I initially found Titan Roofing through my “moms of Morgantown” Facebook group. Someone needed a new roof, and dozens of women were recommending titan and praising the quality of the work and customer service. They could not have been more correct! We had the most fantastic experience with titan! We absolutely love our new metal roof. We have had A LOT of different work done in the last year on our home, and this was definitely the fastest, easiest, and most stress-free experience with any company we have had so far. I genuinely could not recommend titan more!

Great experience from quote through installation. Professional team, transparent communication, exceptional customer service! My work was for a normal aged roof replacement, not storm related, and the scheduler arranged the material, crew, and homeowner timing within 2-weeks from the quote! I can’t express enough how impressed I was with the crew. Prompt, courteous, and respectful. Full job in and out for a full replacement under 5 hours. That included the cleanup. I highly recommend Titan Roofing, especially for their professional quality work.

I would highly recommend Titan Roofing. They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable from the beginning to the end of the project. They kept me updated as to when I could expect my shingles be delivered and replaced the roof in one day. They did an excellent job of cleaning up and hauling away all used materials.

I highly recommend Titan Roofing! They are very professional in everything that they do. We got new soffit and fascia clear around our house, new gutters, and a new shingled roof! They also replaced any damages that were discovered under the old shingles. They were done within the week and that included a day of dodging rain showers. They cleaned up and used a magnet to collect anything that may have been left behind. All employees were very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. I would definitely give them 5⭐️

This is a real down home, local business. The people are friendly and everything was done quickly and well. Would 100% considering using them again in the future.

After leaving a message on the website I was contacted the very next day and within a couple days the estimator was at the house measuring. A day later I had three quotes to choose from. After considering the quotes a couple days I was contacted to see if I had any questions. I did have a couple. They were immediately answered. After signing the contract it was just a couple days until I was contacted to set a work date. The workers showed up very early on the set date and worked for over 13 hours. They returned the next day early and completed the work. There was plenty of communication about the work and progress. The workers were very diligent. The new roof and sky lights look great. We could not be more pleased.

Unfortunately we noticed a leak in our garage roof recently. Fortunately I had the pleasure of working with the team of titan roofing for a prompt quote and resolution . Within a week this was fixed for a very reasonable price . Chris from the titan team came out to inspect roof and offered an honest opinion/inspection + was able to refer to me to a local reliable contractor they work with for prompt completion of repair work the very next day . If you are looking at reviews and unsure whether to trust their team with you next project go ahead and make the call. I can promise you will not be disappointed with their honest work and reasonable prices . I know I will have them out again for any future work I need assistance with at our home .

I would like to start off by saying that all damage has been repaired, and we are satisfied with our roof, the repairs, and Titan’s response to the various mishaps encountered throughout the day our roof was done.

Setting up an appointment for a quote was easy, and the actual appointment with Mike was quick, informative, and low pressure. It was clear that Mike knows the ins and outs of roofing. Adding a quote for gutters was also quick and easy.

On the day of the roof job, the crew showed up bright and early and got to work quickly. Things were kept tidy throughout the day, and the foreman supervising the work was informative with what was going on.

At one point, a roofer slipped and his foot went through our ceiling. Thankfully he was alright, and the foreman immediately made it clear that Titan would make it right. Later, one of the roofers broke a pane of glass in our storm door while coiling up an air hose. Again, the higher ups made it clear it would be fixed.

After the roof was completed, we noticed that the various roof vents weren’t reconnected. Titan sent a crew out that afternoon to patch the hole and reconnect things in the attic. While doing that, someone slipped and fell through a different part of our ceiling. Thankfully he was alright, and they patched that hole, too.

In the following weeks, a pro drywall and paint crew came on behalf of Titan and repaired the ceiling damage such that it looks like it never happened, and a replacement pane of glass for our storm door was ordered and installed.

Our roof looks fantastic, and so does the rest of the house. With all of the issues, Titan accepted blame immediately and without argument, and the owner and other workers we were dealing with made it clear that fixing our house was a priority; both with their words and actions.

Re-tiled my shower and bathroom floor, removed old soaker tub, and installed a walk-in tub. All so beautifully and professionally well done that I tipped the Titan’s crew. Welcome back anytime!

The roofing crew and the siding crew both are absolutely incredible, so respectful, very fast workers, just such an amazing group of men!! We truly give them 100 stars to be honest!! The best iv ever seen in my life. Highly recommend.

I have been carefully reviewing roofing companies to help me with a project that needs completion and roofing. So I chose Titan because they appeared pretty much head and shoulders above the rest.

I called and got an appointment the very next day. The gentleman, a fellow named Chris, was very congenial and provided information about what he thought he could and could not do. He did not know anything about installing skylights. He offered a standard low slope solution to my roofing needs.

He said he would give me an estimate by the end of the day, and I assumed that probably meant the next day. This was April 23rd, 2024.

Today is now April 27th, 2024. I have received no estimate, no phone call, no email, no text message. I am surprised.

In fact, I had been pursuing others to see what might happen. A competitor came over and offered a proper metal roof solution, lapped solution, and he even divined a solution that my wife and I envisioned. He included a quote for the skylights that I mentioned. So they got the contract.

The last time I worked with a roofing company was in California, at that company pretty much did everything as well. I've been doing heavy construction my entire life, so I'm entitled to have a say in things and to do things and to have people help me when I'm ready.

All Chris had to say was: "I would rather not bid on this job."

We have but one opportunity to make a first impression. These are good words and these are the words I have lived-by my entire life.

