I can't recommend Dan and his work crews enough. The work that was done on the exterior of my house (for hail damage claim) was above and beyond the industry standards! After damaging hail wrecked our 13+ year old roof, we could not have asked for a better experience in having our roof replaced. With major changes to home insurance policies, a friend recommended I have her roofer, Dan Flynn, check to see if I had hail damage. Dan responded immediately. My policy had 1 year to make the claim but also ONLY 1 year to get the work completed in order to get the RCV. Dan worked extremely well with the claims adjuster and was able to accomplish the re-roof in less than 30 days so that I would get the RCV. He even went with me to the HOA to get the approval expedited! IMO this was a miracle!! I thank the Lord for Dan and the "above and beyond" effort he put into this! He is an expert in the roofing industry and provides top quality products.

Called High Plains, Dan came over told him i had a water leak in basement.He looked at it , was by furnace. He went up on roof didn't see anything obvious on roof for water to be in basement, still gave me a roof tuneup, caulked around vents on roof.Went back down to basement, suggested a few other things what the problem could be. i would recommend Dan and High Plains Renovations, Dan went way above and beyond to help me out, i don't know if another company would of done that and not charged me.5 stars to Dan and High Plains Renovations!!

Dan came out and did a free tune-up on my roof. I asked him if I had enough ventilation for the roof and he said that I could use some soffit vents which I had none. He explained why these would help. I hired him to add 4 soffit vents. He was on time for that follow up appointment. I was pleased with his professionalism, pricing and quality of work.

Dan was great not only in helping deal with my insurance during replacing my roof due to wind damage. But also in always being fast in responding to all questions. He got the work done quickly and we could not be happier. I highly recommend using Dan for any roofing projects

High Plains Renovation replaced all the shingles on our roof and guttering which were hail damaged and at the same time the roof ventilation was updated as it was woefully inadequate when built 30 years ago, it has made our attic fan much more effective. We are very pleased with their work. The owner, Dan, came out to meet us at the start and explained clearly in simple terms what was available to us and how home insurance worked which really helped as we have never dealt with this before. He really helped us navigate the insurance process. Dan was very responsive when we had to get hold of him and he was super easy to get on with. The work was quick, no issues to report. Roof repairs are a messy business, when they were done site cleanup was immaculate. I thoroughly recommend High Plains Renovation, I give then 5 out 5 stars.

Dan was amazing. Talk about an honest person that backs his work up. I used him in a time where I was very desperate. A raccoon broke a hole in my roof. Dan made me a priority and put a temporary cover on the whole meantime we waited for my appointment thanks Dan.

After talking to, and receiving quotes from a few contractors, I choose to work with Dan at High Plains Renovation to replace a very poorly installed roof and gutters.

Dan was incredibly helpful from the first meeting all the way through to the final walk through. Dan made sure we got the products the fit our budget and he made sure that all of the work was done well. Dan was available throughout the process making sure my wife and I were happy how the roof integrated with the house as it was being installed, how it looked when it was finished as and how it handled the recent rain.

Dan and his team are great! He installed new gutters for me several years ago. He's been my go-to guy several times when I had a roof problem. He comes out the same day, inspects the problem area. It usually is piece of flashing that has popped up that letting water in. Dan also inspects the entire roof and tells me the roof looks good and doesn't need to be replaced.
