I recently had my home and detached garage roof replaced, aluminum wrap updated, and gutters upgraded by DHI Roofing... I couldn't be happier with the experience! Even with a little bit of a road bump obtaining insurance payout, the process was seamless and professional. Mark, in particular, was fantastic to work with – knowledgeable, communicative, personable, and truly dedicated to ensuring everything was done perfectly. His crews were efficient and left my property spotless. My new roof looks amazing, and the upgraded gutters and aluminum wrap truly enhance my home's curb appeal and protection. I highly recommend DHI Roofing and Mark for any roofing needs!

I couldn't tell you about their products but I can tell you about the mess they left. My wife had to have tires replaced,at which point they agreed to pay her for the ones that definitely had roofing nails in them. After this another of the staff attempts to call my wife and proceeds to tell her he spoke with the tire place and they weren't roofing nails. Lie, then says they aren't the roofing nails they use. LIE. They may have a good or even great product, but the quality of work and cleanup is terrible and the customer service is pathetic. I would take them to court but it's not worth the time for a few 100 dollars. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Worked with Jeremy D. and WOW, I got the best customer service that I have had in years! Hail damage with roof replacement needed on the house, garage, and carport. Couple hiccups along the way that were expertly and quickly handled by Jeremy. I couldn’t be happier and knowing DHI will stand behind their work, makes me a return customer should I ever need anything else.

This was a first for me. I’ve never had to make a claim for anything.
Rico came to my door and asked about damage to the roof. Got up there took pictures and then explained to my brother and I how bad it was. Showed us the pictures of the damage. Worked with us about what we needed and then set it up with our insurance and they came out to assess the damage.
He was so helpful and let me know exactly what was going on. I’m very happy with the results of my roof and gutters. The people he had do the work were very friendly and they worked very hard to get the job done.
If I ever need anything else or know of anyone I will definitely tell them to go thru DHI and Rico.
The cleanup was by the crews was done very good also.

I'm not here to review any services that I've had with DHI I'm here to complain. It looked like he was going door to door at 7:30 at night.He hopped my gate which I have in front of my driveway to keep deer and other people out like it was his privilege to do so, very unprofessional and rude.

Xavier is awesome. He did everything he could to make us happy with their work. Just a few minor things that were taken care of very quickly and they did everything we asked even put up new outside lights up for us. Very happy with their work and would get them again!

Mark Powell from DHI Roofing was/is a blessing! He is so down to earth, smart, responsible and just an all around good guy! I really can’t say enough good things about him. As a single woman, I am very leery of contractors. I hate it when people want to take advantage of women. I felt a good vibe from Mark at the “get go”! Mark is completely trustworthy and DHI is very lucky to have him as an employee! Your company did a great job thanks to Mark!! 6 Stars!!

Working with Rico was an absolute breeze. It was my first roofing claim and he answered all of my questions and concerns promptly and accurately. I would recommend this business to anyone with roofing/gutters/siding needs. Thank you DHI for a smooth process in a stressful time.

Keith and Knick were easy to work with and the process went smooth. I have to give a huge shout out to Seth Heeren as he came out after hours in the dark and rain to repair a small leak from my chimney. I've been in the window and door sales for 2 years and was an installer for 20 and I get that things happen and I wasn't upset, but the fact they they went above and beyond to rectify the issue is what makes them really stand out is the customer service after the sale.

Xavier Cummings just finished the siding and roofing on our home in Council Bluffs, Iowa. We have nothing but excellent reviews for him. He is simply amazing. He helped with the inconvenience of trying to deal with the insurance company. He kept us updated and answered all of our questions and was extremely professional. Words do not do justice when it comes to complementing this young man. I feel like he was an angel sent from Heaven. This man deserves a pat on the back.

Rich Johnston came to take a look at our roof after we suffered immensely from a power outage. He was professional and down-to-earth. I didn’t know anything about roofs or roofing, but after speaking with Rich, I understand the process of roofing and repairing shingles. I’m glad I called DHI Roofing and I am extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to meet Rich. I am very pleased with the work DHI Roofing did for me. Rich Johnston took excellent care of me. He explained how the process works with insurance, how the new shingles and sheeting would be installed, proper spacing of trusses, and all the things done improperly when the original roof was built. He showed me pictures of the damaged shingles and the rotting sheets. He explained the payment process, i.e., no money paid up front. He even trimmed the tree damaged in the recent windstorm that was hanging over my deck at no extra charge. Then he trimmed the tree branches down to size for burning in a fireplace. You can’t ask for better service than that! I am absolutely thrilled with Rich Johnston and the service he gave me!

Finally got the Ball rolling with getting our Roof inspected from this years storms, and boy I'll you what, Rich Johnston was the man! The entire process was well planned and they even helped to make sure my insurance claim was seamless! Would work with again, tell your friends!

We had DHI Roofing in Omaha replace a roof after hail damage. We worked with Mark P. He was a very kind guy who took lots of time with my mom and also made himself available to me so I could follow-up. We had a little snafu with check endorsing but we got it sorted and he was always super responsive and did right by us. We were overall very happy! And the work crew was awesome.

