Chris came out today to inspect our crawlspace after we had a water leak. He came less than an hour after I called, fixed the issue, and gave me some valued advice for future mitigation. I would (and will!) absolutely use Emergency Restoration Services again in the future! Thanks so much for the great service!

Our family had a flood in our downstairs bathroom on Saturday morning. We had previously worked with ERS and we new to call them right away. We talked to Donna and she had a crew there within the hour. Before they showed up, Jay one of there supervisors, and who worked with us in the past was there before the plumber to help us out. It was so nice just to see the familiar face, that alone helped lift some of the stress we were feeling. Not much longer after Jay showed up Damion and Ethan showed up and got to work right away by ripping up the LVP that was affected by the water. They were done very quickly and had dehumidifiers setup. Just wanted to say thanks again to the ERS family.

Damion and Ethan knew exactly what they were doing. They showed up at my house and told me exactly what they were doing. I would say they were here less than an hour. Quick response to clean up my sewage leak. Great service very nice guys!

Emergency Restoration Services went above and beyond during one of the hardest chapters of our lives.

After our home was severely damaged, we spent months , displaced and uncertain of our next steps. From my first call with Jason Webster, I felt supported and respected. He was patient, professional, and took time to educate me through every step.

When we were finally able to begin, Jay picked up right where Jason left off — knowledgeable and reassuring. The on-site team, led by Jose, were absolute gems. They treated our home with care and treated me like a human being who had been through the wringer.

Every ERS team member we encountered was kind, respectful, and professional. I never felt unsafe or dismissed, which sadly hasn’t always been the case with other contractors.

Thanks to ERS, I now know our home is safe and clean. We still have a long road ahead rebuilding, but I can finally sleep at night knowing we got this critical step right. If you’re facing mold, fire, or other remediation, especially under difficult circumstances — this is the team you want.

5/29 The demo crew completed their part in my restoration. Ray, Damion, Ethan, Summer, Josh and Steven were so professional and customer service focused they made an arduous process a bit less arduous. As a customer I appreciated their pleasant and personal approach. Thank you.

Very few positive things can be said about this company. They did respond quickly. But we went down hill from there. There was miscommunication from the get go. They provided a huge estimate that included removing most of the flooring despite the fact that the water damage was primarily in the kitchen and the ceiling. We told them to eliminate the flooring from the work which cut the estimate close to half, but that was never properly communicated to the crew who tried to do work on the flooring. When I told them not to do the floors, the technician said he didn’t think he could proceed. We finally got that clarified and they proceeded with the basic remediation. But they used plain masking tape on the wood floors was very hard to remove once we got back in there. Why they wouldn’t use blue painters tape which would have come up easier, I don’t know. There were other errors in their work that my regular contractor had to remedy but I can’t detail them all here. Even in the end, I told them to stop the rest of the work to have my contractor do the repairs, so I did think they would reduce the remaining balance. But the latest occurrence, I never rec’d a final invoice upon the completion. Instead, I rec’d a threatening email telling me our account is over 90 days and will be turned over to collection. They made no attempt (no invoice, no calls,) until now. Overall, they don’t communicate well and are poorly managed. I would not recommend them.

Used ERS for a bathroom leak that lead to mitigation and tear up of a portion of our living room and bathroom. They were fantastic. Great communication throughout the process, responsive, courteous when working in our home, and kept our house clean and contained during demo. Special shoutout to Jay and Summer who did a great job. Looking forward to using Jacob and their reconstruction team for the next part of the project.

