Cleary Building Corp. - Idaho Falls, ID

The Cleary Team did a great job completing my pole barn on time and with perfection. Fredrick and Brandon worked hard to ensure all my expectations were met. All of the subs (Concrete, Electric and Insulation) performed wonderfully. Now comes the tricky part, filling this beautiful building with all of my junk and keeping it looking nice. I have my work cut out for me but the Cleary Team inspires!

Colby Cronquist was amazing to work with. He was up front and honest about the every aspect of our shop project. He always checked in to be sure we were satisfied with the final outcome. I would highly recommend Cleary Building.

I promised Colby (my sales rep) that I would write a review. I contacted 5 pole barn companies in the Idaho falls area before I went with Cleary. There was 1 company that was 8K cheaper but the owner was flaky and would return emails about every 2-3 weeks. NO Phone calls returned. 1 company never returned my calls ( 3 ) when I asked for estimates and advise. The other 2 companies were right there on price points with Cleary but the sales reps were very slow to return calls....usually 5-7 days before they would return the call.

Colby contacted me right away, gave me an estimate and we set up an appointment. We went over designs and ideas and came up with something we could afford. Went with a 24x48 complete with windows, 14 ft door, side door and all cement work.
The quality of the work was excellent and the workers were friendly and professional. Took about 3 months to complete but we were dealing with snow and cold as we got a tough winter.

We have several friends that have pole barns and the quality of this building was right in line with the better builders in North Idaho. If you WANT A QUALITY BUILDING WITH A GOOD BUILDER IN THE IDAHO FALLS AREA......then I would contact Colby at Cleary. They provide excellent customer service and the building is very good.

We are very happy with our shop. Lights and electricity are installed and all I have left is to decide if I want to invest 20K for insulation and shop heaters. My shop holds my 30 ft trailer, 20 ft boat, tractor and tractor attachments, a 16 ft utility trailer and I used the last 8 ft of the shop for storage ( 24x8 ).....and I have 5 ft of open space on both side of the shop for storage needs or path ways to back of shop. We are probably going to build a loft because the building is tall....17 Ft....so we can easily add another 24x8 with a deck..........LOTS OF OPTIONS

Its hard to find really reliable pole barn building contractors in southeast Idaho right now. Lots of people moving in, not enough builders so price gouging and poor customer service is the Norm......Colby and Cleary buildings was a very welcome company to do business with and prices are very fair and In line with North Idaho builders where they build nothing but pole barns. If I had unlimited funds I would have built a 32x48 vs 24x48.....But we are very happy with what we could afford
