I called probably 10 roofing companies when we needed roof work done, and Chris was by far the most communicative, quick to respond, helpful person I talked to. He probably needs better work life balance but he seemed to always be available, evening/weekends etc. which was great (for me, not him). As I am owner of only half of a 120 yr old duplex, the job turned into a circus for Chris involving an uncooperative other half owner who wanted to to do DIY patch work instead one he heard the (very reasonable) price, a Denver inspector who wouldn't let us do plan A or B so had to go to C, then we had no insulation which had to be coordinated with an insulation company, etc. Chris handled all of these last minute situations with grace and usually at very after hours times. He kept me updated with photos the entire time as well. Thank you, Chris and team!

I had small damage done to my roof after a wind storm. Most other companies didn’t want to help because it was too small or asking for $1-2k for about an hour of labor. I called Chris with 730 and he was able to get someone on site the same day and perform repairs at a minimal cost.

Worked with my adjustor to provide a complete and code compliant roof replacement after a major hail storm. When replacement day came, 730 South brought a large crew that efficiently stripped the old and replaced the new in a relatively short day. I loved that once shingles were laid, the crew worked from foam pads to prevent scarring the new shingles with boot scuffs. Tom did a great job handling eve for me and being my POC, and answered my questions as they came up.

We used Chris and 730 South Exteriors for a new roof install in Jul-24 and we couldn’t be happier with the end product. Importantly, Omar and the roofing crew are FANTASTIC! Omar is incredibly detail oriented, thorough, patient, and willing to go above and beyond for the customer. Omar went into our attic to block off an unused gable vent and he did so without complaint and with a positive attitude. Omar and his crew showed up when they said they would and finished the job when they said they would. I could go on and on about Omar and his entire crew. We also really enjoyed our time working with Brian. Brian was the first person at the company we interacted with and helped do an initial roof inspection and interfaced with the roofing company. Last weekend we discovered that when our house was painted, they damaged our tile roof. We could see some damage from our second story windows, but didn’t know how extensive it was. The painting company offered no help towards the repairs. We were afraid it was going to be a lengthy, expensive and painful process to get the repairs made.

They talk nicely to get you in but Very poor services after you start to work with them....... I had to cancel their roof shingle replacement service for some reasons,
1. They raised their pricing for no reason. We agreed on all of the terms / conditions but they apologize for not being able to hold their promise. It wasted my two weeks of time.
2. They have my window estimate but never send me or my insurance company. Not sure why they are not sending it. What they would want to do with my window estimates?
3. They are not answering my phone calls, text messages or emails about window estimates.

Hail season is on its way and Colorado is #2 in hail claims nationwide. Do you know how much coverage you can expect from your homeowner’s insurance? You may want to check your current policy to see whether limits or deductibles for hail have been raised. I found several changes in researching my renewal last month. Had a leaky swamp cooler and an old roof. 730 was quick to get with me on what can be done and how they would do it. Ended up with a really nice new roof. The crew cleaned up well and used a magnet to pick up nails. Whole process was easy.

Chris and his team were AMAZING! I had a terrible experience dealing with 3 other contractors prior to finding Chris. One contractor declined the job due to some custom nuances with the roof, another strung me along for 6 months then ignored me. We called Chris on a Monday, he had his guys come out for an inspection that Wednesday and started work that Friday! I had no idea anyone could get it done so efficiently! He handled everything with insurance - the process was seamless. They were meticulous in their repairs/structural reconstruction AND communication and cleanup on top of that. The photos attached show you the nightmare they uncovered and repaired. The prior roofer when the roof was last redone 6 years ago just shingled over it! My neighbors are a bit jealous of the final product - they complained about the shortcomings of the roofers they went with. Chris and his team did an amazing Job! We contacted 730 South Exteriors in the middle of September and had our roof replaced before the end of October. Meanwhile, many of our neighbors and friends had started that process long before we did and still haven’t had theirs replaced, working with other contractors. The inspector said our roof was one of the best he had seen in quite some time. It speaks volumes to hear that from someone who looks at that type of workmanship on a daily basis. We recently had a large hailstorm hit our area. I talked to Four different roofing companies and found my comfort level with 730 South Exteriors, Denver Colorado. I did most of my dealings with the owner, Chris. Needless to say, everyone in my area needed a roofer immediately and the supply chain for roofing materials dried up in a hurry. Chris was right there to walk me through the process and make sure my roof was taken care of. Anytime I had questions, Chris returned my phone calls and text messages within a couple of minutes. He never left me hanging. The city inspector just passed the job without any concerns. I know you would be hard pressed to find a smoother company to do business with. I know in the future I will not have to go through the pain of having multiple roofers come to my house and try and decide who to hire. We have lots of hailstorms in my area, so its not a matter of if I will need a roofer again, it's just a matter of when.
