I had the pleasure of meeting Eric Arreola Tinoco recently, and let me tell you, he truly knows his stuff when it comes to window replacements. From the moment he knocked on my door, Eric showed me exactly what I was looking for, and how this product could improve energy efficiency and home improvement concerns. He thoroughly explained how the Glass Wing Window system could save me on energy and money, which is a main focus for me. He also highlighted how these windows would not only enhance the energy efficiency of my home but would also raise the overall value of my property, which I didn't realize.

While I wasn’t in a position to make the purchase at the time, I was incredibly impressed by Eric’s knowledge and professionalism. The people that work here are very kind and helpful to the process but they forget one important thing if a customer was not approved to let them know the reason and maybe other possibilities to move forward but no call or email I just got email from finance company of denial it’s ok but at the same time courtesy phone call or email would be nice

Alex and Braden were very helpful, patient and understanding in our situation to bless us with new windows. These men are very good at their jobs and much appreciated.

We’ve had our windows now for 4 years, and they all leak terribly. The caulking around almost every window is cracked, and when we try to contact the company we get no response. The quality of the window itself seems okay, but the install was VERY POOR. Some of the sliding windows don’t fit properly, are too loose and are hard to line up to lock and leak all over the doors and walls.

I talked to Kendall and Braiden about install A new roof on my home. They were very friendly, explained everything very well and did a great job trying to find the price that was in my budget. If I won the lottery I would call them right back to get these guys and the company to do the work I need done the seem very honest.

Andrew Humpherys came to inspect our windows today and did a thorough job and gave us a lot of deep insight on the quality/state of our windows. He gave us a good overview of the company and was very helpful in helping us understand that company and the vision. Unfortunately due to timing and personal reason we weren’t able to purchase today but his impression with us today has definitely gained a future customer!

Mr Leon Murry and his companion Steven Cardenas came to our house today to present to us company’s services. They explained the window replacement process. After taking measurements of all the windows in the house, they came up with a price proposal which we thought was high. Then they mentioned that they also replace showers. We asked them to look at our shower and lump the two together. Mr Murry came up with a yet high number. After going back and forth, I suggested a 50K lump sum price for both the windows and the shower. Mr Murry had to make a phone call to see if he can get his boss to agree to the 50K. Well he told us he was able to lower the price to about $339 below the 50K. That was a great thing he did. I think Mr Murry is a pretty good salesman and a good negotiator.

Leon and Andrew were great! They provided a wealth of information about window history and technology, and let me know how my current windows are losing energy in my home and costing money. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy.

They were so very professional. They gave us all the information about the windows, how they are made, and the expectation of the windows, and showed us the numbers of the temperatures that they can handle, with the (very hot) heat lamp. The windows are amazing. The price is very good for the windows we need.

I have to say, I love this roofing company—not for their roofing skills, but for providing the most entertaining quote of my life. Our insurance rates increased simply because our roof was 15 years old. Apparently, roofs age like fine wine—get too old and they just start to deteriorate. So here we are, considering an upgrade even though our roof was doing just fine.

We called in the experts, and bless the salesman they sent over. This guy put in more effort than a squirrel at a nut festival. I let him talk to my wife while I watched him deliver his sales pitch like a Broadway star. He started with an enthusiastic introduction, gesticulating wildly, though it was clear he was still memorizing his speech, stealing glances to the side as if waiting for the next line of the script. I thought, “Buddy, I’ve seen Shakespearean actors with less nervous energy.”

After measuring things all over our house, he returned an hour later with a presentation that could rival a TED talk. The fun began when he showed us pictures of issues on our roof, mainly shingles that were not attached. We understood why we needed a new roof, but he was clearly trying to illustrate just how bad it was to justify the costs.

In classic salesman fashion, he began touting how DaBella was the roofing equivalent of a social justice warrior—saving the planet and uplifting communities. He spoke about company leaders trudging through the mud of Portland, possibly "birthing roofs in the rain." I nodded along, thinking, “Great story, but can you fix my roof?” Then came the spiel about DaBella’s roots in Portland and their customer-first approach. I get it; I do sales training myself. It was just amusing to watch him struggle to remember his lines.

Then came the grand finale—a fancy tablet! He showcased a Market Value website, explaining what to expect for costs. He plugged in our data like it was coordinates for a rocket launch and announced our market value for a new roof was—drumroll, please—$30,000! We were impressed that tech was involved. We thought he might reveal a lower price than market value, like a magician pulling a rabbit out of a hat.

But, as expected, he looked at that tablet like it was hypnotizing him and grabbed a piece of paper instead. He scribbled some numbers, gazed into the distance as if consulting the universe for our fate, and fumbled around like he was calculating something complicated. I almost expected him to have a crystal ball tucked away. After some theatrics, he finally showed us his “chicken scratch,” totaling $53,000.

At that point, we swiftly told him, “No, thank you,” and went inside. His face fell and he looked utterly lost and confused, standing there in shock. We couldn’t stop laughing at the absurdity of it all—the struggle of his canned sales pitch, followed by that inflated quote. We closed the door and he stood there for a little bit in shock. (See attached Picture) I highly recommend anyone invite this company for a quote just for the laughs. (Its not the Salesman Fault, he did the best he could. It speaks more to the training and guidance of the company)

However, I don’t recommend having them do any actual work. We had several other companies come in with reasonable quotes and no over-the-top sales pitch. Thanks, DaBella, for a great laugh on a Friday. Keep up the sales pitch training! Just remember—go with your gut and get various quotes. Don’t fall for the sales pitch.

Never have I ever had anyone come into my home as knowledgeable as the two young men, Colton and Ashton, who came today. They knew every bit of their product and presented the product and the company with complete honesty. They were incredibly respectful.

