Out of all the roofing companies we had come and look at our house after the hail damage. Elite Roofing is the only one company that took the time to explain to us what they were looking for and what deemed a roof totaled and we really appreciated that. Matt Greenwood has went out of his way to make sure we are taken care of and happy with the job. Thank you for a job well done Elite Roofing and thank you Matt for walking us through the process!

Working with Spencer Collins at KDBS Group/Elite Roofing was a great experience from start to finish. Spencer was quick to get me scheduled for evaluation and tarping my roof to keep from getting further damage.

Communication throughout the process was spot on and the install team showed up a day early and stayed late into the day to finish up the house and get it back into the dry.

Working with Cody Shackleford and Elite Roofing has been a great experience from start to finish. Clear communication of the process, timely installation, thorough clean up of our property post roof installation, are just a few of the reasons why. I would highly recommend Elite Roofing.

I call them to inspect hail damage on my roof. The roof was bad enough to need to file a claim with my insurance. I coordinate with the adjuster and Elite to be there at the same time for the inspection and also requested an estimate for a full replacement. Elite is charging $200 for the estimate. I agree. Based on my research they seemed to be the best around. I’m getting multiple quotes conducted as well to cover my bases. On the day of the inspection, Elite pulls into my driveway sees the adjuster and one of the other contractors quoting the roof and says they are no longer willing to do the estimate or continue with the planned inspection with the adjuster and just leave. No real explanation given. I follow up the next day to see if they are going to quote the roof and they refuse. I’ll be going with another contractor for my roof replacement. Unprofessional behavior that put me in an awkward situation with my adjuster. Honor your word and follow through with what you say you will do. Don’t leave people hanging. It all went well nonetheless.

Elite Roofing did an amazing job with our roof. They was super easy and helpful to work with. They was very responsive with everything we asked for. The crew did an amazing job with the roof and clean up and was super respectful. We would recommend elite roofing over and over again to anyone that asked. Couldn’t thank them enough.

Went through three different roofing companies and FINALLY elite was the one who pulled through! We didn’t have a huge spot to fix but Hunter and his crew worked so wonderfully with helping us. We were made a priority from day one and kept us updated constantly! Work looks great and they value and respect their costumers whole-heartedly. Definitely will use them again if we have any other damage done to our roof in the future (but hopefully not any time soon).

After a hail storm damaged my roof … I had a couple of roofing companies show up at my door unexpected… they were pushy!

I rarely rate a business on the internet but was so impressed by Hunter and the roofing team at Elite Roofing, I had to share our experience. They tore off our damaged roof and turbines and replaced our roof in only one day. They took care to protect our landscaping and also cleaned up the work area completely. After the tornado back in May, I figured I needed my roof looked at. I didn't have a clue who to hire, so, I googled local roofing companies. I read their reviews and I picked Elite based on customer reviews alone. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!! The communication with Chance was off the charts amazing! He was very informative, kind, and easy to work with. I had an issue with moving some stuff out of my driveway and his crew was very understanding and worked with me. I was very impressed with how quickly the crew completely redid my entire roof. I was expecting at least two days of working; but, these guys were in and out by 2pm. That's removing old shingles, laying down the new, and clean up. I highly recommend this company.

Elite is a great roofing company-Tristan came out and met with insurance adjuster. He walked us, as the home owner, through all aspects from getting all paperwork to file insurance; getting roof installed; to receiving final payment after completion. Everything went as scheduled and on time. Tristan constantly stayed in contact throughout process. Have never dealt with a company where project went so smoothly! Elite also replaced a roof for one of my employer's commercial buildings-process and project went just as well. Elite is not just a roofing company,

I got a new roof from Elite about 3 years ago. They were professional, and communicated well. It was always easy to get someone to come out when I needed something. Recently got new HVAC which required a new pipe in my roof. Landen came out today (I called Friday) and checked everything out, just to make sure it had been done properly. He also made a couple of small repairs while he was up there! These folks do good work, and give me great peace of mind!

When I originally contacted Elite Roofing it was because of a leak and it was a few days before a snow was forecast for our area. Within 24 hrs of calling Landen Joyce come out. He repaired the area so we could get past the snow fall that was coming. He also inspected the roof and showed me other problem areas from hail and wind damage. He helped with an insurance claim on the roof and was always checking throughout the project. Easiest people to work with and the roof looks great. When the job was done they cleaned up and checked back with us a week or two later to insure we were satisfied. Highly recommend great company.

Our home was hit by a tornado and a tree fell through the corner of the roof. I called Hunter Hogan the night it happened and he had a crew here hours later to tarp the roof. Half of the roof had to be torn out and replaced before they could lay the shingles. The entire process from start to finish took just two days! Hunter was extremely helpful with the entire repair process and even gave us recommendations on who we should use to repair the damage to the interior of the home. We are very pleased with the outcome and will for sure be using Elite Roofing for future repairs!

Elite Roofing lived up to the name, on the install of my roof. Hunger Hogan was my contact at the company and he was on-time to every appointment. He responded to every question I had along the way no matter what. He constantly checked in through out the whole process and provided the most professional, Elite, if you will, attitude and service. I had storm damage after a hail storm and Elite Roofing came out and did an inspection. After inspection it was determined I needed to replace my roof in which my insurance agreed. I worked with Cody Shackelford and he made sure I was kept up to date with everything that would be happening on my roof replacement. Elite was able to remove the old roofing and replace it within the same day all while I was at work. The installation was great and the quality was top notch. There was even an issue with my chimney that Cody has his guys take care of. I would definitely have no issue hiring them in the future for any roofing needs.

My home was damaged in the May 2021 tornados/wind damage. Hunter Hogan and the Elite Roofing Team were here at daylight tarping our roofs from the damage caused in our neighborhood. Hunter was so gracious and helpful through the whole process with the insurance adjuster to being very patient while talking to my insurance rep, adjuster, and even a second adjuster and was able to show proof of damage to my whole roof in able to get State Farm to uphold their obligations. I needed a new roof on my 60 year old house. Called Cody Shackelford who drove to Booneville, inspected my roof, and advised me on what to do to save the warranty on my new shingles. Another roofer never mentioned the warranty. Cody's crew came out and installed the roof very quickly, and did an outstanding job. If you're needing quality roofing done to your home, I highly recommend you give him a call.

Elite roofing was incredible throughout the entire process of our repairs on our Church campus. It took nearly 8 months for the insurance company to complete our issues, but elite went above and beyond helping fix issues along the way so that we could continue to function during the process.