Andreas Hieb was our job manager. He was very professional and did a great job of keeping us informed and updated on our job. Very pleased.

DHI replaced our roof after a hail storm. Our contractor, Jay Mull did an excellent job working with our insurance company. Jay was easy to get a hold of, always on time, & followed through with everything he said he was going to do. The crew left a clean lawn after the job was done. I would highly recommend Jay & his team again.

Andreas from DHI was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. He made the process a breeze and helped tremendously in dealing with the insurance. When the roofers were on site, so was he helping with material organization and ensuring the workers had what they needed to get the job done. I was concerned after the terrible storms my shingles had been ripped off. I was also concerned about being ripped off as a result of the many storm chasers. I was not. Andreas was honest and knowledgable, put my mind at ease and gave the best service.

DHI has been great to work with for our roof and gutter replacement after a hail storm. Rico has been absolutely amazing! He has been so helpful in working with our insurance company and keeping us informed and advocating for us in what is needed. Service was great. They came out the morning after the storm and did the inspection. Helped with the insurance and replaced my roof and gutters. Knick was was great.

Rico worked to make sure the inspection for hail damage was thorough. He explained the whole process and was very genuine and professional. He followed through with his part and kept us in the loop with communications. The workers who worked on our roof did a wonderful job and cleaned up completely afterward. They finished the whole work job in one day, taking off the old and putting on the new.

DHI has been nothing but amazing. Their work is above and beyond what was expected. Andreas, our project manager is attentive, honest and very helpful with all insurance and project questions. Unfortunately went in a different direction due to a personal relationship with another company.

DHI approached me after a hail storm to redo our siding and roof. It seemed like a good deal and I was happy with the representative.

They worked closely with the insurance company to square everything away and get the job done. The roof and siding look great, and I liked the representative.

Unfortunately, during the course of the project, our patio stairs were damaged (things happen), I gave them an opportunity to make it right, and I was assured it would be. However, one year on, it has not been made right.

Additionally, we were charged for shutters on the front of the house, which have never been installed.

I attempted to contact the representative from DHI one year later, and received no response.

I would like to recommend this company, as most of my interactions have been positive, however it seems they got their money and no longer care to follow up.

As a result, I cannot recommend DHI. If they care to make things right, I will update this review. In the meantime, go with a company who will follow up and complete their project.

My experience with these guys was great. The sales rep Rico I dealt with went above and beyond to ensure the job got done right. Allstate dragged the process out and kept denying the claim, Rico followed up with them persistently until we got the approval. Communication was very clear, every time the original quote changed in price, Rico would call and get my approval before moving forward. The quality of work was excellent, my roof and siding were done in a day. Very happy I went with DHI.

I have nothing but high regards for the service that I received from James, Antwon , Seth and their crew at DHI. They all have been very respectful, knowledgeable, helpful and committed to taking a situation that no one has any control over and making it any easy transition during the repairing process. They have followed through and then some on all of their promises they committed to. You won’t be disappointed!

I used DHI Roofing following the hail storm in June. They offered a free inspection and then walked me through each step of the process. They worked around my busy schedule and were always available and easy to get a hold of. They were very quick, completing the roof removal and replace in one day and they did a great job with the clean up. I would work with this company again.

I really can't say enough of how good and honest this business is. Our whole neighborhood was hit hard with the June hail storm, and I had a lot of different companies approach me , but DHI roofing just blew me away with the honesty, price and willingness to work with me in every detail. Of the 30 or so homes hit, I was the first with a new roof. Some neighbors are still waiting. I was asked how I got a roof so soon, and I told them you "Just need to pick the right company," DHI is YOUR right roofing company, period.

It looks like this is the way to get DHI to respond. We loved our rep and now he doesn’t answer. Emailed the info@ and no response. We have a guy demanding money and the job is not finished. We need contacted right away. Check your emails and respond to me that way. Don’t tell me to email again and if the guy is legit, do not have him contact us again. We want someone that has our paperwork and can prove they are DHI. Thank you!

I would highly recommend DHI. They helped me with the insurance process and getting the right amount paid out so I could afford to do the repairs that were needed after a devastating storm caused damages to my roof and gutters. They were friendly and responsive and helped me through this process.

I had a horrible storm in early March destroy my siding and roof. They did such a great job with the roof and now the siding if being finished. I couldn't be any happier. Highly recommend them for any possible damage to have them check put your homes!!

