Matt came and checked my roof and saw the damage. He helped me to file a claim with my insurance company. The communication was really good through the whole process. My new roof is on and I am very happy with it. Matt and Rich are a very good team. I recommend either one to get your job taken care. We are now working on the siding and I am sure that will go really good as well.

Matt from DHI followed through on everything he said and offered to do. We were denied by our insurance company not very long ago with a different company, so I thought this would go the same way. With Matt's experience he was able to get a full roof approved in one visit with the insurance adjuster. I would not have a new roof if Matt had not knocked on our door. We are waiting for the final word on our siding now. Matt explained this process and it has gone exactly as he stated. We are very thankful that we answered the door and gave Matt a few minutes of our time. He has handled everything and couldn't have made things any easier on us while explaining every thing. I've given his card to friends and neighbors. I would work with Matt again without hesitation! Thanks Matt for all of your efforts!

Rich came by the house and offered a free estimate to look at my roof after storm damage hit and to my surprise I had damage. He was great walking me through the process and reassured me that everything would get addressed and taken care of. Rich came through with the roof materials and build date timely. My roof looks fantastic. His crew were professional and friendly and made sure all the debris had been picked up before they left. I’m still waiting on siding. Once I get samples, pick the color and siding is up, I’ll write another review on that project. So far my experience has been very positive. I’ve received nothing less than prompt communication, professionalism, and friendly service. Thank you.

DHI did an excellent job installing my roof this summer. Neal was great to work with and was quick to help out with a last minute request during the sale of our home. I’d highly recommend working with DHI for all your roofing needs.

Jeff performed inspection of home and roof and found some minor damage, but nothing needing repair now and not enough to warrant insurance claim. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism.

In the spring/summer, 2024 I agreed to let a salesperson inspect our home after a huge hail storm. After some basic internet research, they seemed like every other roof contractor out there so we agreed to give them our business. We will NOT be return customers. Check the BBB!

Compared to Wildwood Roofing, the communication/project management was less than excellent and the work product was even worse.
-- The crew paid no mind to my floral landscaping, tossing shingles into my plants - I cleaned them up myself multiple times so that my peonies wouldn't be crushed.
-- The crew proceeded with replacing our skylight with a forecast of rain. LO! They did not have all the required parts. Well, it rained and the rain leaked through the tarp and into our home resulting in even more damage.
-- Then, it was a hassle getting them to schedule a painter to make the necessary interior repairs during our available days (and they failed to tell the guy he would need scaffolding so my husband ended up holding the ladder for him while he worked...).
-- Clean-up was less than thorough. Nails were left on our kids' trampoline (which is NOT that close to the house) and on our deck.
-- NOW, months later (Jan. 2025), our exterior gutters are dripping water at the seams and my husband has decided that it's less of a hassle for him to fix them himself.

We worked with Neal and he did a great job. He was very detailed in the project, the time table and the process of it all. He took on the responsibility and communication of making sure everything was completed to our liking and our expectations. We were worried about nails around the house having a dog, but we have not ran across any in our yard or driveway. That shows the dedication and commitment to excellence from Neal and his team. Thank you DHI team and Neal!

I was very happy with the service at the beginning. The rep that came to my door was very professional. He helped me get the roof inspected and walked me through the insurance claim process to get approved quickly. The staff was also very friendly.
The communication after the claim was approved was very poor, however. I was the one constantly having to follow up to figure out what was going on, so it was very frustrating. Once the claim was funded, I was asked to select the shingle style by the next day so we could get it ordered and I did. The week the work was expected to happen I hadn’t heard back so I followed up with the rep and was told the style I wanted was out of stock and I could wait a few weeks or select another style. I selected another style. A few days later their team brought materials for a different project to my house. Glad I caught it or they probably would’ve put the wrong roof on my house. They were also supposed to check my siding to see if it was discontinued and help me submit a supplemental claim. I reminded them several times about that but it never happened.
Once I got tired of waiting and gave up on the siding project I reached out and we agreed to part ways so I thought we were done. Then a few months later I start getting texts about a final invoice I needed to pay. DHI said they called the insurance and confirmed an additional payment was sent out. I called and was told no such payment was sent. After going back and forth a few weeks I was told they would just close the file but if I didn’t pay they wouldn’t warranty their work. So I called the insurance again to get a written statement about no 2nd payment and they confirmed again but stated they could see a pending payment waiting for the CONTACTOR TO SEND THE FINAL INVOICE! So instead of invoicing the insurance they were invoicing me? I don’t think they were trying to hustle me for more money. It did seem like an honest mistake. But it is frustrating that we got to the point of voiding the warranty when the issue ended up being on THEIR end.
The people were very nice on the phone and in person. And in the end, I’m glad I was able to get my roof fixed. I hope my experience was just a one off, but their lack of communication and organization was enough for me to never want to use them again.

A storm hit our house in 3/2024. Rico did our inspection and we were set up to have our roof and gutters replaced. The roof was done first. Days after installation, we woke up to our master bath with several inches of water everywhere! Rico sent someone out right away. We were told that the installers did not seal around our skylight. They sealed the skylight and gave us $30 to repaint and repair the flooring in our bathroom. In our garage, they installed venting on the top of the roof line. The venting is NOT A LITTLE off center, but SEVERAL FEET OFF center! Rico said they NOT FIX IT. When looking at our house, the garage line goes side to side, so it is very obvious they messed up! I thought after writing this review, DHI would call and want to fix it, but no call ever came. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DHI FOR ANY HOME REPAIRS!!!!

Jay Mull and his crew displayed professionalism and craftsmanship throughout the process. My roof and down spouts look great. Jay is an asset to your company and I strongly recommend that you place him in the management field. I have the best looking house on the block. 5 stars to DHI and Jay Mull.
