Working with the McIntire roofing team relating to recent hail damage and an insurance claim was both expeditious and professional. Ray Mazura checked my roof after checking my next door neighbor's roof after the May 30, 2024 hailstorm. Ray even caulked the roof vents on my roof after checking that my roof was good. Much appreciated Ray. When I decide to replace my roof, I will call Ray.

May 30, 2024 there was a large storm with golf ball sized hail that hit our city and caused damages in dense populated areas. Homes, cars, trees and properties were severely damaged. Walking my dogs several weeks later a neighbor on another street had their roof being replaced and I stopped for a quick chat and they highly recommend McIntire Roofing so we contacted and Ray M. Immediately called me back and was able to meet with me the next day at my time of convenience. Ray was very communicative about making sure our appointment was still on and even updated me on far out he was as the time approached, this was nice and showed he cared. He was very nice, excellent roofing and home insurance knowledge. This helped me understand what I was getting into my first time dealing with repairs this important and costly. Ray reviewed my homeowners insurance policy and provided good information to me on what would help, and didn’t help in my situation. Our insurance adjuster was far behind schedule due to the amount of damages so weeks went by and insurance company provided their assessment of damages. Ray explained that he would come back and counter some items to help get the insurance company to pay more and it worked!! Anytime Ray had to send information to his office the turn around time was almost immediate. So shout out to all the behind the scenes workers who helped me and my house get the attention it deserved! During all of this I had another outside project at a stand still and needed this completed before my roof and Ray was good about working with my schedule and I also understood McIntire was extremely busy all around town. September 4th, 2024 McIntire crews showed up and got to work and by lunch time they were just about wrapped up. Little to no debris left behind(minor roof grains). The workers were polite and respectful of my property. The roof looks amazing, working with Ray was a dream come true in a tough situation.

Our roof was repaired in the fall, they were very conscientious about working around the weather. They also were very concerned about cleaning up around the house every day to ensure my pets were not getting into things. They returned this spring to replace all of my siding and paint. Outstanding white glove type service from Ray and Chris. Ray took the time out of his day to triple check our roof for hail damages as well as checking for damages from Pigeons that were living under our solar panels. There are a lot of roofing companies out there that really give a bad taste to consumers. I contacted McIntire roofing after having one of these experiences with another company. The service I received from Ray was above and beyond my expectations. Ray fully inspected my roof and let me know there were no immediate issues that would cause for replacement saving me a ton of unnecessary expenses. He even took pictures with a drone and sent me a full report advising me on simple things I can do to maintain my roof such as caulking around vents. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a roof as they are honest professional and an all around great company. I will be using mcintire roofing when the time comes to replace my roof.

I highly recommend Dustin and this business. We had Dustin replace our roof with Malarkey Impact Resistant shingles after a large hail storm in 2018. The following year (2019) we also had a large hail storm which damaged our minivan but the roof was fine. Excellent Quality and Service!

McIntire Roofing is the best company. We had some protective screens blow off of our solar panels and they came out and fixed it same day for us. If you ever have any roofing needs that you need to have addressed, this is the company to use!
