Years ago we moved into 100 year old house. We chose this business because the sales person loved older homes. First of all, they didn’t do the detail work on our Victorian home like they said they would. They did some fish scale at the top. Also, they said that we would have a huge difference in our warmth in the house. They knew I wanted them to seal the stone foundation to the house. Every time it gets as cold as it is today I think of what a rip off it was. It did nothing to make my house warmer, which was the primary reason we were getting the siding. The house had wood shingles before and no Tyvek. All attempts to reach out in the past went on responded to.

I'm so grateful that we decided to move forward with having Custom Discount replace our basement windows and rear door. The upgrade has made such a difference in our house. The change directly impacted our "pocketbook" because our house instantly became less drafty! Thanks Tom, Pam, and Bob!

Custom Discount Exteriors did good work replacing vinyl siding on one side of house at competitive price; HOWEVER, they were aware that siding being replaced had melted/warped due to reflection of sunlight of next door neighbor’s windows. Thought issue had been solved by tinting neighbor’s windows. Unfortunately the new siding melted/warped again within 24hrs. The professional reaction would have been to work with me and next door neighbor in good faith to resolve the issue. We used another business to install screens, which we were willing to pay Custom Discount Exteriors to do, then I special ordered siding thru Menards and hired a handyman to install. I wasn’t going to “go after” Custom Discount Exteriors, just expected them to work with us to resolve VS GHOSTING ME. I don’t recommend this business due to questionable business practices.

Had a fantastic experience with Custom Discount Exteriors. Replaced old aluminum siding, windows, and gutters. They were very fast and a great value compared to other bids I received since they can handle the whole project. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to update their home. Also, had a nice inspection at the end of the project to ensure the job was completed to satisfaction and all questions were answered.

I would like to commend Custom Discount Exteriors for a great job they did on some challenging window installations. We had three windows we wanted to replace that were difficult to get to and needed some talented custom work. Many other companies told me that couldn't do these windows. Custom Discount Exteriors responses was simply, "No problem." We are so grateful. They did an excellent job!

We just had a new sliding patio door installed today. The guys were friendly, knowledgeable. and efficient. The door looks great and is so well insulated! I can no longer hear the cars driving by on the highway when I'm inside my house. I will definitely be using this company in the future!

This company delivered an obviously defective door after I waited 7 weeks longer than they stated. I had to wait 6 more weeks for a new door and put up with having my house open during install in freezing weather for a second time. They didn't argue about ordering a second door and when it was finally in it looks great, but overall I was unhappy.
They did, however ask me to give them a second chance and I had them install a storm door on the front of my house. They installed a really nice door for a very reasonable price and it was done very quickly.

Had then come give me an estimate guy never showed up for app time then called and set a later app time that day. Was late to the app. Then stated they had to come back with a Forman to have him look at it the next day. NEVER SHOWED BACK UP!!!! Would not recommend this company!!!
