A family member of mine was making an offer on a house. The selling agent told them the roof would need replaced.

I messaged the company on Facebook late in the day about needing a roof estimate. George Quijano told me he would get me a quote ASAP so my family member could write up an offer on the house they wanted to purchase.

Our experience with George and his team at Roof Ready has been excellent. George answered our call within a couple of hours even though he was out of town. He thoroughly informed us about the process and how it worked with our insurance claim and when it came time to get the roof replaced, the Roof Ready team of 9 (!) did so in one day's time ahead of an approaching storm.

For our first roof repair, Roof Ready made it very easy. Emilee was awesome and walked me through the steps and made me feel such more at ease. I highly reccommend them for your next repair!!!

I could not be more happy with my experience with Roof Ready! After a recent hail storm I reached out to George to come assess our roof for any damage. George identified significant damage and took extensive photos which allowed me to submit a claim to my insurance. George also went on the roof with the claims adjuster to point out the specific locations of damage which made for an extremely easy claims process. I worked with George to select a Class-4 impact resistance shingle and underlayment system for the replacement roof and his team was able to install it in a single day (and we have a very large roof)! Roof Ready also provided all necessary documentation to my insurance company in order to get a discount on our premiums by upgrading to a Class-4 impact resistant roof. This resulted in a 34% discount on our insurance premium! Roof Ready is my go-to recommendation whenever anyone asks if we have a good roofer!

I had a ceramic tile fall off my roof. I called Roof Ready in the morning and by that afternoon they were at my house repairing it. They were great to deal with and honored the price they quoted me even though the repair proved more difficult. I would use them again for any roof issue. We contracted with Roof Ready to replace our roof and they did an awesome job. From the very first interaction, they were professional, on time and provided all the detail I was looking for. Roof Ready was really easy to work with. The State Farm adjuster initially said we had $5000 of damage. Thanks to George he was up to date on local codes for Douglas county and sent State Farm adjuster documentation if you replace more then 100 sq feet the whole roof need to be replaced. George worked with State Farm and the total claim ended up being over $60,000 and a total roof replacement.

First of all, just imagine you are selling your home and you are being asked to pay thousands of dollars to replace a roof that insurance had denied months earlier due to lack of supporting evidence on the property. We'll all I can say is thankfully I came across George and his team as he was able to go back to the insurance company and not only faught for me to get a whole roof replacement but helped in getting five windows replaced as well. I’m grateful to have found George and Roof Ready. I had poor experiences with wither roofing companies in trying to have a concrete tile roof repaired, some wouldn’t even take a look for repairs and said we need a full new roof. George was able to find tiles that matched my house perfectly and replaced about 30-40 broken tiles. He also replaced 25 tiles we had repaired in 2013 from a company that did not use a matching tile, so it looked terrible.

The roof now looks and functions perfectly with many years of reliable use in front of us, all for a price that was reasonable and fair. I have recommended him to others and will call on George for all of my future roofing needs.

RoofReady has been nothing short of professional company with an high end quality of delivering the best product in a very short time. Upon removal of the damaged roof (hail storm), they found that because the roof had been replaced multiple times, there was damage to the roof decking. They worked tirelessly to ensure that we got our entire roof deck replaced. Additionally, because of the lack of venting in the roof, they concluded that some of the damage was mold... they installed roof vents to prevent that in the future.

The entire process was painless. George is very easy to work with, and his team is responsive and did great work. I hope it's a while before we need a new roof, but when the time comes, I will 100% be calling Roof Ready!

I worked with George who owns Roof Ready from well before the project started to well after it was completed. Sometimes when you hire a company to replace your roof they subcontract it three times to Thursday. Not with Roof Ready. George spent as much time up on my hot Colorado sun roof as his team and that made me trust the work through and through. It’s been about 90 days since the roof went on. We’ve had three very hard rains. I checked up in the attic for moisture and it’s bone dry. Oh. I also had them install a ridge vent on my old gabled 1977 house. My attic now showing a roughly 14° on a 95° day which is incredibly good. Communication was very active. I never felt like I was waiting for either of us to make a decision. It’s clear that George has a process that works well and he didn’t make me jump through hoops to get the legwork done. He just put together a plan and had me approve it. A few days later the work was done and everyone gets on with their life. Honestly painless. His team was very tidy and made sure to remove all the debris (think vapor barrier/nails/shingles). Can’t recommend these guys enough.

Best contractor experience I've every had, hands down. From start to finish George was very methodical in explaining the process and what to expect. This is the first time I've been through a new roof but really felt like I was being taken care of from start to finish. The crew showed up right on time and almost finished in a day (there were minor touch ups the next day). I watched my neighbors house get reroofed last year by a different company and it took 2.5 days for the crew to complete the job. The houses are basically identical. George's team was fast, took time to move furniture on the deck to make sure nothing was damaged, and did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend.

George and his team just did a stellar job for our severely hail damaged house this past week. With no hassle on our part at all we went from an ugly, brown, 18 year old, pock-marked roof, to a brand new grey one, which will better complement our planned new exterior colors. The roof now has a 'drip edge', a more contemporary style they told us about. George and team handled everything for us with the insurance company, which as a first-time homeowner I in particular appreciated. He coordinated with and came out to meet the field adjuster so I didn't even have to be home for that. All I had to do was open up the claim for the hail storm, and they handled everything else. A few days after the replacement was the huge storm we just got - everything flooded, and our roof didn't even notice it.

During install we made a day-of add-on that a week later is already hugely paying us back for our investment on it: a ridge vent. Roof Ready gave us a bargain on it to install it the same day as the rest of the roofing. This wasn't planned at all but they scrambled to get the parts and do the labor. We previously thought we were going to have to entirely replace our split-system 1970's freon based A/C, as the upstairs machine couldn't keep up and kept freezing over, leaving us with 90+ degree upstairs bedrooms and home-offices. Since the day they installed the ridge vent, the A/C has run perfectly, saving us untold thousands of dollars.

George takes the time to perfectly, in as great a detail as I indicate I'd like, explain what is going on. He delivered on exactly what was quoted. He lives here in Douglas County so it was also nice to know I'm supporting a local business vs some conglomerate who just looks at me as a number. His team tidied up every last screw, nail, and scrap of old material. This has been through and through an excellent experience, and I'm very glad that we chose Roof Ready for our replacement.
