I hired Nastase to fix my roof. I wasn't sure what to expect since they are not an roofing company, but they did an excellent job. They worked into my schedule. The job was done quickly and billing was handled easily.

From start to finish everything went great! Work was completed even in cold temps when it wasn’t required to be completed. From the estimate to the work and after with follow ups, everyone we worked with was professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Nastase Contracting just put on a new roof and gutters for us. They did a great job! Nick was very helpful with us and our insurance company through the whole process. His team was very fast and efficient and cleaned up perfectly when done. Would highly recommend!!!

Great quality work. They worked out all the details to ensure insurance went through with no issues. When we had some facia get dented up by a wind storm shortly after the finished, they came out and replaced the section at no cost. Very happy with the job overall.

Nastase contracting completed a cart path renovation and drainage project at one of our City of Papillion golf courses. Their work was done in a timely manner and disrupted very little turf. The communication from Ray and Lupe was outstanding. I'd recommend this company to anyone looking for concrete or drainage. The company offers many different services, and I can assure you they are all done professionally. A very trustworthy business that exceeds expectations.

Nastase Contracting repaired/replaced fascia on a home I had listed. They worked within our narrow time constraints and did the work for a fair price. Both buyers and sellers were very satisfied with their work. They were very professional and pleasant to work with as usual!

We needed some repair work done in the attic and two bathroom vent fans hooked back up to the vent hole in the roof. A piece of sheetrock had fallen down and punched a hole in the master bathroom ceiling. A man came out and looked at the issues, took pictures and said he would have a bid for me on Thursday, three days away. He never called on Thursday never emailed a bid as promised. After calling Nastase on Friday and leaving a message to please call us back, we have not heard from him.

The Nastase crew did an amazing job finishing our basement this past Spring. They communicated well during the entire project and were always prompt and on time. From sales to the project managers to the subcontractors to the designer, all were exceptional to work with. The end product was excellent as well! I'd highly recommend the entire Nastase team!

The key to any job of this nature is the crew. I had the same crew leader through all phases of the job. His name was Hector. He as very experienced in each phase of the work. He consulted with me every step of the way. By the time we were done, I considered Hector a friend.

The man from Nastase who came out diagnosed the noise problem on our roof just before Christmas. Then, they made an appointment to come out and fix the situation shortly after New Year. When they arrived they made the repairs and replaced the vent that was making the noise.

We used Nastase Contracting to replace our roof and every window in our home last year. They did everything that was asked of them.
For our home and our business, I always go to Nastase first for help!

All in all they did a great job on terror out and replacement of the roof and the siding repairs. I especially appreciated the gentleman sent to bid the job who is honest and courteous with his assessment. No pressure. Had my addition prints for almost 3 months waiting for an estimate. Called one month ago, nothing done. Said they would get to it. Called one month later. Nothing done. Said they didn't have time to do it. Originally said an estimate would take 2 weeks. Told them to bring my addition prints back. They did. They apologized but I had to check up on them. I had to make the inniative.

A few years ago I had a skyllight window replaced by Nastase Contracting. I was extremely pleased with the work done. Quality product, expert installation, and at a very competitive price. They responded very quickly to my request for an estimate. Jesse was on time for the survey of the roof and provided the estimate shortly thereafter. This was a good experience as it was all done in a polite professional manner.

We hired Nastase for roofing, painting, siding repair, aluminum window wraps for a primary residence and a rental house. Their communications are superb, work quality is top shelf. We will be hiring Nastase for future work.

They did a very good job, which included the roof, all the gutters, and gutter guards, and some siding replacements and other repairs needed. Worked well with our insurance adjustor. We have recommended them to several of our acquaintances.

Nastase group was great to work with. They gave us a fair, complete and thorough bid, and they were great communicators and let us know when they were going to be in and out and updates on project timelines. Their work was also fantastic and we love our new basement!

I used Nastase to replace skylights in my home. I was very satisfied with their process from ordering the skylights I requested to their installation. Their communications were excellent and all personnel involved were easy to work with.

I rarely post performance comments online. Today, I am making that exception. Nastase Contracting is an excellent company. Over the years due to hail damage we placed our roof and home siding at least (4) times. Nastase Contracting surpassed all other contractors I’ve ever used in the past. Nastase provides quality work and completes work in a timely matter.

We have not yet made a decision but Jesse was very thorough in his inspection and explanation of what he found. He understood our situation and offered options for our needs and finances.

I was truly impressed with the turn-around time from my initial phone call to when I received the bid estimate. Jesse walked thru my home inside and out and allowed me to show what I wanted repaired. Then he explained if it was doable and the process. Estimate I received was very detailed and easy to read.

2018 Review - Warren Buffet once said “If you don’t know jewelry, know your jeweler”. That applies to your contractor. I never need to look for a trusted contractor again. I will be a Nastase customer for as long as they operate. This family business has been around for a long time, know their stuff, and deliver on their promise of quality and service. I have utilized their talent for projects I have paid for as well as for insurance related storm damage repairs. Each and every time, I have been extremely pleased with the results of their work. The attention to detail is there, and the people that perform the work are extremely friendly and courteous. I will gladly pay for quality and that’s exactly what I get. If you are looking for someone to bid on a project for your home, call Nastase Contracting. I refer all my family and friends, and neighbors to them (as they can attest). My ONLY regret is that I didn’t know of them sooner!

UPDATE 2024 - Quality and Care still at the top with these guys. From the top down, the staff and crews Nastase Contracting hires, and the partners they choose are top notch. Just this past May, our new home suffered hail damage. The guy who shows up to look at my roof happens to have a son on my sons baseball team. My insurance ajuster was pleased with the thoroughness of their post damage initial inspection report. Once the adjuster took a look for herself, she agreed with everything presented. Im telling you, things don't usually go this smooth for me. Since then, the roof has been replaced (we chose a color option that Nastase had available and I kid you not, should have been an option when we built the house). Now, we have solar panels on our house too, and while they were not damaged by the hail, did need to be removed for the roofers. I was VERY apprehensive about this. SUNPRO solar was bought up by ADT Solar, who exited the market back in Nov of 2023. While they still honor warranties of installed systems, they do not handle new customers anymore. This presented a problem. BUT, Nastase was able to find a "PLATINUM" Enlighten/Enphase Installer to partner with. They wanted to ensure my warranty was not in any way of being voided. Enter Solar Guys. Let me tell you, Nastase made an awesome choice. Gutters are going on next. And guess what. Because of my experiences, my mother hired them as well, and she couldn't be more pleased with the care and professionalism she has recieved. So, to Nick, Randy and Russ, and the entire team and all their partners, thank you!!!! You have more than earned my life long business. I will continually refer you guys to anyone I know!!!!!!!!
