Cleary Building Corp. - Le Mars, IA

I just finished building my Cleary building. Very nice construction, everything is tight and strong. Minor issues were delt with quickly. I worked with Zachary Reuter; he patiently guided me through every step of the process, even when I made changes to the plan. He kept me informed every step of the way. During the initial construction process, we ran into unexpected issues with the site, he quickly worked with Cleary's engineers to design a solution which kept the schedule on track. I had a very good experience with the entire Cleary team.

Absolutely the worst people ever. I highly do NOT recommend going here for a building or working here. They will cut your pay, lie to you, steal sales from you, have a manger come and go as he pleases with no punishment to him. They treat their staff awful and they just look at customers as price tags. They don’t care. DO NOT GO HERE. EVER.

After I had my building put up I have run into nothing but issues, the windows and doors have a 1/4 inch gap around the edges when they were supposed to be sealed, my garage door isnt sealed either, the inside runner to my stairs is bowed into the wall, after they recieved their final payment seems like they could care less about fixing their own messups