DHI was hired to repair a portion of the siding on my home. They tried to cut corners when installing the new siding, luckily I was home and asked them to install it the correct way. Part of the siding butted up against the deck, and they did a horrific job installing the flashing. Now, water is leaking into my basement at the exact location where they were working. It took several phone calls over 2-3 weeks to have them come out, inspect and warranty the work. We recently had another big thunderstorm and it is leaking in the exact spot again. I’ve called several times, left several messages and no one will return my call. Stay away from DHI, I wished I did!!

we had our roof replaced oct. 19, 2019. we have had problems from day 1. went up in our attic to find day light shining in from outside. also noticed a large hump under the shingles in the front of the house which turned out to be a safety harness ring that just shingles over. this is just a small sample of the vary substandard work that DHI has preformed. also subcontracted out our gutters. they installed smaller, cheaper gutters. and the gutter crew cut and bent and mangled the drip edge. would never recommend DHI for your next roofing project

Overall I am ok with the job. Still waiting for a receipt and a warranty that was promised. It’s been 2 months. Way too many nails laying around after. Used a magnet to try and get them. Area above the front door is uneven. Was told that It might lay down, it didn’t. The job itself is decent.
Easy to work with DHI. Want my paperwork though.

We have an older home and have had a lot of solicitors trying to sell us a new roof for several years. This summer, Corbin knocked and I could tell just by looking at him that he was ah rad working honest guy. He set up an appointment to do a free roof inspection, but it rained that day so I just assumed that was the end of it. Sure enough, he showed up when the weather was nice and did a thorough assessment. He talked my husband and I through everything and let us know he would go to bat with our insurance to get us a new roof with as little out of pocket cost to us as possible. We set up an appointment with insurance and he was sure to be there when our agent came out so he could show her all of the damage he noticed. And just like that, he got us approved for a whole new roof, gutters, and downspouts. Even at that, we expected to be put on a calendar and hoped to have a new roof before winter, but once again, we were shocked when they got us scheduled for the next week! Our job was pushed back once due to weather, but the crew came out once weather was clear and the shingles were up in a day. The crew did a very thorough job cleaning up our yard after the job as well. They finished with shingles at dusk, so there were a few nails and tiny shingle pieces in the yard but otherwise, our yard looked great when they were done. We also had a like next to our house that Corbin said we could toss in the dumpster but we didn’t get it done before they hauled it away, so Korbin came out with his own personal truck and hauled away our junk. The guys came and put up our gutters and downspouts and again, the yard was left in great condition. Corbin came by to pick up the check for final payment and we had a nice chat. All throughout the process, I learned about his family and how he came to do the work he does. We are even friends in Facebook now. He was great with my kids, a good businessman, and I can’t say enough good things about him and our experience with DHI. Thank you Corbin!!

First, Jeremy was canvassing the area after the late May storm and stopped my wife in the drive while she was bringing in groceries. And he offered to help!

Second, DHI did a great job on our roof! Corrected a minor problem groom when we had the roof replaced a few years ago and worked with the insurance through the whole process.

Jeremy answered all our questions promptly and made the whole process easy.

They replaced our roof and gutters and the whole house looks great! I would definitely recommend them.

DHI was one of the few contractors in the area that would give me a quote on a small siding project. When the subcontractors they hired didn't provide the quality I was expecting, Mark and Pat made it right. They re-did much of the work and made sure I was completely satisfied. They were easy to work with and obviously stand behind their work. . I would hire them again.

Unfortunately I have to give DHI a 1-star review, because their project managers are incapable of reading. We have a fairly large sign on our front door which clearly reads "NO SOLICITING" and yet here they are, week after week, ringing my doorbell and leaving me business cards.

I just feel anyone reading these reviews should know they're working with a company of illiterates, as surely that will cause some problems down the road (reading contracts and plans, etc).

Spam calling nightmare. I have received over 15 calls from these clowns this week alone. TWENTY SEVEN over the course of the summer. I have told them repeatedly I do not want a roof inspection. In recent hail storms I didn't even take damage to my hostas, let alone the roof. If the way they manage a call list is any indication, this company is woefully incompetent.

I cannot recommend DHI enough. These guys are trained and licensed professionals who are experts when it comes to identifying storm damage. Not only are they always open and honest with homeowners, but they help you understand the confusing insurance claims process. They work directly with insurance companies to make sure you get what you deserve. Best roofers in Omaha, I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

DHI is a great company! I'v been in construction business for 20+ years and value integrity above all...Mark genuinely has it! I'v worked with Mark Hoggard over the years on past projects. He really understands roof systems, insurance claims, and leadership. I appreciate his high level of integrity and honesty!

Mark has been wonderful with my roof. I had an issue with rain and thought it was due to the new roof. Mark got on my roof and took care of the issue (not apart of his job as it had to do with my chimney). I have not had any issues since (this was done earlier this summer when it was quite rainy). DHI Roofing repaired my roof, siding and covered porch when it was damaged in a hail storm last year. They dealt with the insurance companies to get all repairs done in a very timely manner. Each day they were onsite they made sure that the work was completed and the yard was free of nails and trash when they were done. the work was very good quality and I will recommend them to people I know that need this type of work done!

Complete garbage zero respect for clients trust me when I say never use them. Wish I could give them zero stars. I work for a prominent roofing company in town and they worked on where I lived and it was the most unprofessional job I have ever seen disgraceful to those in the roofing buisiness.