It grieves me to have to give such negative impressions of companies, but I have to discuss the facts as I see them and offer my opinions as I form them.

Now I have a reliable roofing company...elsewhere.

Would recommend, their guys were quick and it looks great. Knocked it out and had everything cleaned up in six hours.

From our initial meeting to the completion of our roof replacement every person we dealt with at Titan was great. Titan kept us informed of all aspects of the project and the crew that removed the old roof and installed the new was exceptional. The quality of work was phenomenal. Honestly believe they left our yard cleaner than before they started. Thank you Titan!

Good service, but you have to stay on top of them. I emailed my sales rep several times and had a notification where my email was opened & read, but I never received a response. (This happened 3 times.) I also had to stay on top of Matt, the project manager. My roof was completed in 2 days, but then I had to repeatedly follow up with Matt in order to get my gutters reattached. After 5 texts to Matt and 2 calls to the main office, they were finally reattached....3 WEEKS LATER. Happy with the roof job they did, but I don't feel I should have to chase people to complete a service I'm paying good money for.

I don’t know where to start with this review so I’ll just say that James from Titan went ABOVE & BEYOND to accommodate my mom when she desperately needed her roof done.
The insurance company had canceled her because of missing shingles so it was a battle against time for sure. At first it didn’t look like she would be able to choose them but after James made a visit to my moms they sat down and came up with a game plan and sealed the deal. Forever grateful! God definitely had His hand in this for it to work out so perfectly for her.

I used this company to replace my roof on my house they showed up around 8-9 in the morning and had the whole roof done that night by 6:00 in the evening the replaced plywood of six sheets also on top of replacing the roof they where very professional and kept me informed by sending me pictures throughout the day of the progress they where making. Chris was wonderful to work with from meeting the first day for the free estimate to the very end when the roof was finished I will suggest this company to anyone.

We had some shingles slipping on our steep roof and was hoping to have it repaired before another wind storm came through. It was 21 hours from the time I called until the time my roof was repaired. Fernando was timely, professional, and went above and beyond what work I thought needed done. We were very impressed and very appreciative of their quick turn around. When the time comes for a new roof, we will definitely be contacting them!

Removed a flat area on top part of roof and Built a structure to make the proper slope. The group of workers showed an extremely good work ethic beginning early and and working late and steadily to get the job completed in an amazing period of time. They were kind and polite . Titan Roofing did a superb job installing four large remote-controlled solar skylights and beautiful high definition Timberline HDZ shingles (with StainGuard Algae Protection) on my home.

Initially, their representative (Michael) stopped by to measure and estimate the cost. Michael was very professional and quick and gave what I believe was a reasonable estimate. I soon decided to move forward with scheduling and Michael stopped by again within a few days to take precise measurements of the skylights.

Once started, this job was initially estimated to take 1.5 days. Titan's team started about 7:30 a.m. and they were finished by about 7:30 p.m. the same day, in spite of the fact that some of the sheeting needed replaced. Titan replaced the sheeting, and finished the job ahead of schedule.

Everyone I spoke with on the crew was very polite and professional. Specifically, they started early. They were careful to place tarps where needed, such as over the driveway and over shrubbery so that virtually no debris was left behind. They did a good job cleaning up, and it was done.

Then another team member checked all of the remote controls for the skylights and everything functioned as it should.

This is the kind of efficiency and quality that I would want for any roofing job, and what I would consider to be the gold standard.

Had roof damage March 7 and Eddie West came within a day or so to give an estimate. He sent an estimate which the 4 owners agreed to. I spoke with Eddie again, and he said that because the townhouse HOA was not involved in working with the homeowners that we would need a different contract. For 3 months he assured us he would do the work in "2-3 weeks" and that he would get us contracts "by the end of the day or the next day". He gave a start date for the work as 6/26. 3 of the homeowners tried to reach Mr. West by phone the next week and he did not return messages or pick up the phone. At that point we contacted another roofer and the work was completed in a week and a half.

Great to have GAF, etc., but honesty is more important, and leaving someone with a damaged roof waiting 4 months for work they don't plan to do is unprofessional and irresponsible.

Look at BBB complaints. Our same experience. Failing to take calls, thank God we didn't have work done by Titan. No more responsive when you've had work done by them, according to BBB.

I called the company due to the home set through this past winter with a partial roof with sheeting. I called Titan for help. They sent Chris to the job site. He was able to get a quote to us. They tried to get the time scheduled to complete the roof install. The weather was not our friend these past few months. The crew arrived on a Sunday to install the roof. They did a great job. They was very respectful and professional.

I just had a new roof installed on my house and these guys did an amazing job!! It was a 2 story early 1900s house on hillside, so I a little was nervous. They made it go so seamlessly. I was well informed every step of the way and given many choices on what I would prefer. They even sent me picture's from the roof top once completed to make it easy to submit to insurance. So, hopefully I'll get better insurance rates with the new roof along with cheaper heating and cooling bills. I would 100% recommend Eddie and his crew they are top notch! Eddie went out of his way to make everything go smoothly!

Crew that performed the work went above and beyond what was required and were able to repair an issue that I had from a previous contractor. James the owner came to check on the job . Was refreshing to have such a great experience with these guys after dealing with several bad contractors in the past I’m happy to recommend these guys ,as a matter of fact i am going to have them come back to do siding, soffit and fascia.

Titan Roofing came to replace our roof today. The men started working at 8am. The job was complete total tear off, ice and water shield installation and then the new roof. They completed the job by 2pm. They even had to install several new sheets of plywood, remove both of our skylights and reinstall them. This time also included cleanup of the area.
