dynasty restoration was great. Highly recommend. They worked diligently with my insurance and were thorough with communication and time line. I reside in lincoln and they are based in omaha but it didn’t effect the project timeline. They answered my questions and as a first time home buyer they made me feel like my concerns were valid and they educated me appropriatley.

My stepmother had a tree come down on top of her house with one of the last big wind storms that went through the Omaha area, Erik and his team did an amazing job getting everything handled through insurance and taken care of. I know first hand dealing with my stepmother can be a pain, but all the team showed great professionalism in their crafts even when she nit picked them to death. Highly recommended, thanks guys.

We had Dynasty Restoration come out to handle minor siding damage. They showed up on time for every appointment, and were clear on the pricing, work, and timelines of getting the job done. Though the job wasn't huge, they handled it professionally and in a timely fashion.

Good communication and a great team! Chris was awesome with us throughout the process and even worked directly with our insurance. The crew got everything done in a day and cleaned up without a trace. Someone even came back a few days later to check quality on everything.

They were responsive to our questions about insurance and also helped us understand our options when insurance was also not engaging with us. We worked with Chris on our roof and siding replacement after a storm. He explained everything well and worked with our insurance company on everything. Our house turned out great and we would use Dynasty Restoration again.

The team at Dynasty really helped me deal with my now former insurance company. Initially they attempted to completely deny my claim and told me that there was minimal damage totaling less than my deductible. After the Dynasty team helped to show them the extent of the damage the total value jumped to almost 30k worth of repairs. A far cry from the original findings. If you are struggling to get your repairs covered I would highly recommend their services.

I didn't find one stray roofing nail or any debris after the work was completed either. They thoroughly tarped the area and packed out every bit of roofing material. The results look great and they went beyond my expectations by replacing trim and siding that had been damaged as well. They came highly recommended by a friend of mine and they did not disappoint.

Erik has been immediately reachable when needed and his crews respond quickly. We've used other general contractors in the past and none have been this easy or comfortable to work with.

Brett was always available to answer questions and walked me through the process easily and Erik kept me up to date through emails as to when work was being completed. All our repairs were done in a timely manner and we are happy with how everything turned out.

This company got everything on our house fixed the way we wanted it done. This was our first time filing a claim and it went smoothly and I appreciated that, we were worried there would be a lot of stress in getting things in order but Dynasty had it all handled themselves. Dynasty Restoration did a fantastic job replacing our roof, siding, gutters and awnings after a hail storm. After the roof was installed not only did the installers go over our yard with a magnet checking for nails, but the next day when their office rep came to check the work he did as well. Their representative handled all the interactions with insurance which was a huge relief. We would definitely recommend them!

I highly recommend Dynasty Restoration! JR, Erik and Emmanuel did a tremendous job. Excellent communication and workmanship throughout the process. When the storm hit in June 2017, my insurance company only wanted to give us $8,000 to replace missing shingles. We hired JR to be our advocate and he went to bat for us. He requested over and over for the insurance company to send an engineer. They sent another adjuster and upped the amount to $16,000. JR sent a team out to protect the roof over the winter, and kept after the insurance company until early this year, they finally sent an engineer who agreed with what JR had been saying for a year. We just finished with a new roof, new gutters and aluminum window/garage wraps. OUTSTANDING

Replaced roof as well as some siding and metal work. Service was great, communication open, had zero issues with my insurance company and Dynasty handled from start to finish, hassle free. Would highly recommend.

I recently had Dynasty Restoration guide me through redoing my roof. They were a wonderful guide through the entire process. I am not an expert on roofing nor the insurance process. They were there during the insurance inspection to ensure items that I would never question were addressed. They ensured everything was taken care of. Once through the insurance inspection process, Erik, kept me aware of timing of installation and what to expect through each step of the installation. I have a dog and three children. I was nervous about the debris and the nails. The installation team continually cleaned up the debris and swept the area for nails. They were wonderful. I would recommend this team to everyone.

I just had Dynasty redo my roof after finding hail damage during a home-sale inspection (from last year's storms in June). It was a great process from start to finish, and didn't take long at all. Chris, my rep, met with the insurance adjuster to make sure everything would be covered (I didn't even need to be there)! After that, Erik, their product manager, regularly communicated with me about scheduling supplies deliveries, construction dates, etc, and also followed up after each step to make sure I was completely satisfied with everything. It was A+ customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend them!!!
