Excellent service, John the salesman was there every step of the way. It was a long drive to the office and I appreciate John coming out to see how the building was going, adjust any paperwork, etc.
Crew was respectful and kept the area tidy.
Cleary came out last spring and put up a barn for us. We loved the crew, they did a wonderful job!
While Cleary products may be better than some, their service is not. I purchased my building through the Roca Nebraska dealer and was doomed to one disappointment after another. My building was delayed several months even though I had everything ready to go on my end. The delay caused deterioration of the pad I had built and waiting for months. My September build date was pushed to different October dates, then November to a couple more dates then to December, and only because I held up the delivery payment and got the corporate involved did they start building at the end of December. This meant that my concrete floor would be poured in extreme cold temperatures. Then they wanted to move the location of the building over 5 feet so they could get their lift in easier, which I consented to, but now will spend more money on dirt work. While Cleary claims to have Cleary professional builders trained by the company, they used all sub contractors on my building. Anytime I complained I was told to look at the contract. their contract does nothing for the buyer and their warranty is full of loop holes that put the burden on the buyer. My gutters were badly damaged buy snowfall only a month after completion, and they told be it was an insurance claim problem. The sub contractor they use to put up the gutters came out and put some extra hangers in but the gutters are badly misshapen. Then were not hung properly in the first place. But again no recourse. I also had problems with the post as the holes were not backfilled properly, and the dirt around them sunk, pulling away from the concrete floor, It took several phone calls to get them out, and back fill them. I had to pay for the rock and help the guy put the rock in with my skid loader. Find a reputable dealer, ask tons of questions and read the contract very closely. these people do not give anything back. Better yet, go with Morton or Wick.
