Eric has made the process easy for us. He has been very attentive and helpful. We were approved for replacement of roof, siding, and gutters due to hail damage from the storm last spring. The team was very quick and professional. Definitely would recommend.

I had my roof replaced by DHI Roofing in 2021. Since then, shingles have blown off in storms. The first time someone was sent out and replaced them. When it happened again, March 31, 2023, I contacted the person I had been dealing with and was told it was still covered under their warranty and he would schedule for someone to come replace the shingles. I heard nothing else from him, and no reply to my text when I tried to follow up, so I sent an email to DHI on June 16, 2023 inquiring about the status of the shingle replacement. I received no reply from them either. It is now October 2, 2023, and I still have not heard from them. I bought a bundle of shingles so I could either hire someone or attempt to replace the missing shingles myself. I would like all shingles to be in place before winter. The cost so far has been $50 for a bundle of shingles and roofing nails, plus whatever it will cost in labor to hire someone to put them up for me. If I do decide to do it myself, I am a 55 year old woman who has no business up on the roof, so I hope I don't fall and break my neck. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service, or lack of, from DHI Roofing and would not recommend them to anyone.

DHI replaced our roof after storm damage occured. They made everything so easy for us. They came out and did a free damage assessment, contacted our insurance company for us, met with the adjuster, and walked us through the whole project. Andrew and their whole team were very professional. Any questions or concerns were answered the same day. The roof was scheduled and done quickly. Communication was great and the roof looks fantastic. I have recommended DHI to all my family and friends! Couldn't be happier!

DHI Roofing has been an amazing company to work with. I had roof, siding and gutter damage due to a bad hail storm in August, 2022. DHI took care of it all. They even dealt with my insurance company so I didn't have to. Doug Bremer was the project representative and main contact from start to finish. He did a great job of explaining the process and answering questions throughout the entire project. He was great at communicating, checking in on the work, and he was very responsive to any text, phone call or email from me. I appreciate the professionalism by the whole team, from management to all the subcontractors. Everything was cleaned up when the work was done. Roof seems to be in good shape, but they left their mark. Damaged siding and gutters not fully reconnected. Never did see them come fix even though we were "on the schedule". It's been over a year. Sales guy made it sound like we'd get new gutters as well as roof from the storm damage, but he never made the attempt.

Our roof received extensive hail damage and one of our neighbors referred us to DHI. Seth was very knowledgeable and professional and did everything he could to help us stop our roof from leaking while we were waiting for the new shingles to be put on. They tore off the old shingles and had the new ones on all within 7 hours. I noticed an issue with the gutters and he said they would be back to fix the issue in a couole days. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Edit they play nice to get your business and ignore you when they are done with the job. There were nails all over the yard and when they came back to "fix" the gutter the messed it up pretty good. Seth made promises to help us get our house painted and after they were done with the roof he ignored us. Stay local with your housing repairs and steer clear of con artists like this.

They made the process very simple, working with our insurance company so that we had very little to deal with on our own. Due to the current supply chain issues, things took slightly longer than we were hoping but once they started it went smooth and fast and looks great.