Wow wow wow! If you’re looking for a company for restoration - stop searching. ERS is hands down the BEST!! My house was struck by lightning in July 2025. ERS has held my hand every step of the way through a very long arduous and painful process of navigating mitigation, demo, and reconstruction. Their team has gone to bat on my behalf with home owners insurance at every single turn - and I am 100% convinced that without ERS, I would have been out tens of thousands of dollars in repair costs. Remi first laid eyes on my home after the lightning strike and knew immediately what steps needed to be taken in order to get the ball rolling in stabilizing my home. Jay, Jacob, and Shawn were incredible project managers on site throughout the process.
Jacob personally sent over 100 emails to my home owners insurance company himself. Hundreds of photographs, hundreds of pages of documentation, including daily reports were sent by him to my insurance company. Above and beyond doesn’t even begin to touch the level of work he did for my family. Jacob is an actual super hero.
The ladies in the office - Nikki, Serene, and Gina were incredible at handling the financial aspects of my claim as well as coordinating pack-out and safe storage of the contents of my home for the last 9 months. They talked with insurance directly, and helped take some of that burden off of me as the insured.
As my claim has come to a close and construction wraps, the restoration of my home to its pre-lightning-strike-state is top notch.

ERS was at my home within 90 minutes of my call. Paul professionally managed my water mitigation and mold remediation after my hot water heater burst in my attic. He was thorough in explaining the process and the work done by Jose and Cory was superb. They were able to complete their work quickly, maintaining a clean home environment. They put down lots of plastic barriers to prevent dust and particles from spraying all over the house. This situation was very stressful, but the work by ERS helped ease my anxiety!
Highly recommend!

Dan and Josh were very nice and super organized. They were running a bit behind, but stayed in communication with me about arrival time. His team was fast and efficient. My items were returned safely and labeled, the team even organized them the way I requested.

Jacob was knowledgeable, kind, and honest. He came out for a free consultation to look at our issue after we had a pipe burst last night. Jacob prevented us from having to spend an arm and leg by letting us know the issue would clear up on its own since we already had the pipe repaired. A professional and honest company. Emergency restoration services responded quickly to my sons house after a burst water line in crawl space..set up large dehumidifiers to dry out considerable water damage, and today Damion and Ethan came and removed damaged insulation,replaced vapor barrier and sprayed affected areas with an anti microbial treatment for mold and other things which was great because i have asthma and appreciate how they stopped the serious problems from getting worse. Highly reccomend.

Thank you so much to Dan, Pearl, Erika, David, and Josh for their meticulous work packing up the entire contents of our garage, living room, dining room, and kitchen in preparation for reconstruction work at our home! They were incredibly friendly and organized, handling each item with care. We are moving across the country in a few months, and I wish we could hire them to help us with that move, too. They are a fantastic team, and I am so grateful they were part of this process. They were also wonderful to work with on the backend of the project when they returned all of our belongings!

On the reconstruction side, Ki is my absolute hero for everything she did to restore our bathroom sink. It took most of the day and multiple trips to the hardware store, but she was ultimately able to fix the sink so that we did not have to replace it. Through it all, Ki remained cheerful and did everything she could to ensure the noise did not disrupt my 8-month-old daughter's routines. I am so appreciative of her hard work - she truly went above and beyond!

While we are pleased with the finished work in our home, we are disappointed with the four months it took to get it done. Overall, it was just very frustrating. Early on in the process when the drying equipment was in our house, we were forgotten about, and the equipment was left in our house for an extra week. We wouldn’t hear from ERS for weeks at a time and we had no idea what was going on or what the holdup was with getting the work done. We had to initiate contact with the office to try and understand what was happening with our case. We didn’t receive the contract, and that was the reasoning we were given as to why the work wasn’t starting: Because we hadn’t signed the contract. The ERS office told us they sent our contract to us in late October. I hadn’t seen any emails from them. So there was quite a bit of confusion between the office and us regarding dates and emails. We eventually received and signed the contract late November, nearly 2 months after we called ERS for help, and the water damaged parts were fixed the first week of February. It seems like a long time to us, but we’ve never had work like this done, so maybe we are overreacting a little bit. I’m not sure.

Bright spots: Dan, Pearl, Erica, Joe, Jacob , and a bunch of others whose names I can’t remember were good and did a really great job in our home fixing this issue!

Our house had water leaking, Paul and his team performed the demolition job, have to say they were so professional and did a superb job, so much appreciations, their efforts put us at ease, recommend to all who are in need.

Charles and team did great work during the demo/mitigation phase. Walked us throughout the whole process and was very thorough and polite. The first part of this process has been very smooth.