I have an older home with fragile plumbing after my second major flood in a single year, I needed to address the situation. I engaged DaBella to do the job. They were responsive to my requests and sensitive to the issues. The job they did was excellent and will serve me well for many years. The work and materials carry a lengthy warranty. I will engage them for additional work in the future.

We recently paid $74k to have siding replaced on an 1100sq ft home. The price is at least 3x higher than other bids, however we were told that the house would be sealed with Tyvek, wood would be replaced as needed with the 20 extra sheets of plywood that we paid for, and they can complete the job in 5 days. The contract also states that extra material is ordered to ensure that there is enough to complete the job. We made a down payment of $4k, and I requested a written estimate and statement of work, along with material samples so we could color match some other exterior items. I never received any of these and this was a huge red flag. I would have canceled based upon this alone, but 3 days had already passed (the timing to cancel a written contract). We had about a 6 week gap while waiting for our construction date, which was expected. We received a call from Skya in the office just prior to the job date to go over some final details. We were told that instead of removing the old siding they would just seal the existing siding and put the new siding on top. I questioned this and said this is not the work that was described to us, and this would not be acceptable because the house is almost 100 years old and at least one of the sides needed to be fully replaced, which was evident in the initial assessment of the house when they measured for the estimate. I said that my understanding was that this was the reason we paid for additional plywood. We agreed to cover 2 sides, but 2 definitely needed new plywood. PM Construction, showed up to do the actual work, not DaBella. If getting siding, just call PM Construction and get a bid. I am confident it will be much lower. And actually the foreman Mario was top notch professionally. PM called to alert us that the 2 walls they were replacing had no insulation. They said they would fir out the sides and install insulation for $2100, if we would like. I agreed to this as anyone should, since insulation is imperative. All was going well, until we were informed that the sales person from DaBella, did not send enough siding to finish the job, because this person is new and does not understand the additional material needed for cuts. A week later, the job is still not complete as we wait for materials, however we received a frantic call from the sales person that he needs us to provide CC info to pay for some additional materials. Excuse me? He literally sent a blank CC information/ signature form for me to fill out and sign. No invoice, no itemized statement to indicate an amount or what this is for. I have left several messages with DaBella, sent texts and photos to Skya in the office requesting details, to no avail. I continue to get calls and texts from the salesperson asking for more money, but still no written invoice. I finally received a voicemail from SP stating that we owed money for the insulation. I responded that I paid for the insulation directly to PM Construction. So then another voicemail from the SP, that we owed another $3100. Again I asked for an itemized statement of what this is for, and left another message with the office. Another SP VM, saying he lowered the amount to $2100, and I need to pay immediately. Still no itemized invoice. What kind of company sends a blank CC request, with zero indication of a dollar amount and itemization to identify what is going on? Remember we are already paying $74k for siding on an 1100sq ft house. How is it remotely possible, that DaBella SP is asking for more money? The job is not even complete. Run, do not use DaBella. Call several contractors, get detailed bids, look at reviews, starting with lowest ratings. I admit that I made a huge, costly mistake. No one at DaBella will call me back, except a salesperson asking for more money. PM has done a beautiful job so far, but I have zero confidence, that DaBella will return any phone call for a warranty issue. I am trying to inquire about owing $, and they will not call me back. Absurd. I will post pictures.

DO NOT REFER TO GOOGLE REVIEWS!! MORE ACCURATE REVIEWS CAN BE FOUND ON YELP!! After careful consideration I’m changing my review. Amazing how easy it is to write such a good review when the company salesman is sitting right there. I’m leaving two stars because it was an amazing deal they ended up for us but the process to get there was very uncomfortable. From the first initial knock on my door from the company I was pressured into setting something up. We asked for a business card so we could set something up over the phone after doing our research but he refused. Stating they never get calls back. During the consult as many times as we tried to say no the kept still trying to negotiate. The company went as far as to make the salesman use his family discount which added to our discomfort. What company does that to make a sale? Anyways. After the very HIGH obligation free consult the information kept bouncing and changing. After what felt like a forced deal agreed, with the ability to cancel at any time, to sign up for the windows the salesman had contacted us informing us that the company was taking a loss to have us as customers. And then when my wife decided enough was enough and wanted to cancel the salesman continued to contact us after we cancelled even though he was asked not too. Responding with no sweat off his back and he wasn’t getting paid for this sale anyway. My wife had to call and cancel the contract due to the lack of ability to sign the spot on the contract during the review. I don’t want o put a company out or “at a loss” I don’t feel like I would have been a respected customer. I wouldn’t trust the no obligation part. But the consult was free. Even when we told him we had other consults scheduled he didn’t even let my wife finish her sentence before telling her his company was the right choice. As far as threatening that if he left with a no the deal would have been void. I plan on installing windows in my home right now is not a financial time for us and even tho we tried to explain that they still wouldn’t take no for an answer. After reading some of the other reviews it seems like that is their sales tactic. Bad business. I don’t care how good your products are you can’t force people to buy your products. I read that one customer even had to call the police to remove the salesman. I am sure they have good quality products but they are extremely aggressive with the potential clients. Not to mention that I had missed a call from one of their call centers and the voicemail left on my phone wasn’t professional or appropriate. I don’t even think they knew they had gotten the voicemail. The consult was only supposed to be 60 minutes. It took four hours because they would accept a no and didn’t even allow us time to discuss in private or sleep on it. I’m glad I had my wife to redirect my tunnel vision. If you want to cancel call the company number on the contract.

What a great experience buying a new roof from Colton. He was very professional and personal with me and my family. It’s been a pleasure working with Dabella and Colton. They completed my roof in a timely matter but they messed up my vent that goes to my water heater. They didn’t come back to make it right.
