I had my roof replaced with Pro Installations. They worked through the insurance claim debacle and supply chain issues effortlessly. I would HIGHLY recommend using Pro Installations. From the beginning of discussions to completion of the project, I had full confidence in Case and Ken.

We had a very good experience with Pro Installation after out roof sustained hail damage. Case was on the ball helping us get together with our insurance company (AAA) for the inspection. As soon as the paperwork was completed and the first insurance check arrived we were ready to begin. The materials were delivered and the job was completed in a little over a day. Pro Installation took care of the new items required by code (such as the drip edge) and installed a ridge vent in the garage where we had not had one. The shingles look great and the garage is very nicely cooler.

Theresa Schrum Project Manager was excellent! She was very helpful and kind! The installers worked from 7 thru 5:30 removing the shingles, removing and installing new plywood where needed, installed new shingles and clean up was very thorough. Thank you Pro Installation for a job well done!

They very helpful with complying with the insurance company,and my roof was put on very prompt time and absolutely love it!!
