I have had a great experience with Lifetime Roof and Solar. They have been extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. I had a bad experience with a roofing company in the past and I'm so glad that I got referred to Lifetime Roof and Solar! The experience had been 1000% better than what I went through previously.

Richard was great to work with and made sure his job was done or covered besides going out of his way. We had a few bumps with crews on start times and communication on dumpster placement but did not affect the workmanship done that looks good.

I am extremely impressed with Lifetime. Alex was my project manager and guided me through every step of the process. He was on the call with me to my insurance company, took all of the photos they requested and even came back to be onsite during the adjuster's visit to ensure everything was properly included. It really couldn't have been easier and the insurance company appreciated his thoroughness. Then he and his install team (including Dylan and Joel) were able to replace the roof within a week of the insurance approval. They did an amazing job and were so quick. Brandon from lifetime was the person who came to our house and inspected our roof. From the very beginning he was very kind and informative! We had a company that came out the day before him and insisted we file a claim on our roof within a week… Brandon was thorough and honest. He let us know that our roof was not damaged enough to file a claim but that we did have a small hole that needed patching. They came out within a few days before it rained any more to fix it at no cost to us other than any referrals or help we may need in the future. He made it a pleasant experience, and will be sure to use them in the future or refer anyone we know that may need roofing help!

Richard at Lifetime Roof and Solar is incredible! He inspected all of my properties free of charge. When it was determined we needed two roof replacements, he went above and beyond to explain the process as well as answer any questions I had about dealing with insurance.

During install, we found out that one of the properties needed extra roofing material that wasn’t expected. Richard’s team fought with insurance and was able to get the extra material covered and then some. After install, he inspected both properties to make sure all trash/debris was cleaned up and if not, made sure everything was cleaned up. Richard and his team are my new trusted roofers not only for my properties but I will be referring them to my clients as well!

We found some shingles in our yard and called to get our roof inspected and repaired ASAP, as we were expecting an inspector to look at our house soon. Richard came out the same day I called and inspected the room. He clearly summarized what needed to be done and offered to try to do the repair that same day. Unfortunately, Richard could not get the correct shingles that day, so he arranged to have Danny do the repair the following day. Danny was prompt and was able to repair the couple of spots where shingles had fallen off. Both Danny and Richard were professional and provided pictures during the process. I greatly appreciate their getting the repair done quickly, painlessly, and listening to and answering my questions along the way. I would highly recommend these two.

Had to fix a roof to sell. This made die a very condensed timeline with completion on set days not an option. Lifetime Roof & Solar has great customer service and response time. I discovered a roof leak Sunday afternoon and called Sales Supervisor Alex, told him the issue and sent him pictures of the leak area. The next day on Monday - Project Managers Joel and Ivan showed up cleared the suspect leak area, resealed the area, and Tuesday came back poured water over the area to make sure no leaks reappeared.

Wow! Where do I start? Richard and Ivan are incredible. After the recent hailstorm in May, many of us were bombarded with various roof inspectors and companies wanting to do business. It’s important to do your research because you want to make sure you connect with a company that has a solid reputation for doing great work. Richard was referred to me by a neighbor, but like most people, I still did my due diligence, including reading reviews, checking BBB ratings and ensuring that the company was licensed.

When I first met Richard, I noticed right away that I was working with someone who truly understands his craft and was extremely professional. He took the time to listen to all my concerns, did a thorough inspection of my roof, and showed me pictures of all the damage. He made what, in the past, was somewhat of a hassle into a smooth process without any hiccups. The result was a roof installed in a timely fashion, with flawless quality and professionalism from the crew. Richard managed the entire process with my insurance agent, which was a true time saver.

My experience with Lifetime Roofing & Solar began with their representative filling out the estimate with a mistake that would have increased the costs by 50%. After a forty minute long discussion and a call to his boss he finally agreed that I was right. Since this was a new employee I was inclined to let this pass.

