These guys came out to my house in O"Fallon and inspected our roof after a hail storm. They found damage and then walked us through the insurance process. Now we have a new roof and we couldn't be happier. We definitely recommend Impact.

Smooth talkers and super responsive upfront. Once the sale is made working with these people is like pulling teeth. Replaced our roof in St. Charles a few months ago. We paid an arm and a leg, but were hoping that it would last. The crew took forever to finish the job blowing through all promised deadlines. A few months later the roof started leaking again. And then the company simply STOPPED RESPONDING - all of the people that returned calls within minutes when they wanted our business. Another roofer inspected the roof and was shocked at how terrible the ($17,000) job was done. Avoid this company at all costs.

Alex was very courteous and professional. He called when he was on his way so we had plenty of time to be ready for him and talked us through what we needed. We were initially worried about needing a roof repair, but instead got it sealed around the chimney and vents and got our gutters back in their proper places. He also answered many of our questions about potential, future repairs and advised on how to seek out good handy people for those jobs. I'll check back in if anything goes sideways, but we were also given a guarantee for the service performed today.

Very rude , horrible integrity, called for an estimate for roof repair was very up front what I needed . Never wrote the estimate for me wouldn't return my calls. I have never been treated so poorly by a company. I assume the job wasn't enough of a profit for them . Would never recommend this company to anyone . D.G. There responce ro my review is misleading , while they never called to tell me they didnt want to do the job Alex gave me a verbale estimate of around 890$ as he and Michele were walking away the confirmed they had my email !! Explain why you would do that and the girl who answers the phone said twice we dont do that WHAT ROOF REPAIR OMG ! They set me back weeks getting my roof repaired horrible lying co . So sad

After a recent hail storm, I had a hunch that my roof had some damage and reached out to IMPACT. I have nothing but great things to say about their service! Alex was full of knowledge and made the process of getting a replacement so smooth. Highly recommend!!!

I hired Olneya to do my siding and roofing after they came by after a hailstorm. They were to use insurance to replace the damaged siding and roof. They did not read over my insurance policy thoroughly and tried to get $6000 out of me after finding out the policy I had. And recently my roof started leaking, the contractor that checked the work that was done realized that architectural shingles were not used and there was no venting for the roof nor were there Flash guard put down. The Valley in the roof also was not nailed and water had gotten in and leaked in our bedroom, now I guess Olneya goes by a new name, Impact, which is probably so they don't get a bad name from when they used to be Olneya, I will be contacting them to see if they're going to fix my roof, which I highly doubt they do. I will change my review if they take care of the issues they caused.

Impact did our roof in June, 2019. They did a fantastic job. The work was completed in a timely manner, my yard was left spotless, and we are very happy with how the roof looks. The price was also extremely competitive and cost us very little since they worked with our insurance company. I would highly recommend Impact to family and friends looking for a new roof.

Impact, Tim West and their crews did an excellent job on three roofs I had replaced due to hail damage. Tim went above and beyond to get a house I was selling on the schedule so as not to delay the closing. There were also complicated insurance issues that Tim had to work with. Communication was easy. Recommend without hesitation.

Emily came to my house to inspect the roof, siding and gutters for damage. When she said there was adequate damage to make an insurance claim she walked me through all the steps, making it very easy. She met with the adjuster to make sure all the damage was documented and covered. The roof was approved right away. Emily helped me pick out new shingles and a color that complemented my house better then my previous roof. She really has a good eye for design as well as storm damage! The crew came early in the morning and worked all day putting the roof on. Everyone was very professional and clean. The yard and flower beds were protected. Once they were finished they cleaned up everything and my house looks AMAZING. I would recommended choosing Emily as your sales rep as she went above and beyond for me. When looking for a roofing company look no further then impact, there are a lot of companies to choose from but I am so pleased with my decision. I don't write reviews ever but this was worthy!

Stay away from Olneya he did the roofs on me and my sisters house and the chimneys on her house and my house leaked. They had someone other than there employee at the time fix mine but hers still leaks. But now the chimney on my garage is leaking after about two years. I called their office and told them the chimney flashing should last as long as the roof not just two years. They sent someone out who I think does not know anything about flashing a chimney all he did was take pictures and rock my chimney back and forth which I thought was stupid since it was still leaking. all that would do is make it leak worse. this is only my opinion but I would never recommend Olneya to anybody after what I know now, I did before water started running down my walls of my house and now my garage. Do yourself a favor and get several bids before hiring Olneya. I would give no stars but I could not do that. From now on I only going to hire union contractors. In their responce to my post they said I applied tar to the flashing , what I did was take off about a pound of what looked like kitchen caulk that they applied around my chimney and reaplied roofing tar made for patching roofs not what looked like household caulk. their roofing worker used a shovel to pry up the flashing and damaged the chimney flashing and did not notify me that the flashing was damaged they only laid the shigles on top of the damaged flashing and now their trying to say it was my fault. if the chimney flashing was bad why did they install shingles over a bad chimney flashing. I told them when you do a roof job that any flashing on a roof should last as long as the roof are the job is not done correctly and should be inspected before the shingled are installed good luck trying to blame the home resident instead of doing the job correctly. why did you not report that the chimney had a problem before laying the shingles. A contractor trying to blame the home resident who did not install the roof and its their fault the chimney leaks is lame do YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GET A UNION ROOFER OUR YOU MIGHT HAVE THE SAME PROBLEMS AND THEY TRYING TO BLAME YOU BECAUSE YOUR ROOF LEAKS.I CONTACTED THE BBB AND THEY WOULD NOT REPLY IF IT WAS MY FAULT THEY SHOULD HAVE REPLIED TO THE BBB.I TOLD THEM AFTER THEIR WORKMAN SHIP I WOULD NOT LET THEM ROOF MY DOG HOUSE.I TRIED TO GOOGLE THEIR ADDRESS AND I THINK IT SHOWED ME A GARAGE DOOR IN A ALLEY SOME WHERE LET ME KNOW IN A POST IF THEIR ADDRESS IS REALLY IN A ALLEY.

The crew from Olneya were fantastic, starting with Tim and his friendly, informative manner, down to the crew with their fast, efficient, and top-notch work. We love our new roof and will always call Olneya for any of our future roofing needs. 5 stars for sure!!
