Great experience. We had them add a window to match the other one in the room and give light to the dark space. Bid was timely and fair, work was completed BEFORE expected. Jim was great at giving us updates and workers were fantastic. They matched out rim and siding perfectly and looks like the window was always there.

We have had a two year long, horrible experience with Jim. He proposed to do work at our house then partnered with another dishonest contractor (Dunn Lawn & Landscape) and it has ended up costing us $20,000.00. Even after two years of pleading with Jim, the egress doors he installed are not finished and are not usable. The doors are not even accessible, except by sliding down a gravel slope. He continues to point the blame at the company he brought in and refuses to complete the work or refund our money. Stay far away from the Renovation Team and companies he works with!

Renovation Team installed new siding, shutters and front gutters. Jim was great to work with and the team installed on time, on budget and left the site clean when they left.

Exceptional exterior repairs of front windows and fascia. Installed with expertise aluminum wraps on front windows. Painted and provided all repairs on a two story home on higher second floor level. All work conducted within projected time frame. Cost was very reasonable and affordable. It was the work that truly mattered and it was just perfect!

Highly recommend. We use them to replace our aging deck and upgraded our master bathroom, Kitchen, downstairs office, roof and sidings. Very responsive to any concerns we might have and address them right away.

Removed old siding and gutters and installed new siding and gutters. We had rather specific requests for our siding job, looking to mostly match the siding we needed to replace. Jim was the only one that could actually accomplish that for us. We selected LP SmartSide for the siding and have been very pleased with the results. This was done in 2017 and it still looks great. During this project they also replaced a standard kitchen window with garden window.

On another job they replaced our downstairs windows.

During both jobs Jim quickly responded to our concerns and implemented changes as we asked. We have another project coming up - we plan to call Jim first.

This is a wonderful company. They removed old wooden siding and re-sided the house with beautiful new siding; they put on a new roof and new gutters; and installed a beautiful new railing around our upstairs deck. Their work is flawless; the team is hard-working, punctual, and a pleasure to work with; Jim Guller is knowledgeable, patient, and provides great suggestions and prompt answers to any and all questions. The finished work far exceeded our expectations. Nothing but the best things to say about this company and its excellent work product. I would recommend Renovation Team to anyone.

Jim, the owner of Renovation Team is a quality manager of great contractors who will do the job quickly, efficiently and in a quality fashion. His team did a great job repairing our roof (that they installed about 3-4 years ago) and soffit from a bad windstorm last year. They also improved our gutter system so that rain water would not waterfall down right in front of our kitchen egress which is a small deck with stairs.

Jim was a pleasure to work with and walked us through the whole process as far as insurance. We felt very good with his team and the workmanship they provided. Highly recommend!!

Jim and his team replaced my roof and the columns on my front porch. They were very thorough, professional, quick and they did great work. They are honest and completed the job as expected. Jim was really great. He was responsive, thorough, knowledgeable, and flexible. I have absolutely no problems with him as the general. I was very diss-appointed in the craftsmanship of the sub contractors that worked on the house. Their workmanship was sub-par and had to have them come out multiple times to fix mistakes that basically can't be fixed when it's screwed up doing the job the first time. the work completed was: refinished hardwoods and replacing some carpet with hardwoods, stairs redone (took out wooden spindles and put in metal along with refinishing the hand rails), and carpet replaced. I had to have the floor people come out twice because there were so many rough spots and dirt particles that they stained over, and they also jacked up my base boards because they got the about .5 in up on all of them, so I had to repaint those myself. The stair people come out 3 times because of poor quality (rough spots) and had to have them repair the drywall because they put up their tarps on the wall and ceiling with duct tape. They came back to "fix" the sheet rock and repaint, but the paint doesn't match and you can easily see blemishes. The only way to fix this would be to repaint the entire ceiling, which they would not do. Again, Jim was great, but not impressed with his sub contractors. Jim did request them to come out each time we asked them to fix something but after 4-5 times, it gets old. If it's done right the first time, wouldn't need them to come back out.

I had a very good experience with Jim for my house soffit installation. He was very responsive, provided all the information with different options. The work was done within a couple of days with no issues. Would highly recommend and use renovation team for my future projects.

Do to hail damage, I had my roof replaced, siding replacing roofing material on my dormer (Jim’s idea), and some screens replaced.
Most companies send someone to inspect the job or give you a bid and you never see that person again.
Not true with Renovation Team. Jim came to inspect my roof, he made the initial call to my insurance company, was here when the inspector from my insurance came and was here all day when my roof was being installed keeping me informed on the progress. My screens were replaced a couple weeks later and Jim was back for that.
Every part of the job from the install to the clean up was done professionally and on time.

I would definitely refer Jim and his team to my family and friends. It’s nice to have found a company that can do it all when it comes to home projects.

My experience with Renovation Team and Jim Guller has been great. After reading reviews, I contacted Jim about a problem at one of my rental properties.
He responded promptly, presented to assess the situation, and within days completed the job. When I dropped in to see the progress I found Jim at the location, overseeing the work, in 90+ degree temperatures. He then completed another job at another rental property. Jim was nice enough to accompany me to evaluate a potential rehab as well.

Work Done: Siding replacement. Jim gave a very competitive quote for the work. We needed the work to be done quickly as we were getting the house ready for sale and we had a deadline. Jim and his Team did a great job. He was true to his word, was on-time, and did what he said he would do. Jim scheduled two crews for our roof replacement and finished in a day. Jim was onsite for the entire day, overseeing the work, answering my questions, making adjustments and up on the roof discussing items with the roofing Team. Cleanup was good and the Team left the site in overall good condition. After the job was complete we had one issue - Jim resolved the issue promptly, completely and professionally.

Overall, Renovation Team is excellent. I would recommend them. I plan to use them again this Spring to paint the house exterior.

Every Renovation Team crew that has worked on the house has been dependable, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. They're a great value for the money we're spending. Jim did some work at a few of my rehabs homes I was working on. He did a roof on one of these, and he replaced windows, doors, & garage doors for at least 3 others. To top it off, he was nowhere near the highest bids I received on any of my quotes.

First, the price was nice! Jim is very friendly but professional. The crew came on-time, was prepared with everything they needed, and removed and replaced our roof like a well-oiled machine.