The company then scheduled my hail damage roof replacement to happen on a day where there was a 65% chance of rain with a high probability for hail. I contacted the company and told them that I did not want my roof replaced on a day with a forecast like this. I was initially told that the “paper” was guaranteed for thirty days and things were “fine”. It took me just about having a meltdown for them to move the installation. No roofer would install his own roof on a day like this!

The installation was supposed to take a day, but the work stretched into the next morning. I’d rate the shingle work as ok. The rows on the roll roofing over my porch were uneven. One spot even had a ¾ inch strip with no sand on it as there was insufficient overlap. The edge of the roofing looks like a wave pattern rather than a straight line. The contractor left a bunch of loose trash in my recycling bin that I had to sort out along with some other leftover materials on my porch. The only part of the work I would rate as excellent would be the gutter installation, which was done by a subcontractor.

I was misled by the reviews into thinking I would get superior work done. In the future I’ll definitely just go with the contractors recommended by my insurance company. The subpar work from Lifetime is just going to increase my insurance bills.

Richard, Max, and Ivan took good care of me throughout my roofing project. They were highly responsive and thorough. The owner, Jeff, also reached out after an issue with the separate roofing supply company that staged materials prior to installation. I’d recommend them.

Richard was a pleasure to work with through the whole process and did a GREAT job! He had to come out multiple times to take pictures because our insurance company only wanted to cover half of the roof despite the fact that many others in our area were getting roofs replaced from the recent hail storm. In the end he proved to them that the whole roof had damage and was able to get the entire roof covered. He stuck with us through the painful insurance process and his crew was in and out very quickly and cleaned everything up like it was before they were here. I had a great experience with Lifetime Roof and Solar. Our house was needing the roofing replaced. We called and talked to Richard. We were in a bit of a time crunch. Lifetime came out quickly, gave us a quote and installed to our needed timeline. All the work looked great.

In late May a thirty-minute hail storm caused enormous damage to our property and the next day attracted a horde of roofing companies to our neighborhood. After speaking with a number of them we chose to go with Anthony Perryman and Lifetime Roof and Solar. We appreciated that Anthony sat down with us and took time to explain how our insurance worked and answer all the questions about repair both on and around the house without any pressure! We also went with Lifetime Roof and Solar because we have two solar systems on the roof and they worked with those companies directly to get them removed and added an additional guarantee of the reinstallation work. Anthony went above and beyond to check in with us, walk us through the steps, get the roof replaces and even added a few extra shingles to the order so our chicken roof (which had also been damaged) could be shingled to match the house. As much as it was a bummer to have our roof damaged, it was always nice to answer the door and see Anthony. We are really glad we made the choice to work with Anthony and Lifetime Roof and Solar!

The work itself was completed promptly on schedule and the quality was great. If you need help with your roof, Richard is your guy!

Lifetime did a great job (high quality workmanship and respectful of our property) with our roof, gutters, and solar. Richard Daskam lead us through the whole process well taking time to answer our questions, push things forward, and never pressuring us - always working to get the best for our situation (especially during a really busy time due to the massive hail storms that came through our area). Richard is definitely our “roofing guy” and was happy to refer him to my mother in law and neighbors.

From start to finish Lifetime went above and beyond expectations. Alex was wonderful! He patched a small area of our roof that was leaking so our home could avoid more damage while we waited for insurance to come through. He thoroughly explained the claims process and helped navigate us through it. When insurance did not approve new gutters Peter was able to straighten things out quickly. We are beyond happy with our new roof and with our experience!

The time he spent with us resulted in our choosing a roof color we had not previosly considered.After installation of our new roof, we absolutely love the color.

Richard, Max, and their whole crew were beyond exceptional. We have a very old home with a very steep roof. There were loads of added layers of difficulty involved in our roof replacement and Richard and Max took it all in stride and made it all work. They focused on problem solving to get it done. The crew worked so hard and so fast. I cannot recommend them enough. They truly did a phenomenal job.
