project.
